using Google Trends so with health you
got a huge spike this this blue line is
health
okay so money this is red right here

and obviously dating down here is going
to be done here so you can see that the
biggest one is going to be health weight
loss losing weight diet
just CrossFit there's a whole crazy
it you know whole industry of just
things around health okay in this video
I'm gonna talk to you about health but
you can do the same thing with money you
can do the same thing with dating okay
so you just got to kind of you know
think outs think outside the box a
little bit here so when I show you this
you'll understand you know kind of what
I'm talking about first thing let's talk
about is going to youtube right you go
to youtube and you can type in like diet
recipes okay very popular I use this
this same formulas strategy with a lot
of different niches because it's really
the most simplest way to do this okay
so let's look at this for a second diet
recipes people are looking to lose
weight they're looking to better
themselves they want to find good foods
to eat there's never going to be a
shortage of people that want to find
good recipes so what is the formula and
how we're gonna do this well let's just
take a look at some of these videos
right here alright so let's just click
on here and let's just i'll show you
really quick with this video here it has
nine hundred thousand to a million views
on this video it's a huge video but
right in here is going to be a link okay
now what you're gonna be doing is
putting your affiliate links inside of
this video alright so you're gonna
create a video walk you through how to
do it don't panic on me just yet okay I
will walk you through exactly how to do
it but the important thing is is what
we're going to do is we're going to go
after the the health niche you can again
you can use it for any niche you want
but in this video we're gonna talk about
the health niche and then what you have
to do is you're gonna have affiliate
links inside of your description now the
one challenge that people always have
when they use this formula is that they
are not consistent with creating the
content in order to get the traffic that
you need through YouTube okay people
will take this formula they'll run with
it for a couple weeks and then they'll
quit and stop and then wonder why it's

bitly link makes it a little bit more
presentable when you put it into your

you want make sure you hit the gravity
right there and you can see these payout

promote when you create a video so what
you do with a video like this well
you're gonna be creating value you're
gonna be going out and looking at

is a great place to find recipes that
people post so what I did was in in this
video I I just found I just typed in
diet recipes and the first thing that
came up was his chicken avocado burritos

looks pretty yummy right a good healthy
food that people can can use so what he
gonna do it well you're gonna create a
video around this recipe right here okay
you're gonna create a recipe around this
now how do you get the recipes there
right inside of the Pinterest results
right here okay so these are these the
recipes for this you know how to make it
so what you're gonna do is you're gonna
create a video around this recipe right
here now what you can do is you'll never
run out of content okay because you can
come back the next day and do the banana
pancakes you can do the next day you can
do this chicken fajita roll out so the
next day you can do tomato-basil okay so
every day you should be able to create a
piece of content and you can put that
out there and as it starts to grow and
grow and grow people are gonna come
they're gonna watch your videos they're
gonna click on your link they're gonna
go to your affiliate offer you're going
to make money okay that's how you make
consistent daily hundred dollars every
day is by just creating good value
putting it out there and letting the
community of YouTube the the you know
the the huge amounts of traffic that you

platform case it was all free everything
I showed you so far is free it's all
you're going to be using so what we're
gonna do is you come in here to to
Google right you type in chicken and
avacado burritos right here's our recipe
chicken and avocado burritos I went to
chicken avocado burritos I also went
down to I labeled it for label for reuse
okay so that means I can take these
pictures and I can reuse them I can do
what I want with them so here's some
great-looking photos so if I just come
over here to this photo I'm going to
copy this image right here and then I'm
going to come over here I'm going to
paste the image here okay there it is
and then what I'll do is I'll just
shrink this down a little bit and then
I'm going to come back here I'm gonna
copy this into my slides
and then what I'll do is all
- delete delete this
okay so avocado chicken and avocado
burritos so what I'm going to do no I'm
just going to take this and I'm going to
let's go 36 a little smaller a little
more presentable okay but this is gonna
be your first slide for your video okay
you have a picture of it chicken and
avocado burrito right here alright you
can even make a thumbnail out of this
for your YouTube thumbnail okay chicken
avocado burrito so I just come up here I
click on a new slide
okay so now a new slide I'm going to
come up here I'm going to
take this information right here
and I'm going to paste it right in here
okay so what I do is I just pasted this
information here so what I did was I
created a slide sweet so the first slide
could be meat
alright so meat
all right and then let's see here I'm
going to take this
to cut that out
all right and I don't want to go too
long in this video but I wanted to show
you you can take that that could be your
first slide so what I could do now is
duplicate this slide
okay my next slide will be produce
I'll just type it in Pro deuce all right
you kind of see where I'm going with
this
all right so I'm not gonna get in depth
with this but every slider here so
I'm not gonna go through the whole
recipe with you on this but I want you
just see and understand I'll create a
whole recipe all these slides on this
and I can knock this video out in less
than 10 minutes now what am I going to
use I'm going to use a program called
screen o matic okay sign up for free
right here
screen o matic what's gonna do is it's
going to take a screenshot of your
computer ok and you could all you got to
do is just
use this right here and you can put
click on present okay and when you click
on present it's gonna pop up your whole
screen I'm not sure how it's gonna turn
on the video but um you when you do
screen o matic it's going to capture
your screen you click on present and
it's going to pop up okay so I think you
can do presenter view yeah something
like that so you could do presenter view
so here you can see like like this is
the whole slider here so I can go like
this and what I can do is I can use
screencast-o-matic and I could just say
hey chicken and avacado burritos you
don't even have to use your face like
this
talk about chicken avocado burritos this
is a great recipe to lose weight the
meats that you're gonna need you're
gonna need one pound of chicken cooked
and you could put obviously you can put
a picture right here on your slide in
the next one you talked about the
produce okay here's the produce one
avocado and you can put some pictures in
here you can spruce it up a little bit
but you can create a great looking video
for a recipe for this chicken and
avocados burritos
now it's when you create that video you
pop this into YouTube okay you just go
to your YouTube channel upload your
video that you created with
screencast-o-matic of you talking about
this recipe for the slides and then you
can tell people hey click on the link
below right in the description and just
say I got some information on how you
can lose weight quickly with two week
diet or I got some supplements so you
could click on anything like that
whatever you're promoting in your
affiliate offers you can do that and you
can come and you can see that like

and all you have to do is just create

time I really love doing these because

that all you got to do is hustle all you
got to do is just put in the effort put
in the work you put in the work you
combine these together you start
building a channel and you could do it
with all the free tools you have
available to you right here online

program that you can use that you just
sign up with a gmail and you get usual
slides and then you go to
screencast-o-matic
you can you know get your video set up
they export a mp4 you take that mp4
upload it to YouTube now the beginning
is gonna be a little for you it's gonna
be a little bit awkward you know you're
not gonna get used to this you're not
gonna understand it but over time you're
gonna get good at it you're gonna be
able to find good pictures and good
recipes and and your videos are gonna
start to get better and better and
better and then your channel is gonna
start to grow and you can just you can
pick I mean you just create a YouTube
channel there's all about diet recipes
all about health and wellness just you
know anything like that because there's
so many people are looking for these
types of videos and you can come out
there and make these videos okay so
don't limit yourself come out here every
day create a video and it can be diet
recipes alright there you go it's all
you have to do now the you are gonna
