know we're out there making what they're
helping people what they're leading

everybody else is going to Hut anybody
else gonna hype you up right everybody
else is going to tell you exactly what
you want to hear hey join my team hey
look at me I'm making you know three
thousand dollars a week I'm making four
thousand dollars a week by my training
by this course by this system right if
you want to be a leader inside MCA you
have to sacrifice right you have to
motivate you have to really inspire
people to want more inside of MCA right
it's not these people in Siam saying
that make three or four hours a week but
they're not leaving anybody great these
people that make you know three or four
thousand dollars a week and they have a
90 percent dropout rating right why is
that right there's so many these top and
income earners and you just follow that

you why do these people have a 90

talk about the residual income why do
these people never really help you

people they was going on like a lot of
times these top income earners right
they don't care about you
all they care about sign you up making
their eighty dollars sending you over
there some wack-ass tree send you over
to you know a Facebook group with a
whole bunch of other people that aren't
successful then if you ask for help
they either block you or if they ask you
or if you ask for help they tell a
charge you $250 $500 right that's not me
anybody right if you want to leave if
you want to become a leave inside nc8
you have to sacrifice right you got to
go out there and understand it's going
to be hard understand that you're gonna
have to help people for no apparent
reason I understand that you can have to
help people on your team become
successful inside CA right and samo
cover America is bigger than $80 right I
know you guys hear about all $80 dollars
you know I saw some pops up on my screen
I know anybody talks about the $80 $80
but never no one ever talks about the
residual income no one ever tell us
about the passive income because too
many MCA reps are only focus on the $80
they don't want to help the team they
don't want to lead anybody all they want
to do is for you to sign up with them
then make the $80 for if we need
additional tree they're going to charge
you 250 we're going to charge you five
hundred dollars for some wack-ass
trainee then if that doesn't work
they'll get charged charge you more
money right if you wouldn't become an
NCAA leader you have to help people
right you have to generally care about
people and help people win right because
a lot of people don't talk about the
residual income right say if I have Jon
right and now Jon signs up underneath me
if I help John I understand how to make
five sales a week right I'm gonna earn
thirty dollars now say if I sign up five
John's a week right five John's
and I teach East John hey what's going
on the weather right now I teach these
John how to create five sales a week
right I'm building a leader out of John

five sales a week John becomes a leader
and go and go gets married John shows

they build that up this is where the
residual income comes in but no one
wants to put in the work right no one
wants to help each other with a la MCA
reps just flash the cash flashy
lifestyle fun you then when it actually
comes down to helping people or you know
actually showing them how to make sales
they don't do it right they'll give you
you know a runaround they'll give you a
vague description about how to do
something if you ask for help
let's say oh my sponsor they'll help me
or if you ask you too much help they'll
block you or if you ask for help they'll
say oh by my training for five hundred
right you have to understand that great
if I sign up
I mean if I sign up underneath you
inside MCA right there's the leaders out
there inside see though you sign up
underneath them they'll give you some
training that doesn't work just so they
can upsell you on a $250 course a 500
course right you have all these top
sales agents they have an 80% drop off
rating that sign up four thousand people
a week maybe four thousand people a year
but they have a 90% drop out rating how
you sign up five thousand people a year
telling people you are a leader and you
have a 90 percent dropout rate right if
you weren't becoming leaders I am saying
you have to help people right helping
people was not charging them for
training helping people is not saying
hey if you want my training just five
charging $500 helping people was going
out there making videos helping people
is providing people with value helping
people is actually showing them how to
become successful inside mc8 not hey if
you want more training great if you want
to help buy my course if you want to do
this by by by by right I understand I so
train right right hey I saw MCA training
get access to my team but when people
inbox me asking for help I'm not I'm not
saying hey buy my training or I can't
help you right I help everybody inside
MCA you have a question you can ask me

with MCA is a skill set once you learn
these skill sets you can take these
