we're gonna be going over the 90 day
video marketing YouTube challenge okay
so I'm making I kind of just came up
with this but I'm gonna start like a
nine-day YouTube challenge to kind of
start a new YouTube channel around a
completely new niche and that's
completely new channel just started
around a week ago I've already posted
three videos started ranking for some
keywords so I kind of want document with
you guys show you that you can make
another source of income and I'll be
really transparent with everything and I
kind of want to bring you guys with me
on this challenge because I know a lot
of you are starting YouTube channels and
you know it doesn't mean personal brand
channels so this completely separate
from my personal brand alright so I know
you got a lot of guys are starting this
and need some help and I'd be cool for
kind of do this together and just made
no source of income through affiliate
marketing right so what is this going on
okay so I'd say start today or tomorrow
or you know on Monday or wherever so I
already started around a week ago um
have you probably heard in some of my
videos that I start a new channel but
yeah so the best time is start to net is
now right you just wanna get started
right away and don't procrastinate don't
worry about all the fine little details
you are gonna know you you are gonna
want to kind of know what you're doing
but you don't you don't have to be
perfect with everything right so why are
we doing this why am I doing this guy so
the reason why I'm doing this is I want
to pick another income sir source and
build a brand around another niche you
know just because I know I know how to
do it not one another income source so I
figured why not and I could also you
know show you guys that it is possible
to build you know another source of
income you know if you have patience
know what you're doing through affiliate
marketing through particularly video
marketing in this example okay for
YouTube right so let's go over some of
the rules for this these are my rules
you guys don't have to stick to it but
if you guys want to follow this for
tonight 90 days you can kind of do this
with me so the rules are is I start a
completely new channel everything on
this channel you're watching now doesn't
count for me it's completely separate
okay so I'll be uploading three days a
week so that's Monday Thursday and
Saturday so there's those are the days
I'm doing I think it's good to kind of
just keep a schedule that way it keeps
you accountable
so the
next thing which is really important is
I don't expect to make one dime until
the 90 days you're up okay so for 90
days I'll be posting three days a week I
don't expect to make one dime okay so
that's really important okay
that's one of the most important things
you got to think around YouTube yes I
can make money the first day actually I
think I made an Amazon sale made like a
couple bucks the other day and I just
started so already seeing some small
small results okay I don't really care
about that money I just do it link in
there because I was talking about
something so why not but anyways you
know I don't really expect to make any
money for 90 days for this thing so
that's that's kind of the mindset you
gotta have right so it's really gonna be
hard like not only for me but for you
guys like to upload you know videos
three days a week
you know for 90 days without expecting
any money like right now it's not worth
my time at all obviously I'm a busy
person I already make you know full time
income online through other things and
but you know it's just kind of the price
you're gonna have to pay okay so I I
have some extra time now that I got like
the course all done and stuff so I have
the extra time to build some more
affiliate marketing income sources and I
really want to grow my income source to
20 thousand a month just with the
affiliate marketing by the end of the
year so this is the one of the ways I'm
gonna do it right
so how are we gonna do this gang you got
the rules you got the why you got the
win so how are we gonna do is gay so
what I'm doing my strategy is I'm raking
for longtail keywords around a certain
niche okay I am keeping it niche focus
it's not - it's not too niche focus is a
little broad but it's still in a niche
alright so the way I'm making my videos
is I'm not for one I'm not showing my
face at all it's not particularly a
niche that you show your face in so
basically what I'm doing and depending
on the topic I'm talking about in the
actual video I make for the channel is
so I'm either doing a voiceover from her
from me or my girlfriend's doing it just
because she's like a PR major so she
knows how to speak well and clearly or
I'm having someone one of the Amazon
automated voices do again
just edit the voice in to the video so
that's basically how I do the voice you
know again I'm we're not showing our
faces at all for my niche you don't need
to you can but you don't really need to
and the way I'm making these videos is
through either lumen 5 software I have a
video on lumen 5 it's a while back but I
go check that out or I'm doing a
PowerPoint and just putting my and
putting my videos together that way okay
so I'm not really doing any camera thing
it's all in the computer either a
PowerPoint or lumen 5 so I don't need a
