hey what is up this is Tyler Pratt in
this video I want to talk to you about
how to get your first 100 subscribers on
YouTube like a total boss all right so
you come online and you want to start
becoming a total boss of your life you
want to have the freedom you want to
things that you want to do in life well
you can do it right here on the internet
you can do it right here on YouTube and
so what I want to do is talk to you
about how to first get that hundred
first hundred subscribers on your brand
new channel now before we do that though
hit the subscribe button also hit the
bell that way you get notified of all of
the upcoming videos that I come out with
on a daily basis for you so you got a
brand new channel and you're super
excited because you got a you know
something to talk about and you want to
start creating some videos and you want
to get your first hundred subscribers up
and running so there's a few things I
don't want to really just kind of break
down for you that might help you get
them up and running quickly the first
thing you want to do is when you create
a channel you want to have a particular
niche in mind you want to have something
that you're really going to be building
that that channel around you can't just
do a broad general channel it's just
you're gonna be competing with too many
people so if you get really really
unique and get really niche down to a
certain topic then you're going to have
a lot more success okay I really like
marketing I like internet marketing all
of internet marketing things so I love
to talk about that stuff not sure what
you're into but you got to think of what
you're really passionate about what you
really want to talk about because if
you're gonna build a channel up you
really got to be excited about what
you're gonna be talking about you can't
just build channels and you know create
a videos around something that you you
don't understand maybe you don't really
fully are passionate about and it's just
it's gonna be hard for you to create
video so pick a niche that you're gonna
be talking about okay can be anything
could be if you're a basketball player
and you want to learn how to you know
teach people how to jump higher do a
whole niche you know a whole channel
around that if you're into gardening
teach people how to you know go out to
the garden and plant red or tomatoes if
you're into cooking then show people
recipes to show people how you cook what
utensils you use things like that
okay so build a channel around that it's
gonna be the most important thing
if you haven't done that yet then you
know no big deal you can start your
channel but start to evolve into that
because what what that's gonna do is
it's gonna draw in the right people to
your channel that's that's the most
important thing you don't want just you
know if you have this channel that's so
broad you're not gonna be really getting
momentum going with that now the second
thing is is when you want to start
getting your channel to get noticed
inside of YouTube and Google now the
thing with Google and YouTube they're
both search engines okay you got Google
is the number one search engine people
go to Google and they type in certain
things you know how to do stuff how to
do this or what you know what is this
they type in keywords well YouTube's the
same thing people go to YouTube and they
type in keywords different things that
they're looking for how to do stuff how
to do this how you know how does this
work or or anything like that that's
what people go to YouTube to do and they
want to see a video of it they want to
see somebody talking about it they want
to see somebody maybe showing an example
of something that they're looking for so
when you're creating videos the best
thing for you to do is to create videos
around what people are actually looking
for okay
the easiest way to do that is to go to
the search bar at the top and just start
typing in keywords just start typing in
things around your niche and you'll see
a drop-down window a drop-down menu
those drop-down suggestions are what
people are actually searching for so
pick one of those long titles and use
that as your title and then use it as
the topic for your video so example this
video right here that I'm doing for you
this is about how to how to get your
first 100 subscribers with YouTube this
is actually a search that somebody I
mean somebody but a lot of people are
actually searching for they want to know
how to get at least their first hundred
going because once you get your first
hundred going then it's just kind of
easy from there and it kind of starts to
develop after that okay so the second
thing is is obviously you want to find
good keywords now the third thing is is
when you're creating your videos you
want to have your your keyword in mind
and what you do is you take that exact
same search string that people are
searching for and you put that into your
title of your YouTube channel or YouTube
video that you create so now when people
search your video has got more likely to
pop up into inside the search
now people can click on that watch it
and then they'll subscribe to your
channel I do see a lot of channels out
there that are struggling because
they're just creating random videos and
there's they're just creating things
that they think that people actually
want or looking for but in your niche
there's specific things that people are
actually looking for and when you create
videos around that you're gonna have a
lot more success so when you create your
video you create your video and then you
want to make sure that the actual title
of the video that you're going to upload
so it's a dot MOV file make sure the
title of that video is that matches up
with the title of the video because
you've got to think about it when you
upload a video the search engine YouTube
is going to look at the title in that
movie and they're going to use that as a
keyword so when people are searching for
now next you want to make sure you in
the description you want to have at
least your title in the description
again so if you write out a paragraph in
there you want to make sure your title
is in the description again and then you
have the tags below that the tags are so
important because the tags tell YouTube
what the video is about
so when YouTube is going to write is
going to put the videos inside their
search engine they need those tags to
let people know what it's about
same thing with Google they're going to
look at the tags inside of your video
and they're going to rank your video
inside of Google's search engine you
know search volume or search engine
itself that's a great thing about
YouTube videos because they get ranked
in Google also ok so you got the tags
now when you create a thumbnail you
should be creating a unique thumbnail I
suggest you go over to a place called
snap comm or go to canva.com both of
these places will allow you to create a
really cool thumbnail for your YouTube
video that you create it's very easy you
don't have to have any any graphic
background all you got to do is just
click on the template choose one of the
templates change around the text maybe
upload an image and there you go you've
got a brand new thumbnail that looks
good it pops out and it gets people to
click on it okay so when you save that
thumbnail make sure the title of
that of your video is in the actual
image also okay so you want to just kind
of throw that title whatever your title
is is going to be the keyword that
people going to be searching for that's
what your whole video is going to be
around okay so you gotta understand that
you want to pop it wherever you can in
the tags all right you want to pop it
into the image title the movie title the
actual title of the video inside the
description put that keyword that people
are searching for in as many places as
you can that way that video is going to
get ranked okay so when people actually
come to your video that's how you're
going to be getting a ton of subscribers
it's actually people watching your video
they like it they're going to hit
subscribe and then you're going to
actually get more subscribers that way
because people obviously people are
gonna be watching your videos now the
last thing is it's really the most
important thing is you've got to be
consistent with your videos you got to
make sure you're creating lots of good
content for your subscribers and if you
want to really ramp it up do it one you
know once one video a day at least one
video every other day will help build
your subscriber base very quickly okay
and the other thing is is you got to
make sure that you have really good
unique content if you're actually
creating content that's the same as
everybody else's you really are not
going to be able to stand out so make
sure you're standing out with your
channel and if you follow these simple
rules your videos are going to be
getting ranked higher inside of the
search results because they're actually
videos that are that are created for the
people that are actually looking for the
content inside of YouTube then you
follow those rules you're gonna see your
subscriber base start to explode and
then you're going to be a YouTube star
before you even know it all right okay
