building an email this is great okay you

always want to be mailed an email list

and yes take that PDF and use that as a

way to trade the email address for the

PDF so you can say here's a great PDF

give me your email address and then I'll

send this PDF to you now as far as the

email swipes I think it might be a

little bit more advanced to do that so

what I would like to see you do is take

a very easy PDF anything that's in your

niche whether it be you know health or

wealth or anything like that

take a simple PDF maybe a five star five

you know steps to getting started with

something take that PDF and send that

out to your email list okay and we're in

read you know send that out to people

that and give it away for free I would

wait on the email swipes you know from

you know people like Clickbank you can

promote Clickbank offers but you can do

that in your email list you don't want

to just send out email swipes I think

it'll be a little bit more advanced to

that but just use the notifications from

about 100 megabytes and cost me too much

data's so I use ScreenFlow you can go

there's screencast-o-matic just just do

a search for screencast-o-matic and

you'll be able to find it inside of
