good what passive income is something
that just comes in over and over and
over again and it's income that allows
you to have financial freedom allows you
to have financial stability because you
know that incomes coming in normally
with people they go out there they clock
in and out and they take time for money
so you have to if you're in that trading
time for money mindset you got to shift
a little bit and sort of thinking about
okay I need to start doing some things
now that's gonna help me get that
passive income source coming in so I
don't have to clock in and out I can
just get money coming in to me and it's
possible and I'm going to show you in
this video how it's possible first thing
you want to do is this is you want to
start a YouTube channel alright start a
YouTube channel and start creating
content for whatever thing the thing
that you enjoy the most so to create a
YouTube channel now why would you create
a YouTube channel number one is
eventually what you're gonna happen is
your YouTube channel is gonna get to a
point where it's gonna get ton of
subscribers you get lots of views and
then Google is going to put ads you can
put ads on to your channel
and with those ads that money starts
coming in every month you get ads you
know every day new people are gonna be
coming to your videos and they can be
looking those ads and that's great
passive income because those ads they
just start adding up every month okay so
that's something that's passed because
you don't have to worry about it you
don't worry about putting the ads up
there they just automatically do that
through the YouTube platform but what
you can also do is you can get your
message out about a certain product if
you create a product if you created
something new
then you can take your content inside of
YouTube and you can have people go out
to your content or you go out to your
course you can go out to your different
affiliate products and you can just have
people clicking on those links and going
out to different areas so YouTube right
now is one of the best ways to do that
now you have to build that up you have
to create those content and you got to
build up that the channel okay think of
the abundance mindset don't get stuck in
this scarcity mindset that there's no
more opportunities left YouTube right
now there's a there's 2 billion people
on YouTube and growing okay there's more
and more people coming onto YouTube
there's more people coming onto the
internet every day and all you have to
do is just go out there start creating
the content and letting that grow
because some if you create a piece of
content today 10 years from now or five
years now or two years from now people
are going to still be watching that
video and still be getting an ad spent
on that video and still be clicking
through the links on that video okay so
start a YouTube channel right now it's
one of the best ways to start earning
income alright so the next passive idea
that you want to start is this is you
want to start a membership site now
what's a membership site it's just a
password protected area that you can put
content behind that's all it is
you can use website called kajabi
there's clickfunnels you can use some
plug-ins for WordPress if you wanted to
I think membership command I think is
still around but you can use some
plugins to password protect the content
inside of WordPress but all you're gonna
be doing is creating content if you're
creating content already for your
YouTube channel you should be able to
start creating some content that you can
put behind a password protected area now
this this might be like the best stuff
that you have and you put that into a
membership area like if you have like
all these different secrets yeah you
might be doing a couple of them on on
YouTube but what you can do is be taking
those secrets put in behind a membership
area and then you can charge people for
that you could charge like $97 a month
for somebody to come into your content
area and get all your seekers to
whatever it is that you know how to do
and every month people would pay in that
$97 over and over and over again that's
gonna be super passive because you know
if you don't create a content for the
month you still have the members paying
the membership base look at Netflix
there's a hundred million people I think
Plus that use Netflix all paying that 15
dollars a month I mean that's that's
passive income that's security so just
think about that creative
the membership site for you and just
finding things that you enjoy and you
can create the content around post that
into your membership area and start
making that great money through the next
thing you can do with passive income is
write a book why would you want to write
a book well if you go to Amazon and you
got a Kindle you could take a basic you
know doc format and you can put it into
Kindle and what Kindle will do is
they'll actually take that content and
they'll put it into you know people can
buy it and get it onto Kindle but the
greatest thing about what what Amazon
does now is they do print on demand
books so you know you know the old days
you had to write the content send it to
a publisher and then they went on you
know had to create 10,000 books now if
somebody comes to Amazon and they want
to buy the book they buy the book and it
was on prints that book and it ships it
that's it there's one book printed
shipped out and that's it you know and
then you get paid to do that and if you
have you don't have to limit yourself to
one book you can do 10 books 20 bucks
whatever you want to do but you can
create all that content put it into
Amazon and then what they'll do is don't
they'll take that content turn it into a
book for you and then ship that out to
your customer okay if you ever seen like
a t-shirt design business where people
buy the t-shirt is printed and shipped
out same anything of the book content is
created it's up into Amazon the Kindle
Store and then people hits you know buy
they print that book send it out and
then you get paid for that it's passive
income because somebody can be buying a
book at 2:00 a.m. in the morning right
and then you get paid for that so that's
totally passive income make sure you get
that book get it up in the Kindle and
start making that money alright so next
thing I want to do with passive income
is is created what is called a lead gen
website and what is a lead gen website
lead generation is is so passive and
it's so lucrative and I'll give you an
example right here what and let me show
you what lead gen so it's just all it is
it's a website that you collect maybe a
name a phone number a you know an email
address and then what you can do is you
can take these leads and you can sell
these leads all right for example
lawyers lawyers are always looking for
new clients and if you set up a lead gen
websites
maybe in your local area and you drive
people to lead gen websites and then
people get their name phone number you
can sell those leads to
for a couple hundred dollars I mean
really because if they come in there and
they get you know a new client and they
charge them ten fifteen or twenty
thousand dollars that one hundred
dollars your two hundred hours for that
lead is nothing it's just you know it's
easy real estate agents they're always
looking for buyers and sellers and new
leads you could set up a lead gen
website collect leads sell those leads
to a real estate broker okay so think
about the OP the possibilities of all
the different websites out there there's
different plumbers in your area plumbers
new clients and new customers set up a
lead gen website attracting client for
plumbers and then sell those leads to a
plumber dentist you got doctors right
all of these people need new customers
new leads and they will buy these leads
if they're qualified and then they'll
take those leads and then you know
obviously try to get those people into
their business and then sell them but
you could sell those leads off and make
a tremendous amount of money and it's
all passive because you set up the lead
gen website people come to the website
they've you know if they if it's like
2:00 in the morning they find your
website they sign up that's a new lead
you sell the next day to the to the
business owner and you make that money
all right so lead gen website great way
to make passive income all right so the
next way to make passive income is to
join the Amazon affiliate program
it's suit I just go to google and type
in Amazon Associates now Amazon
Associates it's gonna allow you to
promote any product you want on the
Amazon website okay and what you do is
this is you create videos around
different products so if you find a
product like a camera and if you have
that camera create a video around that
camera and then have a link at the
bottom have that link go out to the
Amazon store you can also just if you
don't if you don't have the products you
can actually do videos of the Amazon
product that's right there so if you do
a screen capture of that actual product
you can do that okay so there's lots of
different ways to promote different
products you don't necessarily have to
actually have that product create a
video around what you think is you know
about that profit or have used in the
past give you a review of it or give you
a review of that product and then at the
bottom have a link to it I see a lot of
videos that you can go to and you learn
how to how to do certain things how to
do this how to do that or how to set up
the
and then what they do is they show you
this and at the bottom to have a link to
an Amazon product now as somebody clicks
on that link to the Amazon store they
buy that product you're going to make
anywhere from four to ten percent on the
sale so somebody buy the camera for like
two two thousand dollars you know you're
gonna be making like close to two
hundred dollars just on that sale of a
camera now it's passive because if you
have all these video set up somebody can
click on your link at 3 o'clock in the
morning go buy that product and you make
that money all right it's totally
passive for you so there you go go out
