if you don't find a way to make money
while you sleep you will work until you
die now that's a famous quote from one
of the richest men in the world Warren
Buffett and I just wanted to share that
with you as a reminder that you know
they haven't taught that to us in school
growing up and that's why I'm so adamant
about creating a high income skill set
okay so maybe you're stressing out like
I was about two and a half years ago had
$10,000 of credit card debt I was going
to school I knew college wasn't for me
and I had a job that I knew wasn't going
to feed me you know multiple streams of
income in that if there was one economic
downturn or one mishap that I would be
fired from that job or potentially lose
my job and lose that one source of
income that I was solely relying on okay
so you must create multiple streams of
income and that's why I'm so adamant
about creating a high income skill set
okay and let me just give you an example
one of the highest paid skill sets right
now that they don't teach in college or
any of the public education systems is
social media marketing okay this is a
high demand for it and low supply right
they don't they aren't teaching this to
the masses and that's why I share on my
channel a lot of skill sets that you can
go and watch I have a full playlist of
exactly how I went from being a broke
college dropout to becoming a six-figure
agency owner within four months okay and
I show you all the techniques in that
playlist you're you're more than welcome
to go and watch that but you must create
a high income skill set because what you
can do with that skill set is look I
have obviously I have my agency right
but that's not the only source I do
consulting right I have a digital
program teaching others how to do social
media marketing you know and I have
various other idea affiliate marketing
which is basically social media
marketing
for online businesses okay so that skill
set alone allowed me to create four
different streams of income right there
right whereas if you go get a degree
you're not promised a job out of college
but you could potentially get a
corporate job okay and that corporate
job might pay you well right I know many
people that make hundreds of thousands
of dollars in the corporate job but if
you aren't creating that second source
on the side there's no excuse right
today there's so much opportunity to
create a second stream of income online
and if you aren't building that high
income skill set you're missing the boat
and that's kind of what I want to share
with you today if you're enjoying this

didn't think that any of this would
possible I didn't think it was possible
to make over six figures in my first
year of business right most businesses
fail within the first three years most
businesses are profitable until the
third year but online businesses right
like social media marketing is a service
there's no inventory there's no overhead
okay it's just my skill set that I
learned and I'm applying that and
helping businesses get more customers
because they don't know how to do it
themselves and I provide a strategy for
them I provide a good base for them to
be able to generate more leads every
single day online people communicate
like me and you right now we're
communicating online and businesses are
missing the boat so develop that high
income skill set if you do have a job
right now I'm not saying quit that job
I'm saying you know just develop another
source of income if you don't have any
right now I want you to ask yourself how
many sources of income do I have right
maybe write that down on a piece of
paper are you earning money from your
corporate job are you earning money from
maybe you invest in stocks and you're
getting paid dividends right
maybe you invest in real estate maybe
you have some income there maybe you
have a side gig if you only have one
source of income or maybe even two on
there I want you to work on a third
that's the goal for 2019 develop a high
income skillset such as social media
marketing and you could create multiple
streams around that okay and that's what
I was able to do with social media
marketing it's provided me with the
lifestyle that I want to live right
wasn't easy work it wasn't the easiest
thing in the world but once you learn it
it's very easy to go out there over and
over and over again approach business
owners I have a new strategy on how to
get clients on autopilot basically that
are already looking for social media
marketing and they've already paid for
it right and I have a strategy there if

but basically I show you exactly how to
get clients on autopilot already looking
for marketing's so it's not it's not
awkward it's not like you're going in
there and just kind of pitching them
they're they're saying hey we're looking
for a Facebook advertiser we're looking
for a social media manager can you help
me right so tons of business is out
there
tons of opportunity to make an
additional source of income and I'm
saying this because there will be a
market crash there will be market during
downturns but if you're prepared and you
have that steady stream of income from
multiple sources then you're not going
to be worried you're gonna be like wow
this is a shopping spree this is perfect
time to invest back in my business or
purchase real estate or you know do
whatever you want with the money that
you're creating from your high income
skill set okay I'm gonna go ahead and

