damn day this is a quote that I want to
apply to a lot of people that aren't
willing to put in damn hustle okay I
come across too many people that aren't
willing to work for their dreams to work
for you know that lifestyle that they
want that freedom that they want and
frankly if you aren't willing to work
for that freedom for that lifestyle for
that hustle then you can just keep doing
what you're doing okay and what's up Dan
how's it going just wanted to pop in do
this live stream and really talk about
you know the hustle because a lot of
people won't aren't willing to put in
that hustle if it's you know there's not
enough money and in it for them or
there's not an there's not a big enough
payout for them right how's it going
guys lots of people pop it in and that's
a big deal
okay because the same hustle applies
when you're working for your first
hundred bucks or your first million in
entrepreneurship there's no difference
in hustle there's no difference in work
ethic and drive to get things done for
that first hundred or for that first
million I see that mistake a lot with
you know newer entrepreneurs I see it
with entrepreneurs that are you know
maybe two three four or five years in
the game okay and it's still new it's
still fresh but you have to have that
same Drive from when you wanted to make
after your first million okay and that's
just something I want to talk about
because I think it's important I think a
lot of people are getting soft a lot of
people are expecting a frothy market
expecting dollars to come to them all
the time and this frankly that's not how
it is you know if you look at most
businesses in the United States don't
profit until the third year right
because the government gives them three
years to basically claim losses right
any business or LLC in the United States
can claim losses for up to three years
because most businesses don't succeed or
profit until that third year it's great
to be profitable from the get-go but you
can
expect to be profitable right away you
have to put in that work day-in day-out
even when you don't see anything coming
towards you right even when you don't
see the reward you don't see the success
and all this you know awesome you know
Instagram stuff that you see right you
see people on Instagram
obviously I post things on Instagram
that it seems like my life is awesome
all the time right but it's really not
true and that's kind of a mask that a
lot of people have in this me going live
right now is kind of showing you that
it's not like that all the time it's not
all money and MacLaren's and nice things
right sometimes it's hard sometimes we
have days that we struggle but when you
push through and you work day in day out
giving that same consistency that same
effort right that little point zero zero
one percent that you're getting better
every single day adds up okay again
success is not owned it's rented and
rent is due every damn day
too many people aren't willing to put in
that work right too many newer
entrepreneurs or people just getting
started maybe this is you and maybe the
money isn't good enough for oh it didn't
it didn't work out in three months all
right try it for six try for 12 months
try for 18 months and after that amount
of time if you still don't see anything
then maybe you can switch to a different
Avenue but have that same consistent
work ethic

it right do you want to create an
amazing business that helps a lot of
people do you want that freedom do you
want that lifestyle alright
bigger purpose behind it right when it's
just for money when you're working when
you're doing this just for money that's
gonna run out real quick because when
you make the money then what now it's
like what am I doing this for I made a
lot of money and I know not too many
people are fortunate enough to get to
that spot but when you do trust me it's
not about the money it's really not and
that's why you know I've kind of deep
dive recreated you know my passion my
business for my passion for marketing
social media marketing any type of
advertising it's all psychology and I
love that stuff you know for most of you
that didn't know that's initially when I
went to college for what psychology for
the first year and then I switched to
premed
and then I switch to business finance
but I enjoy psychology and joy you know
learning what gets people's attention
right and utilizing that in helping
businesses use that and use that for my
own business to help more people right
so you have to figure out what that
drive is behind your brand behind your
business is it is it money if it is you
need to find something that that goes a
little bit deeper because motivation
runs out that's another thing that I
quickly figured out you know throughout
the years is that motivation does not
last when you wake up and you're like
dude I wake up 5:45 every single morning
and I hit the gym as you can see I'm in
my gym clothes right now
you know I don't have motivation to wake
up at that time but I have the drive I
have the consistency I have the
successful habits to be able to get up
every single morning 5:45 go get the gym
start my day off right
get home answer your guyses messages on
Instagram YouTube whatever it may be
help my students out and then I produce
content work on my business work with my
clients right so
this guy says which protein do you use
it's kind of out to op talk it off topic
but I actually don't I I just eat
chicken I don't really take protein
anymore hurts my stomach I have like a
dairy dairy allergy yo what's up Connor
is it possible to make 2 million in two
years of course anything's possible it's
impossible to make a billion in two
years right you never know it could be
the next Mark Zuckerberg but if that's
what you're expecting then you're not
gonna get there right when you expect
something when you have too much when
you start something and you're expecting
an outcome usually that outcome goes
away you deter that outcome from even
coming because you're you're just like
thinking about it right like if I
started my business and I'm like the
only reason I'm starting this business
is because I want to make a million
dollars right that millions not gonna
come but when you have that consistency
and say you know what this business I
want to help people and be able to
profit and live the lifestyle that I
want to live while helping people I know
I will attract that million someday
that's the goal the goal is a million
but I'm not giving it a timeframe I'm
just gonna work hard in my business I'm
gonna work hard at helping others and
the more people you help the more money
you make

consistently he's in the affiliate
marketing course that's great man it's
awesome to see people having success
like that you know as you see I've
brought on Anthony Alfonso he was in my
affiliate marketing course and now he's
a super affiliate and a lot of the
things that I'm learning about affiliate
marketing I actually learned from him
and he's one of my he was one of my
students now he's like a mentor to me in
that space because he deep dive right
and for me I went deeper into social
media marketing personal branding Conor
says I feel like my work colleagues
don't want me to grow what's your
opinion on this so when you're in a work
environment corporate environment most
people you know most people just enjoy
that environment most people just want
to go to work and and they want to get
their paycheck and make their money and
get out right and I can tell that you
kind of have an entrepreneurial spirit
inside of you and there's there's this
drive for more there's a strive for more
than just a corporate job there's a
drive for more than just the salary
right maybe you you have a bigger income
goal a bigger vision for your business
and when you're around people like that
there's nothing wrong there's nothing
wrong with those people but when you
when you are in that thriving mode right
you want to build a big business you
want to make tons of money you want to
help thousands maybe even millions of
people it's hard for the people around
you to relate right what I mean I can I
can speak for that when I was at the
investment bank or even when I was
serving in bartending I go to that
restaurant I went to that restaurant
last week after my photo shoot and
literally seven eight years later the
same people are still working there
surprised me I was like wow that's crazy
you know what I mean because like these
people are making that much but some
people just that's just all they want
that's just what they want and you have
to surround yourself with people that
that want more I want more out of life
that what greater experiences higher
vibration experiences right like
experiences like being able to drive a
freakin McLaren or being able to you
know work go midday to the beach and
enjoy going to vacation anytime you want
surround your start surrounding yourself
with more of those people so I would say
do your job get in get out but then
afterwards maybe network find a Facebook
group DM people on Instagram reach out
to others maybe hang out all the weekend
once or twice with someone mastermind
not hang out but mastermind mastermind
with a fellow entrepreneur you know that
really helped me level up my game was
from the beginning right the only person
I hung out with was Stanner tanner fox
you know me and him mastermind all the
time then I mean now I have a bunch of
buddies I mean Dan DeSilva was just on
the stream you know I mastermind with
him out in Palm Springs a mastermind
with Anthony every single week you know
start masterminding with people
entrepreneurs

about kind of the process of open end
questions building a relationship with

advertising right Facebook advertising
like me and Anthony I helped him with

develop a niche skill set within
entrepreneurship maybe within marketing
