here welcome back to the channel just
got home from you know nine holes of
golf and I wanted to shoot a quick video
for you guys I've been meaning to do
this I wanted to show you guys a tour of
the house and I want to show you how
affiliate marketing was you know you
know gave me the ability really to be
able to buy this incredible house and
also help me get you know my my favorite
car and so what I want to do in this
video you know I don't want to you know
shoot this video to brag to you guys but
I know a lot of you guys get inspiration
out of this stuff and so I wanted to
show you guys a quick tour of the house
and I know you guys have seen some some
videos that I've shot inside of my house
but I really want to just show you guys
around let you guys kind of on the
inside of my life the inside of my place
here and let's just start from the front
garage that we were in but you know
we've got our front door right here let
me actually show you guys you know the
front of the house you guys can see what
this looks like
pretty pretty cool stuff it's actually a
brand new development that we've got
over here so a lot of new properties are
going up there's actually a house built
over here I apologize for the wind
there's also a house over here that's
being built but you guys can kind of see
check it out
this is my new place I absolutely love
modern architecture so you guys can see
behind me that's the house and what I
love most about it is you know the
balcony that runs across right here on
the second floor so it's right around
3,100 square feet
and you guys can see I need to actually
mow my lawn but you know this is my
first first house first purchase so you
know let's go inside and let me show you
guys kind of you know what we've got
here so as you walk you
you've got the basement right down here
right down here you've got the basement
it's actually an unfinished basement
let's just run down there real quickly
and I'll show you guys what we've got
let's see we've got a bunch of boxes
down here so I apologize I feel like I
actually have guests in my house but you
guys can see here's the basement
unfinished or think about doing like a
theater room over on this side right
here and then you've got a bathroom
right here and then you could do like a
bedroom you know on this side right here
they've got a little storage area here
in the back so that's pretty cool
so that's the basement for you guys
let's run upstairs and I can show you
guys the main level and I absolutely
love these these are actually real
hardwood floors you guys can see that
I'm really a minimalist loves just just
basic clean look on the inside here you
can see these hardwood floors this is a
living room right here they've got the
white couch got the painting here that
this actually came from my apartment so
that might look familiar to you and then
we've got the TV the sound system here
we still have to hide these wires right
here and then right over here is going
to be the dining area we're getting a
dining room table it's gonna be put
right here we've got the chandelier back
here and then we've got the office right
here we've actually got two offices that
picture still needs to go up they got
the glass table here we've got the
bookcase right here the clock behind me
this is actually where I'm gonna be
shooting a lot of my videos right here
so you guys will see me shoot more
videos just right here so really excited
for this love the lighting love the fact
that I can see out here you've got the
French doors I believe right here leads
out and we've got similar houses on the
other side here that house actually went
up really really really fast so there's
the office right there and we've got the
island you know right here behind me
we've got the chef's kitchen
so we've got the combination of the
microwave and the oven right here we've
got the sink right here you can see this
is all white quartz right here you know
all throughout on the island as well and
then you've got you know the hood right
here of course this is where the cooking
happens you got the white backsplash
tile so super clean and then of course
you know this looks like a smart house
so you've got to have the smart
refrigerator this actually plays music
you can listen to the radio satellite
radio you could order your food off of
here groceries you can actually change
the temperature right here this could
even either be a freezer or a
refrigerator and then you've got the
freezer right here so you have the
option to pick what you want right here
so that's really cool we don't have a
whole lot of stuff in here right now we
actually have to go do some grocery
shopping well you can see we've got you
know a little bit there then we've got
the the pantry right over here you turn
the light on here give me one second I
don't have my selfie stick on me so bear
with me here
we got the pantry right here you know
you got all the food right and then
we've got the bathroom here one bathroom
right here got the King and water
machine we still need to hook up and
then you've got the backyard right here
so let's go outside real fast Oh check
it out
small your backyard but it's good for
now all right so you can sit out here
kind of put a the table right here with
a few chairs kind of lounge around and
of course I'm excited to have some
furniture upstairs on the balcony that's
gonna be super cool and I'll probably be
doing some videos up there later on as
well for you guys so let's go upstairs
and let's check out the third storey of
the house and this is really cool
because you got the stainless steel you
know the
sir that runs all the way up right here
so that's super cool and modern you got
the window here you got honey ceilings
right here if you can see that and then
you got the hardwood floors that go all
the way up here so this is you know
super cool so you got hardwood floors on
the second and third level you got
carpet on the you know leading down to
the bottom floor you got just another
lounge area right here so you know this
is kind of like my video game station
you know this is something that I can
you know when I'm taking a break from
work I can come up here and you know or
come over here because I got a second
office down the down the hallway I can
