hey what is up Facebook we're going to
go live here we're gonna buddy jump on
here to this training what I'm going to
do is I put the description here I'm
going to talk about overcoming fears to
some of the fears and maybe you guys
have ik I get this question a lot
because you know I tell people to view
videos I tell people to get out there
to have fears maybe people that don't
want to you know get in front of a video
and I want to just kind of cover some of
these things on really the main thing I
feel to get over fears so the one thing
that the one you understand about you
know like fears and being able to get in
front of the camera nobody likes again
in front of the camera specially when
the first get started and I always
recommend people you gotta you've got to
be able to get in front of the camera
and you gotta be able to create videos
for YouTube for your website this is
where you're going to be connecting with
your audience and your audience needs to
see you they need to understand where
you're coming from these understand your
background and when you're the thing
about with when you create videos like
this you're doing it live yeah you're
you're getting some fun everybody and
when you're creating videos for YouTube
videos you're actually not in front of
anybody you're just actually you and fun
of the camera and you're just talking
and then you upload it to YouTube and
then they get to see it so there's a
little difference between the live and
the you know the YouTube video don't
thing I can say about overcoming fears
is this is when you're creating a
business for yourself and you're in a
place where you're let's say you you
really wanted to compete okay and you're
trying to do anything can you're
struggling to get frustrated and things
aren't working for you you get to a
point where you you get the point where
you're so frustrated you're so
struggling and you're just not making a
lot of money and you want to make money
and you know you have to do these things
like you know you have to make videos
you know you have to get in front of
people then it gets the point we're not
doing the videos and getting on front of
camera is going to be like worse than
not making the money okay
because let me tell you right now if you
get in front of camera and you get out
there and you start putting yourself out
there you're going to separate yourself
from everybody else out there you go
separate yourself from all the other
people that are hiding behind the
computers who are just posting things
you know it's going to Facebook and just
post and you know the keyboard warriors
who are just posted things or trying to
to make things happen they're trying to
be successful but they're not successful
when you separate yourself if you create
videos like this and you get out there
you start doing Facebook lies and you
start putting yourself out there you get
the point where fear is not going to be
a problem for anymore okay and fear is
not going to be coming that you're going
to be worried about because you're going
to be thinking about the success you
want to be having the success that will
become for you down the road okay so all
that stuff will kind of drop off like
it'll just you know it'll just you won't
have happen anymore I'll tell you a
little story when I first I started my
youtube channel in 20 2011 right and I
remember at the time my mentor said you
got to be doing videos gotta get up
there and do them and I got on YouTube
and I started making ton of videos right
away but the first video ever made I
remember I was in my backyard
and I had the camera on and I kept I was
trying to make the videos trying to I
don't know what I was trying to talk
about what it was about
but it took me like 40 46 times to
actually get the video out there so I
would start it and I forget what I want
to talk about and I'd stop and then you
know not do the video more then I would
start the video again and I would talk
for a while then I would stop then I was
like oh I got to create a script and
write the script out so I'll try to read
the script and do this video and then it
took like 46 times to do it it was
terrible is awful
I actually have it on my youtube channel
you can take through it it's one of my
first one of the old channels or one of
the first video that I did back in 2011
and then I'd you know I started to do
videos a lot and then I stopped with my
youtube videos for a while I just I
don't know what I was thinking I just
didn't continue with it but recently you
know I started to really go after video
and going after YouTube but I understand
when you first get started it's it's
frustrating struggles and you're fearful
and you know things aren't you know
you're all these things going through
your mind you thinking we'll what are
people going to think about me what are
they going to say what are they going to
what your friends and family don't think
of you when you do in these videos and
all that stuff when you get to the point
where you're so frustrated and you're
and you're just you're struggling and
you just you want to make money and you
want to have success and you want to get
things working for you that making
videos and creating lies like this and
creating videos on YouTube will outweigh
the struggles and the frustration
because you want to have success you
want to get out there you want to get it
going so you know I understand that
getting started it's going to be a
little bit crazy you know you're going
to take couple of you're going to take a
couple of you know videos like like
