want to do is you want to start a
YouTube channel
alright I'm gonna walk you through the
the tools that you need but starting a
YouTube channel right now is one of the
best ways to do it the reason why is
because everybody's going to video it's
you know it used to be blogging and
texty and all that but everything is
going to video and you see you know you
YouTube used to be maybe the the fourth
biggest website right now it's the
number two behind Google now Google owns
YouTube
okay so Google owns YouTube and so what
you can do is you can create a YouTube
channel and then you can run ads on your
YouTube channel and Google will pay you
out every month for those ads that you
put up there ok so everything is going
to video right now you know you look at
Facebook lives and the videos Facebook
is trying to get everybody to go to
videos because that's where everybody is
their attention is going to so right now
is a great opportunity for you to get
started there's there's gonna be a wave
of so many new people that are coming
online people are on mobile so right now
is a great opportunity for you to start
a YouTube channel and start
was gonna be very simple you're just
gonna go to you got to get a gmail
account and you can get a YouTube
channel with your gmail account it's
freeze you got it set get it set up and
all you're gonna be doing is uploading
videos so right on this page is just
going to be uploading videos you just
click on this and you'll upload your
video now the great thing about the
videos right now is they're really easy
to create okay here's a couple of
different programs and software's that
you can set up that'll help you get your
videos set up and going first one if you
go to Google and you type in
screencastify screencastify is going to
be a Chrome extension okay you add it to
Chrome and it's gonna be right up in
here and what its gonna do is it allow
you to take a screenshot of your
computer screen Casa Phi is something
that you can add on to your Chrome so
you don't have to no you don't have to
download any software you don't have to
have any you know anything else other
than this chrome app that's that goes on
to your Chrome browser now the another
program is going to be Camtasia Tech
Smith you just you just do a search for
Camtasia inside of Google and you'll see
it right here now this is gonna be a
software that you could download you can
use this both on Windows and Mac so
Camtasia is gonna be mostly for people
that have a Windows machine so this
would be a great program now again
screencastify is gonna be the same thing
that's gonna be my number one favorite
one but Camtasia will be the next and
then the one that I use you know the the
program that I use right here that
you're seeing this video is actually
called ScreenFlow and it's by tel
Telestream okay so this one is is I I
don't know at this one I have a Mac so I
use ScreenFlow for my Mac I don't think
it's for Windows but ScreenFlow is a
great program because what it does is it
captures your screen and you can just
create videos like that now I'm gonna
give you a suggestion right here because
if you're probably thinking like well I
don't know what videos to really upload
and maybe if you create something you're
probably thinking well I don't know how
to really get a lot of videos out there
alright so I'm gonna give you suggestion
right now and I'll show you why in just
a little bit but what you could do is
you could go
- if you wanted to create some videos
you could get screencastify or you get
ScreenFlow you can get Camtasia any
these programs and you could come to
Apple trailers you could create a
channel around movie reviews or new
movies that come out the reason why is
because there's always going to be new
movies that come out so you can you
could have a video every day that you
could put out there and all you have to
do is you could just take your screen
program you can have a mic like I have
setup here you could just click on this
trailer right here okay you could
actually start screencasting this you
could actually play this trailer for a
little bit okay now you don't want to
get you don't want to get too into this
because you don't wanna get copyright
violations going but if you're just if
you're just giving your opinion about a
movie that's coming out in the future
you're not gonna really get any type of
of copyright violations because all
you're doing is you're just given an
opinion about a movie that's coming up
okay maybe you've seen the earlier
version of this movie like you know this
version one and now that I'm version two
you can give you reviews on that but
what's its gonna do it's gonna allow you
to create a video every day and there's
there's just absolutely so many people
that are looking for reviews of movies
they're just looking for what's coming
out into movies so this is a suggestion
that you could do now there's a lot of
different niches out there that you
could create there's a health niche
there's a business niche there's
marketing there's cryptocurrency if you
want to do that all kinds of niches but
I would suggest that you create a
channel that's geared around one
specific niche this movie trailer right
here could be one niche that you could
start right now and you all you could do
is just come in here every day and you
could go through this list of all the
new movies and it says just added I mean
all these movies get added every day to
this movie selection okay
now you could go to and you could do
reviews on movies that are in the box
box office now that doesn't mean you
have to go and actually watch the movie
all you can do is just give a you could
create a video around the trailer of the
video that's coming out or the movie
that's coming out okay that would be a
great way to get up and get a channel
going now this this might not be the
long term channel that you're going to
do but what it's going to do is gonna
allow you to get up and get running
quickly because I don't want you to wait
around any longer I want you to get up
and get and get videos going onto your
YouTube channel
the more your the more videos you get
out there the more your channel grows
the more views you get the more money
you're going to make okay so the next
thing is going to be you got to be
consistent uploading videos okay it's so
important that you be consistent with
that now I just showed you a great place
