order for her to generate leads
efficiently she has to have a sales
funnel okay and not a typical website
when you go to her website this is what
you see and the problem is is that
people don't know what to do when they
get here there's property search buying
selling about me mortgages calculators
market news contact there's all these
different buttons and there's nothing
right here that's collecting any leads
for her to follow up with on a daily
basis okay so if she's not collecting
emails from people that are interested
in searching for a home then she can't
follow up with potential leads from
Instagram right so we want to set up a
funnel for her that will collect emails
but serve the same purpose as her
website right because I see that the
purpose here is for people to search you
know different types she has a software
right here in MLS software or something
like that that can search different
properties different price ranges right
people could come here and search but
what she should have is a sales funnel
that people have to submit their email
for a customized report and then they
get access to this customized software
that she has on her website and I'll
show you exactly what I mean okay so
here is a simple real estate funnel that
I set up for a lot of real estate agents
that I've reached out to okay and it
looks something like this it's an opt-in
page in a Thank You page basically what
did it this is a get help with your real
estate questions and find your perfect
home in Newport Beach very specific
right so you can tailor it to her you
know custom area and her website you can
even say get access to our you know real
estate finder software where you're
gonna find the best valued home that
you're searching for right all people
have to do is enter their name and email
and they'll gain you know in
and access to a 30-minute call with the
agent right so there's value in exchange
to that they get access to a software
right like on her regular website right
and then they get access to maybe a call
with her and people will gladly submit
their information for that access so now
she's generating an email list that she
can follow up with every single day to
make sure that you know there's people
that are interested in you know seeing
homes and buying homes so if she follows
up with those emails then she is
guaranteed to get that client and making
sure that that client doesn't go to
another real estate agent that would
ever approach them on in the Starbucks
or something right so and then a simple
Thank You page to schedule your call now
now this is a funnel that I would give
to real estate agents and I'm gonna give

you can either put an affiliate link

into that button so when they click that
