alright so how to make over five hours
every two weeks without a website well
actually you could you really could make
more than this and I just want to kind
of walk you through how this works
I've done this for years and it just
it's it just worked great and you can do
it from you know wherever you're at okay
it doesn't matter you don't you just
gotta go and do a little bit of a search
and do a little bit of some legwork in
order to make this work now one thing
that that I've always there's always
different industries that I've always
kind of marketed to there's Dennis
there's there's you know there's doctors
and things like that and one of the big
industries that I always mark it to is
gonna be lawyers lawyers they have tons
of money and they have no time and their
websites always suck they're always
terrible I can go online to Google and I
could find lawyers all over the the
United States probably all over the
world who just have websites that are
just terrible lawyers are always looking
to they always want to be they always
want the best you want to put you know
they're everything that has to be good
for them and right now they're so
lacking with the websites because they
just don't have time to do this so
here's what you're gonna do and now let
me just show you a couple lawyer
websites here's one right here
one local area for me I mean it's just
terrible it's probably built in in you
know 2002 okay here's another one that's
a little bit better but not
there's nothing to it and then this one
I hear I mean this one terrible it was
built yeah probably 2004 I mean look at
that thing
okay so what do you do well you're going
to change their website okay but how do
you do that well you're gonna have to do
a couple of steps and in order to do
this now if you called up one of your
one of these lawyers and said hey your
website sucks I need to change it
they're gonna hang up on you all right
it's not gonna work so if you've tried
in the past and you know they've hung up
on you you you got to go at it with a
different angle here so what you want to
do is this is you want to head over to
theme forest okay so go to
themeforest.net and here you can get
templates for websites okay so here's
what you're gonna do you're gonna go to
WordPress alright and you're gonna go to
let's go down to corporate in fact let
me just let's - I'll search with a
lawyer right here okay I will do a
search for lawyer
and you can see all these websites that
come up ok so there's all these
templates right here that you can use
for any of the lawyers now here's what
you're gonna do you got to get a hosting
account you can get one at Hostgator
Bluehost for like 5 bucks ok they'll set
up a wordpress site for you and then you
got to pick up one of these templates
now what you're going to do is you're
going to go into your area and you can
take one of these templates and you go
out and hustle lawyers and you can
update their website but the first thing
you want to do though is you want to
take one of these templates
okay let me just grab let me just show
you one of these templates right here
okay so I'm going to click this when I
hear
all right now look at this template
right here this website looks
professional this looks like a lawyer
looks like an attorney compared to you
you know this this is ugly it's so
outdated this is so out ugly and
outdated okay so this is this looks good
this looks you know amazing so what you
do is you have your own hosting account
you go to Hostgator Bluehost you get a
wordpress site set up and then what you
can do is you grab this template right
here upload this to your site okay
upload this to your hosting account it's
pretty much you you really just I mean
if you haven't uploaded a theme to
WordPress it's the most easiest thing in
the world you just you just upload it
and it automatically puts it in there
but once you get it set up what you're
going to do is you're going to have this
template set up and you're going to
change around the website okay for a
particular lawyer so this right here
maybe this this logo right here you
could change the fact if you go to this
website right here like like let's just
say that you're gonna take Smith law
attorneys you could take this right this
image right here okay you're just gonna
download it to your website and you're
gonna put it up on your WordPress theme
okay then you're going to go back and
you're going to so you're gonna find
like different things like about us and
contact us different things that they
have on their website what you'll do is
so you can put their logo right up in
here alright you can put their phone
number right here and then what you can
do is you can change out some of these
other things in here okay now this is
pretty much you know easy and pretty
much done but you can change out like
contact us and things like that to have
their email alright so once you get this
set up and this shouldn't take you more
than 20 minutes to get this up alright
you're going to reach out to the
attorney at this website right here okay
Smith law you're gonna say you got a
contact Smith law by email alright you
may have to do this a couple times
sometimes you can get it on the first
shot but you may have to a couple times
you're going to send them your template
that you created with their logo all
their contact information and just and
just say hey I create this website for
you if you want me to update your
website this is what it what it could
look like I can have this up and running
for you
most of the time they're gonna look at
their own website and go oh wow you know
our website sucks this looks awesome so
what you've done is instead of calling
somebody upset your website sucks mr.
