me ask you this do you have an itch
right now and you're struggling to kind
figured out a good niche and you just
don't how to promote it well in this
video I'm gonna tell you my two top
performing and profitable niches how I
promote them and why I even picked these
niches and why even pick the products to
promote with that niche we're gonna do
it right here on this video and we're
gonna do it like a total boss being able
to do the fun things you want in life
and living that total boss lifestyle
where you get to set your own schedule
and I have somebody else do it for you
but before we do that though hit that

daily basis so let's talk about niches
online maybe you don't even know what
the heck of niche is a niche really is
just a it's it's it's really just a
category of people that have a challenge
because remember when you're coming
online and trying to become a business
owner or you're trying to get internet
marketing working for you all you really
are is just a problem solver okay you're
looking for problems you're looking for
challenges and you're just coming along
and you're solving that challenge that's
what you're that's what your job is is
when you when you start any type of
business you're just a problem solver
the more problems you could find and the
more solutions you can find those
problems the more money you're going to
be able to make the more income you're
going to be able to make and the
lifestyle you want to be able to live
it's going to be enhanced so a niche is
just a group of people a niche is going
to be fitness it's going to be CrossFit
inside of the niche fitness you have you
know people want to lose weight that's
inside the fitness niche so the niche is
going to be a group of people so people
in the fitness and niche is going to be
a subcategory of fitness nutrition
people don't want to look you know look
good want to look better and they want
to lose weight okay so that's gonna be a
niche and that's gonna be one of my top
niches right now it's gonna be fitness
it's gonna be one of the most really
profitable is because it's it's a huge
niche and there's always challenges for
people and it's very easy to get up and
running it's very easy to get going so
that's gonna be my first niche and the
way I really promote the fitness niches
is I use
products inside of clickbank clickbank
has some great fitness niches fitness
products fitness you know solutions for
people they're easy to pick up they're
easy to promote and you can use these
really anywhere now there's a couple
different ways that I like to promote my
fitness offers one of them is going to
be using Facebook ads and I use video
ads for that now what I do is I take and
and I don't I don't really create videos
for myself okay what I do is I go to
places like Fiverr or I'll go to other
places that are selling you know
services and I'm gonna look for people
that sell like a video package and fiber
is gonna be a great place to do that but
you find somebody that's gonna sell
maybe 10 15 20 workout videos and what
they have is you know it's really just
videos of other people that have created
maybe there's there's women out there
that have created yoga videos and
they've created all these different
poses and there's there's like 20
different videos inside of yoga if you
have gotten yoga before it's it's it's a
great workout but there's a ton of
different workouts inside of the yoga
system that you do different poses and
different stances and just you basically
yoga you just sit there and balance
yourself and you sweat like crazy but
these videos are gonna show that and so
what I do is I take these videos and I'm
gonna use the videos as a an ad on
Facebook so it's a video ads like a
fitness video ad and it's really short
they're very short clips or they're only
about you know maybe five ten minutes at
the most
just showing this one exercise inside of
yoga sometimes they're like three
minutes which is great so what you do is
you just run that facebook ad and you
get the the video of views on that now I
like to do video views and then I like
to come back and hit them with an ad to
my fitness product after I get two views
and I take 50% of those views through a
custom audience and I build that up now
you can run the video ads and you can
set them straight to to your offer
that's fine now you want to make sure
you send it to a landing page first you
don't want to ever send it to directly
to your link because you're just wasting
the traffic go to a landing page capture
the email
once they get on your email that way you
can follow up with them over and over
again that same link to the offer so
inside a click buy if you can find great
offers and just find ones with high
gravity but when you do Facebook ads
though it's you really want to target
specific groups of people and I
recommend you targeting women with
Facebook Ads they're just I find that
women tend to buy more fitness products
and than men men aren't as I don't know
if men like to workout and they like to
feel good but they're not as eager to go
buy all these these products out there I
think women are really looking for
different products I know my wife she
buys all kinds of fitness products and
all she needs to do is just look good
like she does right now and so women are
gonna be better with your Facebook ad so
that's what I recommend you do and you
know for the fitness niche now my second
biggest profitable niche is going to be
the business opportunity it's gonna be
the the make money online the market
even though the the business opportunity
niche it's huge people are always
looking to get out of what they're doing
they want to live that total boss
lifestyle and so that's going to be
another huge niche now I've in the past
like probably 10 years 15 years ago I
was in the dating niche and I was
working on that but I found the dating
niche for me it wasn't really something
that I could do because you know
obviously I'm married I'm not dating so
I had a hard time really promoting it so
fitness I work out so I can do Fitness
even though I'm selling maybe to two
women different links but different
products I still enjoy the fitness part
of it business opportunity I like the
business opportunity because I like to
give value to people I like to help
people and I think the business
opportunity is a great way to do it
because you can do it online but with
the business opportunity I don't really
like to really get into affiliate
products I like to use top tier direct
marketing products now the reason why I
like to talk to your direct marketing
systems is because all of your leads go
into when you get a lead that comes in
it goes to a coach and the coach is
going to be actually reach out to those
leads and they're going to call them for
you and they're going to connect
whew so what this does is if you're you
know if you're afraid to get on the
phone and talk to people then you don't
have to worry about that if you're maybe
your language barrier it's gonna be a
struggle then then you don't have to
worry about that you're kind of just
you're promoting a system and you're
letting the coaches do actually the work
for you they're gonna talk to your leads
are going to talked about business
opportunity they're gonna talk about you
know how to how to build a business
online that way all you have to focus on
is creating content creating leads and
getting them into the system that's why
I like about that a lot of times with
affiliate marketing or the business
opportunity you're there there's just so
many the problem that I see out there is
just people are creating so much stuff
in the business opportunity there's just
no scarcity involved in it so it's it's
like you know one one aspect of business
opportunity there's there's a million
different promoters out there promoting
the same thing so there's no scarcity to
it with the fitness you don't have all
these marketers that are creating all
these products so there's a there's a
lot more scarcity involved in them
that's why I like to go to affiliate
links now like I said with the business
opportunity I like to go into totally
different that's why I go to top tier
and that's why I go to those types of
systems because of the way the coaches
are actually going to be talking to your
leads it's totally different than just
hammering away at a link and getting
people to try to to buy your product
that way okay so those are my top two
profitable niches if you just pick one
of those and you go for it you're gonna
have great success I just remember
you're just a problem solver you're just
that you're looking for challenges or
looking for problems that people have
and you're just giving them the solution
to that and when you do that that's when
the money starts rolling in alright so
