PROFITABLE FACEBOOK ADS IN 2018 (STEP BY STEP)


hey this is Ryan Hildreth and in this
video I'm going to show you how to run
profitable Facebook ads in 2018 and show
you the key concepts step by step but
hey this video is for people who have
never ran a Facebook ad before or B
you've ran Facebook ads and you aren't
getting any results okay if you're
currently running profitable Facebook
ads you're probably wasting your time
and you should click off but you're
welcome to stay and watch so let's go
ahead and get into it I have plenty of
videos that you know on my computer
where I dive deep into like how to
structure your Facebook ad and do all
that but honestly that is not how you
make money with Facebook ads that's just
how to set a Facebook ad up okay so
let's go ahead and go over some key
concepts that you know I have the
problem with when I first got started
with Facebook ads and what you're
probably experiencing right now with
your Facebook ads so let's go ahead and
dive into it I'm gonna draw out a funnel
right here okay and we're gonna look at
this funnel as a sales funnel concept
okay
so the top line right here what we're
trying to do with our Facebook Ads is
generate more leads right people that
give us an email or might be interested
in our product or service whether we're
selling coaching a digital product you
know Shopify product something of that
sort
right we're trying to generate more
leads with Facebook Ads okay so Facebook
Ads is just a tool Facebook Ads don't
make you money directly you have to be
able to sell to these people okay
and after leads we turn turn these
people into prospects okay after that we
qualify our prospects we generate sales
and this is where we turn our Facebook
ads into cash right we spit out cash but
you have to be able to understand this
concept but right here of a sales funnel
because you can run a Facebook ad and
generate all these leads right get these
people to your landing page this and
that but if you don't know how to sell
these people if you don't know how to
close the deal
you're not gonna generate any money and
you're gonna be wasting thousands of
dollars on Facebook Ads
okay Facebook is very efficient with
their tool they know how to get you the
leads they know how to find your target
audience pretty easily okay so it
doesn't take and you know the most
genius expert to be able to run a
Facebook at it really you could learn it
within a day I have plenty of videos on
my channel where I show you how to build
an actual ad but this concept right here
is what a lot of you don't understand
and I want to show you how to generate
more sales and how to close the deal on
your landing page or on your webinar or
on your training right
so what we're trying to do is generate
leads but these leads that we're
generating these emails are just people
that are interested right they give you
an email but they haven't pulled out
their wallet their credit card yet so we
don't know if these leaves are actually
buyers people that are gonna pull out
their credit card and exchange money for
a service or product right so we have to
qualify these leads right qualification
is a key part of the sales process okay
I don't know how to spell qualification
so qualified how do we qualify lead well
we have to let them know that let's just
say I'm selling coaching services right
well I'm only coaching people that are
making $5,000 or more in revenue per
month right that's a qualification
because anyone that isn't currently
making $5,000 or more I don't want to
work with those people so I'm letting
these leads know that you have to be
making $5,000 or more in revenue for me
to coach you right so that's a
qualification and
is how you essentially find the ultimate
buyer right the people that you actually
want to work with the clients you want
to work with the buyers you want to work
with so you have to be able to qualify
them and let them know that you have to
be generating 5,000 in revenue or you
have to be serious about your work ethic
and willing to put in time and effort
right you don't want people especially
if you're selling a digital product or
coaching or you know personal training
you don't want someone that's not gonna
put in any effort and then eventually
ask for a refund right you want people
that are committed and serious I'm gonna
take your time seriously so you have to
be able to qualify them once you qualify
them they turn into prospects and that's
when you can go ahead and close the deal
through a webinar through your sales
page write a video sales letter or you
can hop on a call with them and actually
close the deal there
okay so qualify and then after we
generate sales but how do we generate
sales much faster okay and this is the
part that a lot of people don't
understand as well and this is things
that I learned from great books like
Russell Brunson's book I mean we teach
this and in the course one of my courses
on social media marketing as well but we
teach the sales process and things that
you need in your sales process are value
right people have to see the value in
your product or service so what I like
to do is value stack I let people know
the actual monetary value of my products
and the discount they will be getting
right so if one of my products you know
usually goes for $2,000 right one of my
digital products I can go ahead and let
them know you're gonna get it today for
you know 997 right which is 50% off so
you want to show the value in your
products and services and the in the
discount that you know this buyer is
essentially going to get so you have to
show value you have to show scarcity
so scarcity is basically maybe limited
number of spots right limited spots or
limited product available and some of
the largest corporations do this on
Amazon when you're shopping on Amazon
what does it usually say in the checkout
usually says like four items in stock
right it says four of this left in stock
but honestly you know they probably have
a lot more and they could probably
restock that item very fast but they add
that sense of scarcity in order to
create the urgency to buy right urgency
that's another thing I want to talk
about so urgency could be like limited
time offer
right so how can you how can you put
urgency on your sales funnel okay and
I'm gonna leave a link down below to a
funnel of mine that has this urgency
built into it like you could do a time
countdown timer right countdown so
something as simple as a countdown timer
can you know have a quicker checkout
rate with these prospects because they
know okay wow there's a limited number
of spots the countdown clock is ticking
right and then that's when you close
them on the deal with the value stack
you show them hey you know there's a
limited number of spots limited time and
you're getting this discount it's a
one-time offer discount okay and that's
when you generate massive sales with
Facebook ads okay so with actually
setting up your advertisement by
generating leads when you're first doing
this when maybe you just started your
business or you're helping a new client
who doesn't have an email list that's
gonna be the hard part
okay your ads are gonna be more
expensive because you are trying to find
a niche audience and it's going to take
some
spend to figure that out in let Facebook
generate that data to find that perfect
audience for you but if you currently
have an email list write emails I think
it's like a hundred or more a hundred
plus I don't know I think might be 100
or 300 more 300 plus emails but if you
have an email list and you're able to
upload that and create a custom audience
in facebook that's gonna be a lot easier
because Facebook is gonna take these
emails of people that have purchased
from you or have previously given you
emails and they're gonna select that
those people and then they're going to
target people that look like those
people that give you an email or
purchase your product so what I like to
do is before you spend money on Facebook
Ads
go and generate some sales they'll
figure out how to sell how to use these
tactics value scarcity and urgency to
sell things right collect that data
collect those emails and then go ahead
and run Facebook Ads because if you
learn how to sell first your Facebook
Ads will work a lot better because
you'll be able to structure your click
funnel your landing page much more
efficiently you'll know how to sell
already so these sales will come in easy
but the problem lies with people that
don't know how to sell and then they go
and set up a Facebook add to their
landing page that does not convert
because they don't know how to sell so
selling is one of the most you know
useful skills to learn especially in
business and there's plenty of books out
there on how to sell and how to market
but if you could apply these things to
your sales funnel I guarantee that your
facebook ads will be profitable but
remember Facebook ads are just a tool
Facebook ads do not equal money they
equal getting you more leads which you
can close which equal more money so
