for some of the tests there they might
need a webcam from you but most
computers are gonna have the camera on
the computer so if you have a laptop
it'll have the computer there for the
for your smartphone you're gonna need to
at least have an Android 5.0 or higher
you need to have iPhone iOS 11 or higher
okay standard browser same with that
Chrome Safari the microphone you'll you
can have that on the you'll have that on
this the phone so it's not going to be
as necessary and then obviously every
phone is going to have a key
you're gonna have the ability to go into
Google Play Store and download the app
and the app store okay so now that you
know the requirements let's jump right
into what we're gonna be doing you're
gonna be heading over to a website
called user lytx okay and how you get
paid is this and you're gonna be testing
out different websites so you can make
anywhere from 5 10 15 20 as high as 90
dollars quickly and that's gonna be paid
right into your PayPal account there's
not gonna be any gift cards or there's
not gonna be any points earned it's
gonna be right into your PayPal account
so what you're gonna be doing is you're
gonna be testing different websites and
they're gonna be finding out what's
working and what's not working on those
particular websites so let me show you
really quick so let me show you an
example of this so now when you play
this right here you're gonna see that so
this person right here is is looking at
this website right here and he's has his
uh looks like he's got his microphone on
his headphones right there and he's
going through this website and he's
talking about the website he's seen
what's working what's not working and
he's looking actually looking at air B&B
right there and he's saying ok this
works this doesn't work and he's giving
his honest feedback on things that
aren't working and that's what you'd be
doing in this with this website is
you're gonna just you're just gonna go
on websites and you're gonna give your
feedback on what's happening or what you
don't like or what's not working because
you a lot of these websites need human
testers to do a lot of the things on
their website I'm going to do that then
you'll be able to get paid and start
making money alright so just understand
that it's really simple so if you do
have a webcam you just plug that webcam
into your computer like that now
sometimes you're going to need a mobile
phone to do this they'll they'll send
you out to your email the test that
you're going to need to set that up but
they'll send all the information to you
on which they're gonna need the PC or a
mobile phone to get started ok so you
can see just kind of going through and
and giving us feedback on this website
so this so Airbnb will be able to take
this data and make changes to their
website whether it's not working or not
working and they'll be able to make the
changes to move forward so then and then

need to follow the usability test
instructions as provided it's very
important to speak your thoughts out
loud as you browse through the site so
that's important you want to make sure
you are giving your honest opinion
because they take that data and they
resell that data and that's how you make

sure you're speaking clearly clearly
sharing your thoughts out loud and then
give your experience when you're testing
so what kind of sites will be test
usability testing you'll be testing
websites prototypes advertisements
videos and other types of material from
small startup companies to those large
well-known corporations you'll be asked
to view sites that do not meet our Terms
of guidelines you can contact us before
beginning your experience so what do
usability test consists of examples of
past experience included register an
account on a client site you log in
filling a profile and add a friend
pretend that you are looking for a pair
of gene search for genes look through
the results proceed to checkout but stop
before the order is confirmed and then
look around ABC site compare a home page
to competitor's home page compare the
purchasing checkout functions of the
site see conduct search for an item and
then react to a series of advertisements

of questions okay what kind of user
experience questions will I be asked
site navigation overall concept
ease-of-use design video layouts
specific processes such as checkout
login registration all that okay and
then how much time we'll need how much
will you know the time needed you're
gonna mean anywhere from twenty to forty

most the time I've seen that if you take
40 minutes you might get that $90 for
that okay it depending on if it's PC or
mobile device for that but they're gonna
keep sending these to you so you just
want to make sure your you have your
email ready when they do send them out
to you so you'd be ready to go do you
have to use real data for usability test
no you don't have to use your data real
data they just wanted to get your
feedback on certain things they don't
really care about anything else so don't
don't ever give out credit card
information or social security numbers
or passwords or a home address you never
want to give out that personal
information so if they ask for it just
don't give it to them and they're not
gonna ask for it but I'm just I'm just
saying that you know if people ask for
that stuff you don't want to give that
to them and how many tests can I do per
day so the tests they come to you on a
periodic time so they can't really
determine on when it's gonna happen all
right what computer I went over the
computer details I've kind of using a
laptop webcam of course no problem using
either desktop or laptop webcam laptop
and can I launch a test from a little
tablet so you can start it on the mobile
device or you start on the mobile tablet
and then you can go to your laptop how
do I get unique code access so you
they'll send this to you in your email
all right so this is gonna be you can go
through all of these right here and then
you can get started with that and now
what you have to do is you're gonna have
to make sure you go to google play go to
the App Store here and you can download
the recorder here okay so you want to
make sure you download this I'm not
going to show you how to download that
you click on that and then you install
it to your computer there's not gonna be
anything that's they're gonna do think
to your computer it's just going to be a
way for them to see your computer screen
and what you're looking at that way they
get feedback and they can move forward
with what they're doing okay so just go
to the Play Store now I want to make
sure I showed you how we can three you
know three extra income you can do this
by going to a couple other websites and
doing the exact same thing so if you get
some test going on user to user lytx and
then you want a really kind of three
