never understood how powerful the stated being was so I could never achieve it
myself because every time I would try and get to work

and disconnecting my Wi-Fi allowed me to get much more done which when paired

after implementing meditation into my daily routine is that has helped me

I started noticing this increased concentration levels with just a few
minutes of meditation a day I'm sure we can all find a couple free minutes in

realizing how mentally taxing decision making can be we have to think about
what clothes to wear what to eat what tops we need to complete each and every
day by the time we get that sorted out what energy do we really have left to
actually get work done instead of wasting my valuable energy I'm making
these routine decisions every day I have streamlined these decisions in my own
life this includes wearing the same rotation of outfits at work and having
set times to do specific tasks like meal prep and laundry so that I can get into
these activities without even thinking about it