to go and find new movies that come out
on a daily basis you could always have
fresh content you can always just give
reviews about trailers of movies that
are coming out okay again this is just
one suggestion for a channel there's
there's tons and tons of channels that
you could create okay so when you come
to your channel you just create a
channel every day I try to create a
video every day for you guys and you
know I try to be consistent with that I
felt like um I've been very consistent
over the past year with this so um I
just keep going to making new videos for
you guys okay so be consistent with it
and I just showed you what the Apple
trailers you could do this almost every
day you create new videos and you can
use your screen cacif eye or you can use
one of these other programs too to do
that I mean all you would do take your
mic go to the apple itunes store watch
the trailer for a little bit and then
talk about the trailer and talk about
what your opinion is talk about if
you're excited about it if you don't
like it just give your feedback on it
people are going to watch it they're
gonna you can hear your point of view
and they're gonna like it and then then
tomorrow you come out and you do another
one on the next movie and you just go on
and going on and every day there's gonna
be new movies are coming out ok so
there's really no excuse why you
couldn't get started creating your own
YouTube channel and making money with
this okay so be consistent and the next
one is going to be keyword research okay
so keyword research is what people are
searching for now Google owns YouTube
Google is a search engine and u2 is
actually a search engine we think it's a
video channel place but it's actually
the second largest search engine web
site out there behind Google so a
keyword research now what I use is I use
a program called I just go to Google
Keyword and you can use this through
keep AdWords so you go to Google AdWords
and you can type in anything you want
and it'll show you the the amount of
searches that are going on within a
particular keyword so right here I put
in movie review and I just said get
ideas and it said ten million to 100
million searches for movie review so
could you imagine if every day you
created a video and you had movie review
as the keyword in your title so movie
review of star wars or movie review of
you know whatever movie that's coming
out that's that's I don't even know
movies are coming out now there's I just
know Star Wars I just saw it I loved it
just think of new movies are coming out
that you do a trailer for but movie
review plus the movie title that would
be the name of your video and you can go
through all of these you can see latest
movies right here I mean look at the
amount of searches a hundred thousand
searches for that
okay so you got current movie reviews
there's a mood movie movie it's actually
a keyword two words
movie movie I don't know why that's
that's big but it is
here's film movie so yeah there's a lot
of them here I mean this one film review
new movie okay that's a huge key word
movie ratings latest movies these are
just a couple of keywords that you could
use in the titles of your youtube
channel videos and then it would attract
a lot of people to your videos alright
now you don't even have to have a camera
like I have right here you could just
totally do this from your from your
microphone you can use your iPhone you
know headphones that have a microphone
on it plug it in your computer you can
even do it through I was gonna say
mobile but you can only do it through
mobile you got to do it through your
computer in order to get the screen
capture okay so you would just use your
your microphone you would talk over the
screen and then you would upload your
video okay so there's really no excuse
why you can't start making videos today
so it's keyword research okay and the
last thing is gonna be this given value
first I know you want to come here and
you want to make a ton of money and you
want to you know really get it going and
I I get it I know I understand where
you're coming from
but you want to give value first and
when you start giving value first then
you're going to have a lot more success
okay now when you start creating your
channel you just go here over here to
the left hand side and it's gonna say
Channel and it's going to status some
features and then over here you're gonna
have a tab here it says monetization and
then you click on enabled now when
you're first getting your channel
started there they've made some some
some changes to the ad platform you're
gonna have to get 10,000 views in order
to start monetizing your channel I know
they recently just changed it to where
it's like for 4000 views over the next
12 months which is nothing it's like 300
views a day okay and so they've just
added a couple more
all I've doing it they're just trying to
keep people that aren't really serious
about this okay but as soon as you get
able to get to the point of 10,000 views
from your videos and then you can start
to enable it and now you can start
monetizing it and no reason that that
YouTube and Google are doing this is
because they want to make sure that you
are consistent they want to make sure
that you're going to be around here for
a while that you're not just trying to
to gain the system of just trying to put
up some videos and not really giving any
value okay so they're looking for value
vid videos and if you've given your
opinion on movies that are coming out
that's giving value people are gonna
really love that and they're gonna enjoy
it so just think about the channel that
you're going to create give value first
and then the money will start to flow
into your account so all you have to do
is you just go to Google Adsense okay so
you just type in Google Adsense in
Google and you just sign up if you
already have a gmail account you're
already ready to go you sign up you get
in there and you put your information
there you're going to connect it to your
YouTube channel and then once your
YouTube channel starts to get to a point
where it has a little bit of growth to
it then it's going to start monetizing
your channel alright so this is a way to
start getting paid by Google and you can
start getting paid by Google
if you consistent like I just told you
here if you're consistent and you're
going through keywords and you're and
you're uploading value valuable videos
