so if you don't know what domain is

Google calm is a domain

there's yahoo.com I'm sure you're

familiar with Facebook calm those are

domains if you own Facebook calm you

would you could be a billionaire

overnight okay the great thing about

domains is that you can you can get them

very inexpensively and you can turn

around and flip them for money and I

want to walk you through how to do it

now you can't just get any old you can't

just say well this domain seems like

it's going to be good I have to show you

a process to make this work so you

really need to go through these websites

and go through this process in order to

get the domain and bring it to market

and then you can sell it okay so I just

want to really quick just talk to you

about domains and just so you understand

these are the most expensive domains

that have ever been sold in you know the

last 20 years it domains have been

around insurance com somebody registered

that domain probably for you know 10

bucks and and sold it for thirty five

million dollars that's a pretty good

return vacation rentals thirty five

million dollars private jet 30 million

internet.com

three six zero 17 million

ensure fund and then sex comm 13 million

so you can see that these domains were

if you if you had these domains and you

sold them you would absolutely have

crushed it but we're not looking to go

after these big giant domains what we

want to do is just find some domains

that we can sell for a couple hundred

bucks and then good and we can just take

that we can reinvest that back into some

other domains by a keep buying domains

keep flipping domains the key here is to

just get some domains that are gonna

work for other people who who want to

invest in these domains and who can

benefit from these domains now the key

with domains is you want to make sure

you find domains with a lot of action

with them and you want to find that

domains that are available that you used

to be registered that people set up and

then they just kind of Bandhan because

they just didn't know what they just

went on whatever they want to other

things and they just let the domain go

because you have to register domains

every year now domains are only ten

dollars a year so ten dollars for the

entire year it's super cheap but after

the year you have to renew it for

another ten dollars okay so if people

buy a domain they set it up they set up

all the websites and then they get all

these backlinks to it from Google when

all these other places if they don't

register after the next year the domain

goes back into the public listing and

then you get to come around and register

that domain a great website that I use

okay to find good domains is a website

called expired domains net great website

and you can see that there's you can use

you can find that net domains oh our G

that info that biz I mean a whole bunch

of domains but right here is calm and

when I just drop down this menu right

here you can see archive

20:18 look at archive 2017 there was 22

million domains that were registered and

then put back into the marketplace where

you could register them and so you can

see every month

so here's May of 2018 you can see that

there is already four hundred twenty

thousand domains that have been put back

into the register available to register

and then look at April a 1.5 million

domains so that's a lot of domains

put back so when you go into deleted

domains you just come in here to the

same a you see domain and there's all

these listings at the top here so what I

like to do is just there's a listing

right here is called BL okay what that

is is these are the external backlinks

to a website and when I click on that

what it does is it brings up the domains

that are of the most backlinks to a

website okay so you can see a lot of

these domains are kind of ugly they're

not really you know they're not really

sexy like private jet or insurance like

that but they are good for SEO okay

they're good for people that want to

have a business they want to have a

website that already has a ton of

domains through that you can see that a

lot of these domains were registered you

know a year ago then dropped off but

somebody went out there and created a

ton of backlinks to this now you can go

through here and you can pick out all

these domains if you want and then all

you have to do is you just pick out the

one you want go register it okay you can

register it and then what you do is you

put it into a domain auction put in a

domain auction people bid on it they buy

it you get paid for it okay so if you

only if you register domain for ten

dollars and somebody comes along and

let's just say this example this one

right here so parl Polytech okay I don't

know what that means but there's already

two hundred and twenty thousand

backlinks to this website so if you take

this domain you can register this domain

right now this poly poller Polytech

domain you can go and register it it

might be registered after somebody's

watching this video but you can go and

register this domain and then what will

happen is is you can take that domain

and put it in into the auction and then

somebody will buy that for a couple

hundred dollars so all you're doing is

you're buying up cheap and then you're

selling them at a couple hundred dollars

profit it's people been doing it since

the since day one with domains and

anybody can do it it doesn't really

matter okay so what I do is I go to

expire domains I look for a good domain

and then what I do is I head over to you

GoDaddy go daddy.com is a great place to

register domain and then what you do is

you go over to the auction so you go to

auctions dot godaddy.com and you can

list your domains

okay so you can see right here that

expired domains there's already 942 bids

on this domain so dub 682 bids and

offers people have already put bids and

offers into this domain

so some of these domains like Oh 1 1-1

they're asking $10,000 for that right

here and anybody can come along and they

can put a bid in for that they could say

okay I'll bid $300 or $4.00 and then if

you like that bid you can take that bit

and run with it okay so you can see that

I mean some of these are crazy 1 3 7 1 5

they're asking 15,000 for it I mean it's

a little high you know you can buy now

for 15,000 it's a little high and what I

like to do is I'll put a domain in and

then I'll do it through auctions so then

people can put bids in there so if you

put it like maybe a thousand dollars and

somebody comes along and bids a hundred

dollars for it well then maybe you can

just offer them a hundred dollars for it

okay so wait you know a lot of people

don't know that you bought the domain

for only ten dollars and all you're

doing is you're just flipping that

domain to somebody else it's it happens

all the time and it's just something

that you can you know people are doing

it over and over again and all you have

to do is just take action on it to make

it happen so first you go to expired

domains that net find a domain and then

you go to go Daddy

and then you register it going to the

auctions list it and it's done you don't

have to worry about marketing it you

don't have to do any of that it's

already listing the auction people come

along they'll see that domain and then

they want to buy it okay so that's how

you do it and once you flip one grab

another one

keep doing just just keep doing that

process over and over and over again

until you have a nice little business

going and maybe if you have ten or

eleven of these domains inside the

auction and you're just flipping them

over and over again you start to really

make some good money all right so if you