lawyer
I'm gonna change it for you you actually
created the website for them they don't
know that you uploaded a WordPress site
or it's really easy for you okay and
then you send that email to them and you
send them the link to your template with
their logo on it all right now you're
not you're not taking the logo and
redoing all you're doing is you're just
showing that law firm hey this is this
could be your new website okay and
they're gonna look at that and go wow
this is really cool
and then when they say yes I want to
have a website done like that then all
you're gonna be doing is just saying
okay great you know my feet could be
five hundred a thousand lawyers will pay
they'll pay out the wazoo for it but I I
typically image anywhere from five
hundred to a thousand to install a web
site like this because they're gonna go
back and forth with a couple different
things but that would be my fee and you
can do this over and over again now you
could go to this law firm right here and
if they turn you down no problem
go to this website okay grab this this
image right here okay go back to the
same template put it up here change
around a little bit more information
okay put their phone number in here
maybe grab some other stuff and then you
contact this attorney right here and say
hey mister it's mr. lawyer here's here
is what your website could look like
it'll they'll go to that website they'll
have their phone number there it'll have
their their logo there and the look at
that go wow that's really cool all right
and then what you do is if they say yes
I want to do it great okay because
remember if this if they if this guy
turned you down no worries you just keep
going and going and going and tell you
actually can take this template and you
can sell it okay with their stuff on it
it may take you one time it may take you
three times eventually one of these
lawyers is going to say yes okay but you
start off with one you email them a
couple times they don't want it great go
to the next website it's going to take
you two minutes to change this logo
right here okay so this template and
then when they agree to it you get paid
you get you you can upload this to their
server if they don't have WordPress you
could
you just take you know give them the
hosting account if you wanted to you
could you know if if you only paying
like five dollars for the hosting
account just give them the hosting
account and then you can start a new one
and start fresh you can do this over and
over and over again and you can come
here too
Google and you can type in all of these
different places are here okay so what I
do is this is when I sell a template
like this in a particular area then what
I do is I go back to the theme forest
okay I go back to theme forest and I
just grab a new template because you
don't want to have like four of the
lawyers in the same area have the same
template so then if I use this template
right here
I'll go use this template right here now
I'll do that for a particular city and
then what I do is I can go to a new city
so I'm in you know Florida I could go to
New York if I wanted to I could go do
searches in in California if I wanted to
I can go all over the place and I can
just use the same template in different
cities okay so don't use the same
template in the same city use one use
one template go to a different city you
can use that same template but then what
you can do is you just keep reusing
these templates okay lawyers we're gonna
they're gonna pay crazy amounts for
these websites but you have to set it up
first and you have to show them this is
what it looks like with your logo your
contact and then you're good to go
okay so if you go to google and you can
see all of these different lawyers are
here I mean you could just sit here all
day long and look at the websites right
and you can just go crazy with it okay
you can start at the top and go all the
way down and just go in your area
there's gonna be lawyers in your area
set up a template with their information
on it send them the links and hey this
is what your website could look like if
they agree to it great you collect the
money upload their site or just give
them the hosting account move on to the
next one okay if you made $1,000
uploading a website you can go on to the
next hosting account and pay $5 okay
it's not gonna you know it's not gonna
come into your profits at all so that's
all you do so just make sure you go to
theme forest get you a theme then go
through each of the lawyers find a
website that's you could improve and
then go out there and household and make
it work now you are gonna have to you're
gonna have to hustle make this work for
you okay this is not gonna just going to
happen overnight so if you do want to