right now when I do a video I just turn
the camera on start talking some time
learning to know what I'm to talk about
okay and I just you know going at it and
others I don't have the best language I
don't have the best grammar you know I
got a lot of arms I got a lot of you
knows a lot of things like that I mean
you know hey I was not the best student
in school I was not the best in school I
just didn't get the grades doesn't
really matter because you know I'm
making way more money than my English
teacher does now so I wouldn't worry
about being perfect I wouldn't worry
about being great because you know
really just you getting out there and
talking to people it's natural it's how
you would if you're out at a bar and
you're talking to friends you're
communicating that's what you're really
going to be giving with videos and when
you do that and you do them over and
over and over again then there's no more
fears there's just the fears just kind
of drop off and things just you know
just come natural to you just turn on me
the cameras and you go same thing with
with anything you do like if you're on
Facebook a lot of times people they they
hide behind Facebook and they hide
behind maybe an image and they don't
want to like take a picture and put
themselves out there or they don't want
to do a video and put it out there
because you're fearful what's going to
happen and those are just one of those
things you really just kind of you got
to go overcome it the other is just kind
of get the point where you just don't
want to do anymore
okay because if you want to have success
in your business you
take it to the next level and you want
to get to a point where you're not
worried about money coming in because in
order to get really money coming in for
your business you got to have a
distribution channel that's bringing you
traffic okay so number one thing that
you're gonna have to be doing you know
you can go out there and you can spend
money try to spend money on Facebook ads
and you probably get crushed because
Facebook ads is hard it's really hard to
to play games with them if you have a
huge budget which you nobody does but a
few people have huge budgets and they
can spend a ton of money okay like you
look at a lot of the guys that are on
Facebook they're advertising you know
they have their huge businesses on the
back end $25,000 coaching programs McGee
you get a twenty five thousand our
coaching program you can spend a ton on
Facebook ads but if you're only have
$100 to spend on advertising it's hard
to really compete with Facebook Ads okay
so you got to create a distribution
channel and YouTube somebody one the
best ways to create a distribution
channel for you Facebook fan page is
good the problem is Facebook fan pages
they Facebook will show your all your
new content to your full fan page
everybody on your fan page like maybe
six percent get it okay so create a
niche fishing channel for yourself is
going to be the best ways now that what
that required is YouTube to create
videos you crave blog posts you create
fan pages and you take that all that
distribution and you send that to your
lead capture page getting people on your
email list it's going to be the number
one most important thing you're going to
do if you don't have an email list right
now
then you got to shift gears and you got
to focus all your energy on putting
people on to a lead capture page okay
because lead capture page going to give
you the leads allows you to reach out
and contact people and when you have a
lead you know a lead list and you can
contact and get people on and you can
talk about your business and talking
about your you know your products well
then that's a built-in distribution
channel for you okay but in order to get
that people onto your lead list you got
to have a youtube channel with a lot of
videos and then at the bottom of the
description you have a link to
opt-in form you need to have a blog
that's going to generate a lot of SEO
traffic and want to get people from
Google to your blog and then from your
blog to your opt-in form and on to your
email list so you can start emailing
people same thing with Facebook if you
can be posting on Facebook get people
off Facebook and on to your email list
okay don't try to use instant messenger
because the thing is is you know you
built up an account with Facebook and
with Facebook you know if you just use
instant messenger and then Facebook
comes around and they cancel your
account well then you've lost everything
but if you have a if you have an email
list that you put together well then
that email list is going to be yours
it's going to be something that you're
going to be able to take with you
wherever you go
okay so that's what I really want to
talk about to you guys here tonight
really quick I don't want to spend up
too much time with you but just
overcoming fear is just starting to just
get out there and start doing it just
pick up the camera and start doing it
don't worry about any you know what's
going through your mind just start doing
it because you're getting to the point
where you know you need to do this for
your business you have to put yourself
out there and you can't hide behind
computer you try and hide it by the
computer and if you buy in programs with
these gurus say you can just all you can
do is just tap away the computer from
the Facebook they don't know what you're
talking about if you're trying to sell
you something you got to get yourself
out there and you got to separate
yourself from everybody else that's out
there on the masses okay so there you go
