to make sure you close all apps on your
computer you want to have nothing on

which apps you want to be downloading
which websites you want to you know
record from so make sure you record the
entire screen you know everything that
you do on your screen ok so then in
order to get higher quality work please
provide the following instances do not

recording any items unrelated to the

competitor resources or websites avoid

media apps for transferring information
