web design is really just going to
businesses and you think about all the
businesses that you have in your local
area there I know there's lots and lots
of businesses there's bars there's
dry-cleaning there's there's restaurants
there's all of these local businesses
they all need websites most of them
don't even have websites I mean here we
are in you know almost 2018 and people
don't have websites I mean it's crazy so
businesses in your local area they need
your help now you may not know anything
about Web Design and that's okay because
what you can do is you can go to places
like
themeforest.net so if you go to
themeforest.net
you can go through and you can pick out
all of these different templates that
are already ready to go so you can just
you can get one of these templates here
and then you can up you know upload it
to the businesses hosting account and
then you're gonna be up and running so
let's look at some just you know quick
example could be you know if you're
gonna do blog that's say you're gonna do
a magazine say here's a magazine theme
you know there's here's some screenshots
of it I mean it's already ready to go
all you have to do is just fill in the
business information so it makes it so
much easier
they're very professional-looking
websites and you can put these together
for any business any restaurant it
doesn't really matter you can choose
from lots and lots of these themes right
here to do that okay so if you know a
little bit about WordPress if you know a
little bit on HTML you know a little bit
about hosting this is going to be where
you would go to to do that so you're
gonna ThemeForest now if you're
absolutely just you just absolutely have
no idea but you know businesses need
your help see businesses will pay lots
and lots of money you think about it
businesses or making money they'll pay
anywhere from from a thousand to fifteen
hundred dollars just for one design for
the website okay I've done it so many
times over the years it's crazy amount
of money that businesses will pay to
have a professional-looking website so
you could go to something like upwork ok
and let's say a business is gonna pay
you $1,500 for a web design for their
for their business you could go to up
work you can actually post on up work
that I need a web design for a
particular company and then you'll have
all these people from all over the world
that will post on your post and you get
people from countries that that you know
are very poor but if you paid them maybe
$50 to do web design $50 in certain
countries is gonna is gonna go in long
long ways okay so there's gonna be
people from all over the world that
would do that so if you if you got a
business that paid $1500 and you paid
somebody up work $50 will you pocket the
rest that's $1400 and 50 or 1450 that
you would make off a web design and
that's only one business it's only one
company okay so that's why I start off
with web design because it's one of the
easiest it's one of the
it's one of the easiest ways to jump
into an online business on you know
getting online gets you getting your
feet wet and get it up and running his
web design so just go to theme forest or
go to up work and people will actually
do the work for you you don't have to do
any of it
they'll do everything for you and you
can set up the business right there so
the next one is gonna be an affiliate
marketing affiliate marketing all it is
is you promote other people's products
that's it either you're a physical
product or a digital product I
personally I like digital products
because they're easy people are always
looking for information online and you
can sell information on lining you can
they buy it they get it boom boom boom
right there everybody's happy you can
make a percentage on that a great
website is gonna be JB's ooh okay it's
JB's ooh if you just go to JV zoo and
you scroll down to the bottom here it
says JB zoo affiliate that's what you
would be okay not a seller but you would
be a JV zoo affiliate okay so you just
learn more here and you're gonna learn
everything about become an affiliate so
become a JV zoo affiliate they're gonna
have a whole marketplace of products
that you could promote and you can sell
and you can earn a commission on that a
lot of these are a hundred percent
commission most of them actually are 100
percent commission because they figure
they you know they you drive the traffic
you get the bars they have a new buyer
on their list they're gonna give you all
of the you know they're gonna give you
most of the pretty much all of the front
end price of that so if the price front
end price is $27 you would get $27 for
that okay so affiliate marketing with JV
zoo is a great place to start another
one is gonna be Clickbank clickbank's
one of the oldest ones online it's just
they just have a tremendous amount of
products out there you can that you can
promote I mean it doesn't you could be
from any of these categories and arts
and entertainment you got you got a
health and fitness home and Gordon okay
so you got mobile parenting all of these
different websites that you could
promote and all you're gonna be doing is
you just can be taking your affiliate
link put it in front of the right people
if they buy it you get a percentage of
that they send you the check and
everything is good okay so affiliate
marketing is another great business idea
for you to get up and running
ebook publishing is gonna is gonna be
another one now you're probably thinking
that's crazy I don't know how to do a
book publishing okay if you have ideas
and you want to create a book it's very
simple to do that and the very the the
best place to go with this is gonna be
Amazon's KDP it's direct publishing
website you create the book you upload
it to Kindle and they do all the work
for you they market it for you they put
it up in the marketplace and then they
send you a payment for that okay it's
free to get started and you can upload
your books there if you don't know how
to create a book again you can go back
to upwork and you can post on there that
I need a ebook created and this is the
information that I have you know they
could even create the holy book for you
if you want it to but once you get it
done you put it up here on Kindle
publishing and you can go to work
Amazon right now they've I mean they did
like a hundred hundred billion dollars
in sales this past year I think or maybe
it's a hundred billion dollars a month I
don't know it's some kind of crazy
amount of money I think it's a hundred
billion for the entire year which is
which is so much money that people are
spending on Kindle and you get to just
take a small book put it up there and
they're gonna pay you for all the
royalties everybody's going to buy your
book and Amazon is going to send you the
amount that people buy your book okay so
eBook publishing is very easy it's very
straightforward to get up and running
social media manager I think this is one
it going to be one of the easier ones to
do and the reason being is this again