come over here and just kind of like you
know get a refresh for a place of
videogames decompress all that good
stuff and then we've got my favorite
part of the house we got the balcony
right here so check that out I've been
thinking about maybe you could put like
a little refrigerator right here have
beverages you can you put like a little
fire pit right over here and then some
chairs maybe like a couch or something
outdoor couch but you've got this
awesome team to check this out you got
the awesome view you can't really see it
because of the lighting the Wasatch
Mountains right behind there you've got
the Park City Film Festival is over in
Park City and you got tons of awesome
you know ski slopes over there we do as
well so the Wasatch Mountains are really
well known here for hiking and skiing I
like it stuff so we've got a secondary
bathroom over here and then we've got
boxes in this room the girlfriend still
needs to clean up all these clothes but
you've got another room over here
you know and then you've got the closet
on this side all right so so actually I
think this has three bedrooms and it has
three bathrooms if I'm correct and
you've got my office another office
right here this is like the editing room
so
where I edit most of my videos been
shooting a lot of my videos in here so
I'm gonna start doing most of my videos
downstairs just because I love the
atmosphere but probably have another
computer screen here I've got my laptop
as well cameras so this is kind of like
that the production room I guess you
could say and then we've got the laundry
room over here
alright fun stuff right and then we've
got the main master bedroom right here
check it out and who is that behind me I
can say hi to everybody

I know Benji's trying to tell him that
right now he's like no he's actually I
really want to just get out of this cage
and play but yeah this is the master
bedroom you guys you can see they're
still working on this house next door
but again you got quartz countertops in
here it's very clean that's what I love
about this house it's just super clean
the tile floor should be wider than this
we actually want to switch that out but
it works in the meantime and you've got
the tub
right over here you got a nice little
view right here as well you still need
to put blinds in here so we could use
some more privacy but you got the
bathroom in here and I can just like
come over here and sit down on the
toilet and talk to you guys right and
then you've got the shower on this side
so yeah you guys that's pretty much the
house tour oh we've got the of course
the closet right here I know the women
wouldn't forget this but check it out in
the walk-in closet these are all the
clothes right here shoes up there all
nice and organized we've got the watch
winder over here got the Tag Heuer
and then too so over here I actually
need to plug that in so it works but
that is that's a tour you guys and you
know affiliate marketing has allowed me
to do this you know it's allowed me to
buy my dream car buy
BMW 650i it's allowed me to purchase my
first house it's allowed me so much
freedom and so much leverage because you
know I've consistently been putting out
content for the past 40 years now
consistently so if you guys have a dream
if you guys have goals if you guys know
that you are worth more if you guys were
working a nine-to-five job maybe you
just got your college degree maybe
you're 76 or 15 I don't care how old you
are social media is just getting started
all right this internet this whole
internet land right is still in its
infancy it's still brand-new and you
guys can still you know create a massive
shift within your own circle of
influence whatever your passions are if
you want to get an affiliate marking
want to build an e-commerce business if
you want to bake cakes you know like my
my girlfriend you know she's from Brazil
and she owned her own bakery in Brazil
and she's now realizing the power of
being able to have an online store and
have an Instagram account to where she
can actually show off her work and
create customers and create influence
and create deals with companies out
there that are in the you know cooking
industry it's just amazing the abilities
that you guys have but it starts with
having courage it's having faith it's
knowing that you guys can do this no
matter what it is that you have done in
the past no matter your experience level
you've got dry if you got passion if you
got a dose of creativity you guys can
truly do this you guys could have this
if not more right so I'm always striving
to to do more to be more so if there's a
few steps that I can give you to get
started in affiliate marketing if you
choose to do so it would be number one
you know find a mentor find somebody
that you can listen to you know that you
can follow that you believe in that you
trust it and just do everything that
they tell you to do don't get distracted
by anything else don't let fear
get to you because there will be fear
because this business is actually easy
what's hard is the mental obstacles that
you're most likely going to go through
like I can't create content I can't be
on video I can't do this you know it's
too complicated I know what to write
about I don't know what type of content
to create I don't know how to create
websites I don't know how to create
funnels I'm technically challenged right
these are all the things you're gonna
you're gonna go through you're gonna
deal with and so as an entrepreneur
you've got to understand that this is
part of the game you're gonna go through
this stuff so whether you want to do a
one hour a day side hustle and make an
extra 10 20 30 40 grand a year or
whether you want to make this your
full-time career your full-time path and
you want to monetize your passions you
can do that what I've done is I've
partnered with a business partner of
mine and he's created a program that
will show you how to build an affiliate
marketing business from complete scraps
for how to build your own business maybe
it's not affiliate marketing maybe you
already have a business you want to grow
maybe you're a newbie wherever you are
whatever boat you're in he's gonna help
you we are going to help you get started
