to a thousand subs and four thousand

watch hours would be good to make that

passive income source yeah YouTube is a

pretty decent source for passive income

I mean you're at the mercy of the

algorithm so sometimes your videos

aren't getting pushed out

but yeah my advice would be to do market

research before creating your content

and then just duplicate not duplicate

but you know make content based on other

proven content out there so like in the

investing niche one of the most popular

videos is how to invest $1,000 and stock

market for beginners so I would research

your niche and then I would make content

that's already working well for other

people

one tip for you guys which is basically

like I said you know repurposing and

remaking proven content and it mostly

just comes down to market research and

these days on you know the number one

thing you want to be looking at and

going after is your thumbnails and your

click-through rate so you want to make

sure with your youtube videos you have a

title and thumbnail that kind of

complement each other sometimes people

make thumbnails and titles that repeat

each other and that's really not you

know what you want to do so more and

more now that click-through rate and

thumbnails are more important than ever

before

estate well I'm actually in my new house

so I'm all moved in and this is my first

live stream from my new office so I am

familiar with real estate I just bought

a a three family property so I'm doing

the whole owner-occupant strategy so

that's something I'll be doing a lot of

content on in the future too can youtube

channels be audio only that's really

difficult I would just do a podcast if I

was going to do audio only to be honest

with you

but anyways guys I'm gonna open up on my

but what we're doing is something I do

every single month I try to be as

transparent as possible and that is my

passive income report so bear myth bear

I can definitely you know stop and

answer those questions for you and

anybody from Instagram because it seems

doing here is something I've been doing

every month since the beginning of this

year and that is my passive income

report so when I used to work you know

my day job I used to watch a lot of

YouTube videos I used to watch or listen

to and view Pat Flynn's blog

I don't member exactly what it's called

real passive income maybe or something

along those lines but I always loved

every month I would do a live earnings

report and show you exactly how much he

was making from primarily affiliate

marketing and I was just so motivated

and inspired by it and so when I created

you know this channel and started

earning primarily affiliate income I

decided to have that same level of

transparency and you know show you guys

exactly as much as I can you know what

I'm earning from my business and then of

course I know a lot of you guys are

students already I do have my six-figure

affiliate marketing course and we're

gonna do a 24 hour only discount here

get into the first

force of passive income this month and

next one is from ad bloom and like I had

mentioned in my last video this is a

affiliate network that has multiple

different opportunities there so

basically there's tons of different

affiliates in there

on these are five different ones that we

are affiliated with over on my blog

investing simple dot blog and so this is

a relatively small amount of money but

it's gonna be growing and I think even

for the month of July we're already at I

think $200 or so from this one affiliate

network so it starts off slow and

obviously I'm not making you know tons

per conversion here they're mostly like

budgeting apps or different money apps

but 63 dollars from 30 conversions once

you get those numbers up once you have

high volume you know this can start to

equal a lot of money and the good thing

is or the surprising thing to is almost

all of these are coming from one article

one blog article on my website that gets

the most traffic on different ways to

make money

once in a while I always wonder where

you've been when I don't see your

comments but I read every single one man

so always dropping good insight there

number three is just a stock course that

I've been affiliated with since August

of last year

and a lot of this is just recurring

revenue so one of the methods of doing

affiliate marketing it's also one that I

teach in my course is aligning yourself

with other influencers out there who may

have you know paid coaching or they have

a paid course of some kind and this is

an affiliate of mine who has a forex

trading course I know that sounds a

little bit sketchy but he's a very

reputable and well-respected person in

the forex trading space and he has a

course that helps people that they are

looking to learn more about forex

trading so there's been people that have

signed up for it before and every single

month I get a cut of the recurring

subscriptions which is you know passive

income at its finest right there number

four is a crowd-funded real estate

platform this one is a smaller one but

we actually are looking to build this

out a little bit I did I am planning on

doing a dedicated review of this

platform on YouTube and so in the month

of June we did $150 so we earned 50

bucks per funded account giving us this

total here of 150 from 117 clicks so I

would like to see this one growing to

the 500 $2,000 per month range but you

know that is definitely gonna take a

little bit but I think having a

dedicated review video would help a lot

last month on wordpress techniques niche

made 198 dollars within ten days all

through affiliate marketing that's

amazing man Aditya is actually he works

with me on my blog as well he's also a

student of six-figure affiliate

marketing so I love to be seeing

students having success like that

198 in ten days I mean that really is

honestly amazing it doesn't get much

better than that and a lot of people may

be saying ok how is that possible but

there are so many different niches on

YouTube and different ways to go about

affiliate marketing that you can start

making money literally in the first week

or in the first month just like Aditya

has here with his blog so that's number

four number five here this is actually

in

interesting so expressvpn this is from

one video I made on YouTube that got

like 1500 views so not a lot of traffic

but this is a perfect example of what I

was just talking about and that is

finding these untapped affiliate niches

where there's opportunities just like

this so if you have a video that gets

1500 views you're not making much from

AB revenue maybe you're gonna make five

or ten dollars from that many views

depending on your niche but look at the