good camera I just use my computer
screen recording obviously and then to
bring outside traffic to the channel
I'll be utilizing two other platforms
and that will be Pinterest and Cora but
for outside traffic sources because
YouTube does favor that if you're
bringing traffic from other platforms to
their platform they're obviously gonna
reward you for that because you're
bringing them in more money and more you
know views and stuff like that so
they're gonna they like that okay they
really like that they're gonna help your
videos out to give your views a booth so
I'm using these two platforms because
Pinterest and Cora these two work well
for my niches alright so this doesn't
mean that you should just do PowerPoint
core or Pinterest and core because I am
okay you know these niches suck and like
or these platforms suck and like or like
Pinterest sucks and the Entrepreneurship
nice like I don't use that for my
personal brand but for this niche I'm
going into and I can't say the niche
just because I don't want everyone to do
the same exact thing but basically for
this niche I'm using Pinterest in kora
and I'll be I'll do some more videos on
that if you guys want to know how to do
like Pinterest and core marketing I
won't be uploading those in the course
too if you guys are in the course so
anyways those work so those platforms
are gonna work well for my niche as I've
seen I parties you know split the time
researching con scoping out my
competition stuff like that so and then
like the video topics you guys might be
wondering like how I come up with the
video topics so basically I make videos
similar to what videos my competitors
put out so I already have like the top
two three competitors in my in my mind
and I kind of know what they're doing so
I just kind of go look at there
see what they're doing and see what kind
of content they're put out and however I
make sure it's a keyword I can rank for
so this has to be some of the longtail
keyword and I'd do that by just looking
through the Google Keyword planner and
looking for low searched longtail
keywords basically and then you just
gotta you know do some YouTube SEO to
actually rank for the keywords right so
monetization I'm sure you guys are
wondering about this all right so what I
would say is you can start printing
affiliate links right away in your video
just only put like one link in the
description you know don't don't feel
like your whole description with
affiliate links starting out youtube
doesn't like that just because they see
as you're pulling traffic away from from
their platform okay so they don't like
that really but you can throw it's like
one link in there if you're talking
about something you know why not don't
worry about making money right away like
YouTube it's way better to I grow first
and then monetize your channel because
it's like a compound effect okay so like
right now starting out don't expect to
make any money it's and even if you do
make some money it's not gonna be that
big of a deal because you won't get that
many views unless your video goes like
viral or ever but anyways I plan on
making money for through affiliate
marketing and avro ever new on this
channel and that's kind of starting out
of course I'll just like kind of wait
for that so Philly marking the Avenue so
once the channel gets big enough I can
start hiring people to make my own
digital products that way I don't just
have to use affiliate links the whole
time but feelings are great for physical
products too like Amazon you can get
anything on Amazon so I freakin that if
you're getting like good amount of views
you know some of my competitors are
doing like 20,000 month just from ad
revenue so my niche is pretty like I'd
say it's kind of competitive but there's
a lot of money to be made in it so
that's kind of what I'm gonna say about
my niche so it's it might be different
for yours so just go kind of scope it
out but also you know once I start to
make around a thousand month from this
channel I'm gonna outsource everything
like all the videos I just gonna kind of
teach people how to make the videos like
what I do and then just pay them like 20
bucks to make a video for me and then
how people you know do
thing for me basically so it's just kind
of throwing money the profit that I get
from it back into the business basically
back back to the channel so also when I
hit like five hundos a month with the
channel I also be upping it to posting
every day on there right now I'm just
doing three times a week because you
know I don't really have time to do
every day right now but once I see some
ry I'll start hiring people and getting
videos posted every day okay so that's
kind of how monetized monetization is
gonna work out it's a kind of focus on
the same schedule you know you guys can
change it up a little but that's kind of
how I'm structuring this whole video
marketing challenge so also I was gonna

that up it's a Facebook group I'll try
to be active in there but let me show

you know expert and anything I'm not the
niche is completely random you guys will
probably never guess what it is but you
know it's something cool and I want to
document my journey through this show
you guys what's going on kind of up to
you guys every month or so but go and
