is something that you everybody wants to
do they want to be able to sleep and
make money they want to build a travel
and make money they want to be able to
go in a big long vacations and still
make money and we can do that online we
can do it with with our computers we can
do with our smartphones and I want to
give you these five basic ideas it's
really gonna help you get going
kind of get your mind going thinking
about what you're gonna do in order to
move these forward now make sure you any

these you go to Google type in you know
all of these go to YouTube find
something that it's going to help you
learn these things okay so the first
thing you want to start off with is this
it's going out there to find a high pain
niche opportunity that you can promote
now what do I mean by this there's a lot
of good businesses out there a lot of
software businesses out there that pay
out a lot to get people into their
services I'll give you an example like
if somebody wants a website they need to
go find a hosting company to host that
website okay and a hosting company could
be something like Hostgator now
Hostgator will actually pay you up to
$125 per somebody that signs up for a
hosting account so if you go find a ton
of people that need a new website which
is plenty of them out there
Hostgator will actually pay you $125 per
time and then you can make a lot of
money on a recurring income from
Hostgator another one that I really like
is the company called click funnels and
what click funnels is is a software
company that helps people create
websites okay so creating websites you
can actually promote quick funnels and
you can make a ton of money because
there's so much passive income involved
with that because
there's a monthly recurring income that
comes in so every time somebody recurs
their membership you get paid a
commission for that okay so you get a
recurring Commission that comes in every
month to you and that's passive income
so find it very high paying affiliate
opportunity that you can promote and
when you do that you're gonna make
tremendous amount of money you're gonna
have great passive income coming in and
that's when you're gonna start really
seeing big-time success okay so the next
thing you want to do is this is you want
to go out there and create your own
product online now you probably think oh
my god how am I gonna do that super easy
all right all you're gonna be doing is
just going out there and creating a
brand new product that's digital that
you can sell now you can use a PDF you
can use a docx format you can use a
membership site okay these are going to
be courses that you could create right
now the online course you know business
right now it's so big it's so booming
it's it's just crazy the amount of money
that people are making with their online
course so what you want to do is you can
use I just talked to my click funnels
click funnels is a great program to go
and create a product for you create a
digital product and once that digital
product is up and running you can start
charging people for your knowledge if
you don't have any knowledge go find
some knowledge go get some knowledge go
learn how to do certain things learn how
to do graphics for a website learn how
to do thumbnails for a website learn how
to do websites set up a website and then
create a course around it and they put
that online also another great program
is gonna be kajabi you can go to kajabi
online find that it's a great membership
based site and and what happens is when
you get a membership course like this
and then you start creating content
every month people come in they buy the
course and then they're gonna be charged
every month for that so you're gonna get
this passive income coming in so if you
start off first month and you only have
50 members the next month you get 50
more well now you have a hundred members
all earning you know bringing that
passive income the third month you might
get fifty more now you have 150 members
all coming in with passive income that
means the members on the first month are
paying you that income on the third
month that's passive income and that's
where you start to really start to scale
it up I mean you think about like
Netflix they have I don't know a hundred
million people that user servers paying
$15 a month 100 million times 50
I mean it's mind-boggling but that's
money that's passive that comes in every
month just they just keep renewing I
mean I have a Netflix account and I keep
renewing every month that's passive
income do the same model for your course
alright so one of the oldest passive
income techniques is just going out
there and finding some real estate
that's gonna give you some income now
you don't have to go out there and think
you got to have a ton of money because
you can got there and borrow money buy
an investment property and you can have
income coming in so if somebody if you
have an investment property and you buy
a certain property and then people rent
that property from you that's passive
income that comes in so if you have a
property that you pay in thousand
dollars a month in mortgage and then
somebody's paying you $1500 a month in
rent that's five hundred dollars is
yours keep and that comes in every month
as long as people are renting that place
then you get that passive income coming
in real estates one of the oldest
passive income sources out there and
don't think that you have to go out
there and have a ton of money because
you can borrow money you can go find
other people that have money say I have
a great place all you got to do is go
out there and get the legwork finding a
good property that you can purchase
that's going to give you that property
income it's going to give you that
monthly income that comes in super
passive all you have to do is just learn
a little bit about you know finding the
properties and you can use company like
Zillow
go out there and use Zillow reach out to
a you know an agent and say hey I want
to take a look at this product property
I want to buy this property as an
investment and then they'll walk you
through your steps on how to do that you
set it up and now you have passive
income coming in and you're not limited
to one property you could have two
properties so if you have two properties
and you're paying thousand dollars on
the second property in 50 hundred
dollars in rent
that's an extra five hundred dollars and
they have a thousand dollars coming in
every month to you from real estate it's
one of the oldest ways to make passive
income so go out there and make that
happen for you okay so if you got an
extra room in your house and you it's
not being used why don't you rent it out
to somebody use Airbnb and and what you
can do is you rent out that room so if
you have an extra room and or if you
have a guest house or a guest room rent
it out get people in there and paying
that monthly commission to you you know
if you have a place that you not use an
extra room use Airbnb or get a roommate
and you have that passive income coming
in to you every month it's just
everybody that has an extra room
GuestHouse or an extra space that they
can put somebody in have somebody get in
there and rent that space out there's
lots of people that need homes lots of
people that need shelters lots lots of
people that need a room and you can use
the ire B&B or you can do like
Craigslist and just say you offer that
service there's lots of things that do
that but if you have spare places that
people could be safe and be secure have
it you know have that place that you
could put on Craigslist or Airbnb and
rent it out and make passive income and
if you rent that out on a yearly basis
you're making that passive income on a
monthly basis that's coming in all right
so definitely use the space that you
have rented out and make that passive
income so next thing you want to do and
get passive income is start an
information business all right I told
you earlier that information business
right now is booming it's going crazy
but you want to start your own
information business now you there's
lots of ways to do this but there is one
particular website you can go to it's
called udemy it's got you de my all
right and udemy is a great place to take
your content put it up there and then
what they'll do is they'll market in
their marketplace
I like udemy it's a great place for
people just getting started to put their
information in there there's also a
great website called teachable take your
content put it into teachable and then
they handle all the payments for you you
don't have to worry about any of that
so an information business is so
profitable right now it's crazy I mean
why is YouTube so popular now is because
people are just giving their information
out there all right but with it with you
know YouTube it's great to get
information out there but people really
want to get condensed versions of the
content like if you could go to one
place and get all the content that's
what you like if you go to YouTube you
might get pieces here and there
of different information that you're
going to learn from but if you can
actually go to somebody that has a
product that a digital product that you
could go and you could listen to and and
learn from then you go right there and
you you get that product and you watch
that product and you learn from it and
that's what you do but you would create
that content you put it up on udemy and
when you do that then all the people
going to come into udemy they're going
to see your product see your course and
now you're gonna have an information
business and you can expand from that as
you start to grow so go out there take
