do is just click on apps

okay so then down here what I'm going to

do is the

I'm gonna click on all because I want to

get this search box here alright so here

we are on this all so what I want you to

do with though is I want you to click on

this more options here and it says

minimum downloads I want to just type in

a thousand because I want to just get

the right apps to do this now the here's

what I want to you understand there's

you got iOS apps you have Android apps

and there's software programs that go

out there and they create these apps

they put them up and people are making

absolute fortune with these apps because

the marketplace for people that are

looking for new apps it's just it's so

mind-boggling I mean Apple made I think

11 billion dollars and just app income

last year and they pay out

I think they pay out 30 percent on the

apps to people on the apps but also

people are taking these apps and they're

making money through other means like

AdMob okay which is Google's ad it's

like a banner you can put banners on

apps and you can make ton of money

through those banners but what you want

to do though is you if you go to if you

try to create an app for yourself it's

gonna be you know it's gonna be a ton of

money to try to do that you don't want

to do that it's gonna require a lot of

effort on your part to create an app

it's going to require a lot of time to

do that and you don't really want to do

that what you want to do is just go

straight to something that's work at

something that's already available right

here for you so what you do is you come

here and you do a search by minimum

downloads and then what you're gonna do

is you're gonna come in here and you

just I'll just start with this first one

right here and I'll just show you

exactly what's going on with this one

this is 100 to 500 downloads okay this

one doesn't really give me a whole lot

of information here so what I'm gonna do

is I'm gonna go back I'm just gonna go

down to the next one I'll tell you what

I'm looking for so here is this one

see this one this was actually is really

good and I was when I was searching

earlier before I was finding these this

is a really good and I'm glad this comes

up for this video for you but here's

what we're looking for right here the

the current bid is eleven dollars for

this app and what you do is you when you

buy this app okay if you buy this app

for ridiculous amount let's say you buy

us that for $100 you already have an app

it's already on the the App Store it's

already built it's already created it's

already out there and all you're gonna

be doing is just taking over ownership

of this app you're already gonna be

taking ownership on already a money

producing app already so right here with

this app okay this is math puzzle app

it's on the it's on Iowa's the Iowa's

store here so this would be just iTunes

and this would be for the iPhone but

right here it says that this app gets

1520 downloads ok this apps been around

for four months and but this is the key

right here okay so net profit is four

hundred thirty one dollars per month and

you can see it shows you the revenue

right here so right here okay they're

saying it cost well the first month it

was $45 and they profited 50 January

they said the cost was 168 and they

profited eight hundred and fourteen

dollars okay that's a huge profit margin

this is a really good app and so what

you would do is you just come in here

you you would create an app with flippa

and then you would put a bit in here you

could put a bit in for $12 now you

probably won't get this for $12 and in

theory you probably pick this up for

maybe 100 maybe 200 dollars for this app

but it already has a built-in revenue

generator okay it says that so you're

what you're essentially doing is you're

you're investing into an app that's

already producing money for you so let's

go back and we'll go to the next one

let's look at Fox adventures here okay

here's a really good one too so this it

says 10,000 50,000 installs already

right now on the it's on the Android App

Store okay so if we look at the revenue

right here so this one is they made in

December they made a thousand dollars

profit in January made seven hundred

forty-five dollars profit right now the

bid is seven hundred and fifty dollars

so essentially if you bought it for

seven and fifty dollars okay that'd be

one month's profit and then the next

month you would you would be in profit

okay you get your money back and then

the second month you actually be in

profit because the money would be on top

of that so let's go back and look at the

next one space way

not a lot of action here okay they don't

have much going on for this one so I

would skip this one

I'm looking for ones that show me the

net profit because I'm gonna get into an

app it's already producing income okay

so this one says 500,000 to a million

installs already so this one is on the

Android store they don't really show any

revenue so I'm not going to even

consider that one let's look at this one

a thousand month installs and a thousand

per month revenue so we looked down here

at the revenue so they made in January

they made 1,500 $6.00 just on this app

alone okay so now it's a huge price tag

for this right here okay

the starting price is 5000 but again you

got a pic you got to think of this it's

a little high right now if you have that

money you put in there but you haven't

an app that's already producing income

for you on the App Store this one be a

little high I probably would skip on

that one

and then here's nothing's on that one

so here's one a 13,000 downloads per

month okay a net profit of 205 dollars

so look like in January they made four

hundred and twenty nine dollars was the

profit

okay so right now the bid is five

hundred dollars so this what I like but

this one no this one's on both the iOS

and the Android App Store so what you

would do is you could right now there's

only one bit

you could bid five hundred and one

dollars and if you win this bid you

would take over this app and you would

have a income generator already coming

in to you you know through this app

and all you have to do is you just got

to do a little search for this you got

do a little homework go through these

find the one that we work for you and

just do a little bit investigation maybe

download the app look at it and if you

could pick one up for very cheap like

this one right here this one you know is

it's at eleven dollars right now it's

probably won't go for eleven dollars but

it's right now it's a very low price

let's see you this one this one's at

fifty okay so this one right now is

fifty dollars for the current price

right now it says five thousand to ten

thousand installs and it's making you

can see the net profit here so this one

has a lot more history of the revenue

that comes in here okay probably these

months right here so May through October

it looks like it's it generates the most

profit for this app probably because

it's seasonal from this app this is an

Android app best caller name speaker I'm

not sure what it does but again right

now it's there's only two bids for it

and it's at $50 so you can understand if

you paid let's say you paid $100 for an

app and that apps generating $300 profit

for you every month will you pay that

one-time hundred dollars and then every

month you would get that income coming

in too so you'd have you would have

automated income from this app you could

take the profits from that app come back

here buy another app and you can

continue this process you could build up

a huge portfolio of apps that are

generating income for you and all you

all you're really doing is just taking

over existing profitable apps okay so

there you go this is a great way to get

some it automated income coming to you

by flipping apps you could take the app

you could buy it and then turn around

maybe six months later you could resell

that app show some more revenue you'd be

flipping that app and make a profit from

that app if you bought the app for $100

you turn it around sell it for $500 well

you just made a $4 profit on that app

okay that's business that's business one

through find the apps that's gonna work