businesses out there if they have a
website they need a social media
presence okay so if businesses don't
have Twitter or if they don't have a
Facebook page if they don't me YouTube
page if they don't have you know any of
that you could come in and you can
become a social media manager okay you
could you could handle all of their
social media for them or you could set
up their social media accounts okay I
mean you you might be on Facebook and
you might take it for granted but
there's so many business out there that
just they don't have a clue and they
need you as a social media manager to
come in and help them if you're not if
you're in the state in the United States
you can go to a place like called
Craigslist and you can post an ad for
free on Craigslist in your local area
and you can just say hey I'm I do social
media I'll help your business um you may
have to get out and do some do some
footwork and walk around some businesses
and just tell them that you're a social
media manager and then you'll help
you know you'll help run their social
media you may have to sell them a little
bit on social media I know that you know
people out there don't understand that
their businesses need to be online if
their businesses are online and they're
not social media then they are missing
out onto so much potential for their
business and you need to sell that to
that business and once they get sold on
it you can become their manager and and
look they they're busy you know
businesses are busy I mean look at like
a friend of mine is a dentist locally
here he's busy he has no time to do
social media so what you would do as a
social media manager is you would do all
their posts you would post pictures you
would post content all that good stuff
and you would charge the business on a
monthly basis you could charge anywhere
from five hundred to a thousand dollars
per month for a business to run their
social media I mean you can do you can
pay way more I mean businesses are gonna
pay for that because they understand the
social media is the way to you know
that's where they need to be okay so
next one is gonna be virtual assistant
there's a lots and lots of people out
there online that that need help they
need people doing tasks for them and
need you know small things done on a
consistent basis whether it be sent out
emails read emails answering support
questions you know uploading stuff to
social media so a virtual assistant is
gonna be
a great business idea now there are a
couple of websites that you can actually
go to and you could you know post that
you're a Virtual Assistants so if you go
to time et c-calm okay if you go to time
et c-calm this is a great website where
you can become a virtual assistant
you'll be able to help other companies
business out there and you can post kind
of your your abilities right here at
this website another one is going to be
fancy hands so fancy hands calm this is
fancy and there's gonna be one of the
biggest ones out there as far as you
know helping businesses out there or
individuals do certain tasks okay so you
know you do things like finding hotels
for for for a meeting or tracking down
the best price for something scheduling
appointments for doctors businesses all
of that that's that those are kind of
things that you would do as a virtual
assistant so fancy hands will help you
get started as a virtual assistant line
if you don't have a business you know if
you don't have businesses out there that
need virtual assistants you can go to
fancy hands and they'll help you get up
and get running so the next one is gonna
be coaching and consulting I know that
maybe you think well I don't really know
anything about a lot of stuff but I
guarantee you know something about
something whether you know how to create
WordPress or you know I even know how to
start up your computer or even you know
how to do social media there's gonna be
things out there that you could be a
coach or a consultant for different
businesses you can also be life coach
you could be you know a fitness coach
whatever you're at you could do coaching
and consulting for other people there's
a huge demand for coaches right now
coaches are in high demand right now
it's just there's there's more demand
for coaching right now than there is
actual really good coaches out there and
all you have to do is just pick out a
subject that you're good at and now you
can become any coach now if you need
some help
getting your getting the word out you
can go to business that facebook.com/ so
business manager is gonna help you
create some some advert or you know some
ads that you can post on to different
social media platform from different
social media websites I mean different
social or different fan pages what I was
trying to say on Facebook okay you could
host on facebook an ad and you can get
people to come to your page and you can
describe your coaching and consulting
business okay so just remember there's
always something out there that you know
how to do that somebody else doesn't
know how to do it could be the littlest
things you might think that that you
take these things for granted but
there's people out there that need help
they need coaching in certain areas and
you as a coach consultant you can charge
a lot of money for that I mean I've seen
coaches that charge anywhere from 5,000
to 10,000 dollars for a coaching session
whether it be a monthly or a you know
six months you can charge a lot of money
for coaching and consulting
and then the next one is going to be
e-commerce okay so e-commerce is huge
taking products out there and getting
products out into the marketplace so if
you have an idea for a product and you
want to put it together you can put it
out there if you want to get any
e-commerce one of the easiest ways to do
that it's gonna be with drop shipping
there's a website called Alibaba
there's also Aliexpress is going to be
another website where you can actually
take a product that's maybe $10 you
could turn around and sell it for $20
and you pocket the difference you pocket
the $10 in between now two websites to
help you do that it's going to be
Shopify Shopify is a platform that lets
you put products up on through Shopify
it kind of gives you your own store and
all you have to do is promote your store
with your products in there you can do
drop shipping with Shopify you can do
your own products with Shopify but most
of Shopify is gonna be physical products
so these are going to be things that
people are actually going to buy you're
going to mail it and they're gonna get
it so it's gonna be a physical product
okay so t-shirts is example supplements
for fitness things like that shoes hats
clothing you name it there's a lot of
different areas for Shopify I mean like
makeup for women is huge for e-commerce
another website is going to be eBay if
you wanted to get products out there you
could use eBay to actually post your
product up on eBay but I like Shopify
better just because it creates more of a
branding type business for yourself so