drive this weekend I went to the purists
group event which was a charity toy
drive Lamborghini Newport Beach was out
there there was tons of other people out
there I was able to meet daily driven
exotics
Raaj goals John from garage goals ran
into Brian Casella
and honestly I wouldn't have had those
opportunities if I wasn't in the
position I am now right like I wouldn't
have had those opportunities if I didn't
take that leap of faith and said you
know what the job right now is you know
I'm I have a promise kind of job
position for me that's gonna pay me what
40 50 thousand a year maybe after four
to five years I can make a hundred grand
and you know steady paycheck or I could
take the leap of faith learn something
that is in high demand right now really
go for it and create multiple streams of
income around that and that's what I did
and I was able to do that and about it's
been about two years now I'm driving my
dream car living my dream life and I'm
helping thousands of people online you
know start their agencies start building
high income skill sets I have thousands
of students literally I had astute I
have a few six-figure students that are
already doing I have one
Anthony Alfonso right it's doing about
50 grand a month and now he's like a
mentor to me in affiliate marketing
Nick Paton student of mine his agency's
doing over six figures now and he just
had another kid so he's able to spend
more time with his family and work on
that high income skill set so amazing
opportunity out there and it's amazing
to be able to network as well with
people that are doing the same things
that you're doing okay so to give you an
action plan what you can do now is if
you're like man Ryan I don't know how to
get started you know I I have a
part-time job or I have a full-time job
I'm in school I barely have any time how
the hell do you make time to learn a
high income skillset how do you create
the time to be able to create an
additional source of income you have to
wake up earlier okay that's one thing
that I do I wake up at 5:45 every
single morning at least I tried to five
days out five days out of the week
sometimes I wake up at you know around
6:45 7 o'clock but you got to start
waking up earlier create 1 or 2 hours
out of the day that you don't spend on
Instagram or in YouTube you say you know
what I'm not watching any YouTube videos
today I'm not gonna do any Instagram I'm
gonna spend maybe watching some content
maybe purchase a mentorship and then I'm
gonna take notes and I'm gonna apply
what I learned and that's exactly what I
did I was afraid to spend money on
mentorship ok the person that actually
pushed me to do it was my wife it was my
girlfriend at the time she put it on the
credit card she I was looking at you
know social media marketing programs one
of them was Tai Lopez's I was back in
the day when I first came out and I was
afraid I was afraid to invest the money
and my wife at the girlfriend at the
time she put it on the credit card she
bought me seven figure webinars by Lewis
house
and Tai Lopez the social media marketing
agency program which one is which what
was one of the most inspirational for me
put on the credit card she's like 2,000
bucks already spent it take the program
get the mentorship four months later had
a six-figure agency released my own
program to help my own students and one
of the best opportunities you know in it
was that leap of faith that I took and
having that person next to me to be able
to push me and sometimes you might not
you might not have that you might not
have that person to push you so you have
to learn to push yourself and that's
kind of what I've been doing you know
this past year is just really pushing
myself so cut out one to two hours a day
if you have to stay up a little bit
later to learn stuff every single day
and apply it write it down take notes
and then apply the next day do that

Facebook and Instagram marketing
managing other business online seems
like something I might be good at what
do you do for those businesses make post
ads Thanks so what I focus on
at first I focused on just management
social media management creating content
posting at posting for them but now I've
focused primarily on lead generation
right building their email list running
Facebook Ads that convert into either
sales or an email so that I can go ahead
and follow up with an email sequence for
them so basically I run ads for them and
I build out their email marketing
campaigns and that's it right then I
charge anywhere from you know two
thousand five thousand dollars and I
also do consulting as well let's see do
you think someone of reasonable
intelligence and work ethic given the
online income sources can attain 100k a
month income in two three years yes very
possible I did my first six-figure month
last year in September I did over a
hundred thousand dollars and then the
next month I did over two hundred
thousand dollars in a month so very
possible and I was my first year online
yeah anything is possible
I've seen it done people make way more
than me like I'm a small fish small fish
there's people that make literally 10 to
20 million a month online insane numbers
and I know that seems absolutely
unattainable right now but once you dive
deep into the space then you get then
you network you become closer with
people that are kind of like underground
people that don't you know have personal
brands like me and you're like wow you
make that much that's crazy you start
seeing what they're doing and you start
applying that to your own business so
it's amazing the end guys give this a

yeah start applying what you're learning
get associated network and start meeting
people that are make you look small

programs because there's always
something to learn there's always a
golden nugget whether it's one thing
that you learned in someone's program
right I bought many programs for many
people because I just want to see what
they're doing and I want to see if
there's a golden nugget that I could
take from that but today today is the
time to change today is a good time to
create that additional source of income
