so a lot of people have been asking me
lately Ryan is affiliate marketing dead
okay is affiliate marketing dead in 2018
there's all these other opportunities
out there like Shopify drop shipping
amazon selling and just all these other
opportunities is is affiliate marketing
dead and my answer to that is I mean
that's like asking I want you to take a
look at all these businesses out here we
need to take a look at all those
buildings look at all those buildings
that's like asking are all those
businesses that are in all those
buildings gonna go out of business
because the internet because there's
there's the internet now and there's
Facebook advertising why would why would
any business pay to have a space like
that why would they pay the rents on
those buildings to you know sell their
products when they can easily you know
be virtual and just be online right so
but it's an easy question to answer
because there will always be products
and services to sell okay there will
always be people buying products and
services there's trillions of dollars
every single day being transacted
between hands between one person wanting
to consume something and another wanting
to sell their product or service okay so
with that being said how does this
relate to affiliate marketing
well affiliate marketing is merely being
the referral being the middleman finding
the finding the buyer someone that wants
something and has the desire for
something a product or service but
hasn't found that something yet so if
you could be that middleman and in
sell that product or service you get
paid a commission so obviously things
have changed with affiliate marketing
okay the landscapes have changed Google
AdWords is I mean it's harder to rank a
website nowadays like you could you
can't you almost can't like rank a
website number one and
expect a bunch of free traffic okay but
there are ways of getting free traffic
and I primarily recommend I mean there's
other videos that I have on my channel
that have showed you how to do this and
I have a course as well where you get
mentorship from me and Tanner Fox on
affiliate marketing but there's free
ways to do it and I recommend using
Facebook groups
common you know social media platforms
that are trending you can now use IG TV
to help you affiliate market and sell
different products and services an IG TV
Instagram TV if you don't have it it's
something that just came out the other
day and that's that's what I'm talking
about the the landscape is always going
to change right selling products and
services the landscape for that is
always going to change so you have to be
adaptable you have to move with the
trends you have to move with the
technology and once you're able to do
that you will see success okay the only
thing keeping you back from doing
affiliate marketing is because you don't
believe that you can do it you don't
believe that you can make millions of
dollars doing or be better than some of
the top super affiliates right you don't
believe that you can do it you don't
believe in yourself and and that's
something that I want you to work on it
because
the the opportunities to make money
online especially through affiliate
marketing that's one of the first
businesses that I started that helped
generate over six figures helped
generate a six-figure passive income for
me obviously there was work that I put
into it but affiliate marketing is one
of those things where you can literally
start up with zero capital get some free
traffic to a product or service that you
highly enjoy okay or it doesn't even
have to be something that you that you
use but I recommend you know offering a
product or service that you currently
use because it'll be easier to get free
traffic because it'll be easier to sell
someone on it and talk about how it's
gonna solve their problems right so I
lost my train of thought all the traffic
in the background but uh you know the
opportunity is so great nowadays and the
number one thing is okay you have to
learn how to develop these skill sets
okay it's not an overnight thing I know
it is passive income but you have to
work in order to you know get these
results right but it is passive once you
do learn the skill sets and you apply
that skill set it's very very passive
okay you just have to get over that
first hurdle of learning right of
learning anything of value isn't gonna
be free right including learning right
like I've paid thousands of dollars on
different programs different mentors you
know because I'm continuously learning
because things are continuously changing
and I don't know everything and I never
will know everything so therefore I have
to learn as much as I can from multiple
different people because there's
different types of strategies there's
different outlooks on different things
right people have different golden
nuggets that they can give you I'm sure
you have already gained one or two
golden nuggets from my YouTube videos
alone and that's free that's free
content that I take time out of my day
to put out there you know but I have you
know tons of paid students that you know
I have to I have to help as well so
you know I don't get to put as much
content here on YouTube but some of the
top programs okay and so we'll get into
like you're already over the barrier of
is affiliate marketing dead no it's not
dead you just have to adapt and use
different methods like Facebook
advertising or click funnels right click
funnels combined with Facebook
advertising or click funnels combined
with sorry click funnels combined with a
messenger bot right click funnels
combined with a messenger bought with
that Facebook advertising that's a
triple kill right there that's a triple
threat so the reason why I promote click
funnels and it's click funnels Friday as
you can see I my funnel hacker t-shirt
on is because click funnels just
surpassed the billion dollar mark in
sales okay so their valuation of their
company is probably around a billion
dollars too bad they're not public I
would buy all their stock because if you
look at companies like GoDaddy Hostgator
like all those different types of you
know Squarespace all those website
builders I mean GoDaddy alone is worth
twelve point three billion but that's
the old way of doing things because
those types of websites are not
actionable people go on those types of
websites or business owners build those
types of websites and it doesn't get
people converting it doesn't get people
purchasing from their website or just
leaving right normal web sites it's
usually like a landing page with like a
bunch of information different buttons
all you know scattered across the page
and people either stay and just roam
around or they just click off the page
but whereas click funnels click funnels
landing pages you know primarily the
objective is to either get an a lead and
get a sale right so what you could do

one of the webinars that pretty much
sold me on to click funnels because it
really opened my mind set to like what
the psychology of a sale is right all
these principles that apply to affiliate
marketing Amazon Shopify like tons
Shopify users owners are you know using

Shopify store so I'm gonna link down

or you cannot I mean probably only 1% of
you actually will take the time to watch
something and you know commit to success
and on.for that's unfortunate but I know
that 1% you know will succeed because
they'll actually put in the time and
effort to learn different things and

affiliate marketing is not dead it's
probably the best source of income to
start off as an online entrepreneur
that's just getting started because
you're gonna learn so many aspects of
sales psychology building websites right
building click funnels and going out
there and exploring different products
and services that pay commissions right
and there's products out there and
services out there that I highly
recommend finding these affiliate offers
that pay residual Commission so meaning
if you get a sale for someone if you get
a sale for the company they're not just
gonna pay you one time they're gonna pay
you every time someone purchases
something on the site okay or if they
have someone buys a membership right
they're gonna pay you a monthly 50% of
that monthly recurring retainer okay
probably one of the best products to
offer through affiliate marketing is
digital courses I know a lot of my
affiliates that have made you know
twenty thousand a month just promoting
you know some of my digital products
right so because they're using the hype
that's already around whatever it is
like if I when I released you know
social media marketing mastery tons of
people wanted to learn about it you know
I mean tons of people still do want to
learn about it I get you know several
new students every single day that want
to learn about that but you know some of
the affiliates for that course have done
you know upwards of 20,000 a month so
again the opportunity is there you just
have to seize the opportunity you have
to adapt with change with technology
these are all things that I didn't learn
in school right I learned from mentors
that most of them are college dropouts
so you have to be adaptable you have to
be willing to change your current ways
of thinking if you aren't currently
making six figures online then you need
to learn more you need to apply more
because I'm telling you it's right now
is the best time like if you aren't
making a crap ton of money right now
online you're missing the boat and you
need to you need to apply yourself and
learn more learn from people that are
actually doing it and you know I know
that's probably why you're here on the
