hey what's up this is Ryan hildreth and
I'm back with another gt-r rant and in
today's video I want to talk about the
two types of people so that you can
identify which type you are and quickly
either capitalize that or fix the issue
okay so I'm gonna give character traits
of both types of people there is number
one the first type of person the person
that's willing to do whatever it fuckin
takes to get success and provide for
themselves than their family and provide
value to the world people that are
resourceful people that have low egos
right and then there's the second type
of people who are not resourceful who
are lazy and not willing to do
absolutely what it takes absolutely
become wealthy to become a person of
power and a person of leadership and
value in this society okay and the
reason why I'm making this video is
because I get messages very frequently I
get hundreds of messages every single
day and I see the fine distinction
between the two types of people okay
there's people who ask me hey Ryan you
know I've been doing this for three to
four months and I'm really perfecting my
craft I'm working on drop shipping
making a few hundred bucks and I really
want to push it I really want to scale
up you know what are some things that
you've done to really scale right so
there's people that are resourceful that
are willing to put in the work with
entrepreneurship and stick to one craft
and become a master of that craft to be
able to provide for their family live a
life of financial abundance drive GTRs
just like me I'm kidding but not really
because you know that's what this game
is about it's about enjoying the
freedoms of entrepreneurship enjoying
the freedoms of being a being able to
construct your own lifestyle and live
that dream life right it's a lot of hard
work but at least you don't have a boss
telling you what to do every single day
and you know your purpose what was
defined by you and not by the founder of
that company right because you are
creating your own company and then
there's a second type of person I want
to focus on this type of person because
this might be you and that's okay if
this is you then you just need to become
more self-aware and that's the first
step in becoming a successful
entrepreneur and someone who provides
value to the society someone who crushes
it in entrepreneurship and someone who
lives a dream lifestyle
okay so the first step is to become
self-aware if you are this type of
person and I'll kind of you know give
you some details about what this person
looks like okay so this is the type of
person that message messages me and says
Ryan can I have you know I have this
business idea and it's gonna be awesome
can you loan me some money to start it
right there is no way in hell that
anyone would just loan you money from
you sending a message through a DM okay
everyone has great fuckin business ideas
everyone has the golden idea that's
going to be the next Apple or the next
Microsoft right everyone has that
yeah but with business and
entrepreneurship in today's society
there's no way that you need to start
with capital you need to just start you
need a bootstrap it you shouldn't be
asking for capital you shouldn't be
going to banks getting a loan because
then your business is reliant on the
person you owe right because you're
gonna have to pay that money back
sometime right you're gonna have you owe
someone and you don't want that when
starting a business in today's society
with the amount of technology that there
is in the amount of you know zero
startup kittens startup capital
businesses that you can start for maybe
a few hundred bucks right if you're
looking to get into Amazon FBA or
dropshipping or affiliate marketing
right social media marketing those are
two of my top sources of income
affiliate marketing is my top source of
income I started with zero capital okay
zero capital because I was resourceful I
figured it out myself I read books I you
know searched up all these YouTube
videos and took different courses right
of course I had to have a little startup
capital to be able to invest in those
courses or invest in myself and a little
bit of mentorship
but if you're not willing to go work at
McDonald's for $10 an hour in order to
invest in your business then you're
someone who has high ego you're someone
who cares oh I don't want to look I'm
not working at McDonald's I'm too good
for that but yeah you're broke as fuck
and you're trying to ask people for
money to start your damn business right
that's not the way to go
okay my my advice to you would be to go
work at McDonald's right because either
if you work at McDonald's or you work at
a restaurant you're making either $10 an
hour minimum wage or you're making $15
an hour that five bucks really doesn't
matter you're gonna be spending you know
six to eight hours at that job so you
might as well pick a job that's pretty
easy to get and it's not going to take
too much time for you you know like you
have to have all this prior experience
and all that just get a job get a
part-time job to pay and fund your
education maybe to fund your startup
capital right or number two okay so
maybe you're you're not your ego is too
big and you're not able to go get a job
at McDonald's like I personally I worked
it in and out I worked at a restaurant
you know I was a server and then I moved
up to bartender and I did what I had to
do to pay the bills but that allowed me
to you know have some free time on the
weekends to be able to start my business
to be able to figure it the hell out
alright maybe you don't want to work a
job like that okay then get resourceful
and and maybe ask your friends and
family not some stranger you know don't
ask some stranger for money that you
don't even know that you never even
provided value for you're just you're in
that take-take-take mode right you can
ask friends and family all right I had a
mentor who is in my family and I said
hey let me work for you right let me
work for you I'm willing to work in
exchange for whatever minimum wage just
so I could pay the gas to get up there
so I was basically breaking even right
but I was willing to work because I knew
that the value that I would learn in
exchange for working for this person for
you know minimum minimum wage would give
me you know a life lessons of value that
was gonna 10x my business or 10x my
success rate in entrepreneurship right
so instead of begging or asking for
someone like a freaking bum on the side
of the street right but instead you're
on Instagram and you're begging for
money from people who don't even know
you
why don't you exchange some value say
hey I'll you know all create your social
media content for free if you teach me
your ways I'll you know I'll schedule
out your post I'll you know edit your
videos I will you know do whatever it
takes I'll file your papers I'll come
over and file your papers in exchange
for some just to pick your brain right
I'll buy you a coffee I'll take you out
to lunch I'll pay for your dinner
right in order to gain value you have to
give value and that's the number one
thing that I learned in little and
there's so many the first type of person
is obviously going to be very successful
because they they know how to give value
their ultra resourceful they don't have
big egos they're willing to learn they
know they're the stupidest person in the
room right like I love to be in rooms
where I'm the dumbest person in the room
because that means that I have so much
to learn right
I'm not the type of person who has a
huge ego and has to have the biggest
dick in the room and and be like oh yeah
you know I know everything I know
everything because I don't know
everything and I know that I will never
know everything right and that's that's
all about humility low ego right
reducing your ego and being willing to
learn being willing to learn be
resourceful and give value the second
type of first person if you're this
person you need to be self-aware you
need to change your habits change your
value system right and give value back
to the world in order to gain value
instead of begging or needing startup
capital because you don't in today's age
right listen to Mark Cuban Mark Cuban
said if you need startup capital to
start your business you're stupid
right and that comes from Mark Cuban you
could look that up and I agree I agree
with them in today's society I mean the
technology to be able to go online and
create an online business is just insane

they have qualities of the number one
person not saying the number two is bad
but it's not conducive towards
entrepreneurship in business right you
can live life that way that's fine but
not if you want to build a massive
business and be ultra successful okay
just laying it straight you know just
laying it straight forward for you so
