where you can go and you can sell your
basically sell your skills okay so right
down here there's gonna be these
categories right here okay so you got
design you got web and mobile
development you got writing translation
there's videos business admin marketing
and software development so companies
individuals and businesses they come to
this website and they're looking for
people with skills one of these areas
right here you have a skill in okay so
if you come here and you say you don't
any of these skills well then go out
there and find some skills in this area
right here so develop a skill go out
there and learn something don't go to
college or any school like that okay you
don't need to go to college any of that
you need to just come here maybe go to
youtube go to go to Google and learn one
of these skills right here okay just
just figure out something and learn
and then you can start to apply it okay
you need marketable skills and you can
bring your marketable skills to this
website okay to me it doesn't matter
when I hire somebody if I'm hiring
somebody for a graphic design doesn't
matter to me whether you went to Harvard
or you dropped out of third grade if you
can do this skill and you have the
talent then I would hire you for that
same thing goes right here
people don't care whether you had all
these degrees okay it doesn't really
matter it's the skill it's what you can
bring to the table so when you come to
people per hour you're gonna come to two
buttons up here by obviously not gonna
buy you want to sell okay so you're
gonna sell right here now you're gonna
post your hourly so you would talk about
what you're going to be doing for hourly
so you pick one of these categories
right here now I want to help give you a
little bit of a kind of what kind of
help you boost up how you post your
skill okay so what you want to do is
come to the leader board

show you the rank of people that are
having success with this website people
per hour so what you want to do is you
want to take your skill and you want to
model exactly what they're doing when
you do that it's gonna help boost your
success I'll give you an example here so
let's talk about you got the different
areas that you want to get into let's
just say design I'm just gonna take an
example that you are a great designer
for web website graphics okay this could
be phrasing it could be a variety and it
could be for video whatever social media
maybe that's your scale I'm just gonna
give you this an example for design okay
so design you you can design great
banners or great headlines for a website
okay let's just say that's that's your
skill so you would come to this you know
this this leaderboard right here and you
would look at the top 10 or just go
through any of these and you would just
see what they're doing and then model
exactly how they're doing it so let's
look at Muhammad right here okay so if
we open up his portfolio right here we
see all of these images right here okay
so these he is looks like he's into
photo photography okay so he maybe he
designs better images
now he's on the leaderboard for he's
selling a lot of his hourly wages and
he's doing a lot of things right so just
model his what he's doing right okay so
what he's doing right is maybe his
photos
he's charged in $25 an hour euros maybe
you want to charge $25 an hour for your
graphic design work okay if we come back

all right come on here we go so let's go
to Angie okay so Angie looks like she's
moving up in the leaderboards quickly so
look at Angie she's charging 79 dollars
an hour she's doing something right
people are hiring her she's got a
hundred percent feedback right here so
look at what she's doing so maybe she's
designing these pictures are here and
you might see yourself I could design
that okay so you design that and you
model her portfolio around yours you
don't want to just throw something up
there and hope for the best okay so you
want to model what the top leaders are
doing when you model what their because
they're already doing something right
I'm not saying copy don't copy exactly
what they're doing just model the
process okay model what they're doing
model their the how their photos are set
up what they're photographing so he's 35
dollars per hour okay so right here you
see the top three you got 25 an hour you
got 76 an hour and then you have $35 an
hour you could come in here with $40 an
hour that could be your target okay so
that seems to be the sweet spot right
there
76 might be at the high end 25 might be
on the low end 40 be right in the middle
of the sweet spot that's what people are
gonna be charging for your skills now
once you get your portfolio up you have
your skills you you know what you want
to market okay just by posting it right
here on 2 people per hour it's gonna
give you a lot of exposure but if you
want to really increase your exposure
what you want to do is go out there and
promote your services okay so I'm gonna
stick with the design example remember
you could do you could have any of any
other skills that you want if you're
into writing if you're into photography
if you're into a social media
okay market and SEO translation and
tutorials any of these skills that you
have and you post okay something on to
this area well then you can you can
apply this to anything so what you want
to do so I'm gonna stick with the design
example here I'm gonna go over to
Facebook and I'm gonna type in I'm
looking for groups that are design
related so who if you're in designing
and you had it know how to do graphics
you know I do banners and
or you know let's say images for
websites some of the places that people
would hire you would be places like um
you know like the WordPress you know
like WordPress website or or Hostgator
which is a hosting or Bluehost okay
those types of groups will be people
will be inside of there because they're
looking they're building websites so if
your remember if your skill is writing
and you'd find groups or people that
would be hiring writers okay if you're
if you're into SEO you find groups that
are talking about SEO and things like
that go where where the people are at
who needs your skills and needs your
expertise so you could type in let's
type in WordPress here so look at all
the groups here so you got I'm gonna I'm
just going to hit see all
so here's WordPress there's 5,000
members in there
here's another one WordPress SEO 21,000
members okay here's another one 18,000
members WordPress all of these groups
you could get into these groups you
could become active you could become
social you could get to know the members
in there and you could say hey I have
design I'm a designer I I design graphic
work and then all you have to do is just
give them your link to your portfolio so
let's just say that you have Muhammad
here Muhammad would take this link okay
and he would post this link inside the
group now I'm not saying spam your link
you can't just go in the group and just
spam away just post in all over the
place you got to be active you got to be
interactive okay people wanted people
want to buy from other people they don't
want to just buy because they need it
okay so get in the into the groups right
get into one of these groups start
talking to people interacting with
people and tell them hey I'm a designer
I can I can become a designer for your
company or I could be to come a designer
for you and help you out and you'd show
them your profile here and then you
would start to get all of this work
coming into you and you start to get
hourly wages coming in you could do this
from home travel wherever you want but
all you have to do is put in the effort
put in the work and go out there and
market yourself market your skills and
just use a platform like people per hour
to handle all of the you know the they
take all the payments and they pay you
out so there's no you don't have to
worry about any of that stuff okay and
remember if you don't have a skill yet
go learn a skill don't go to college
don't you don't need to go to four years
of college okay
college degrees don't matter on the
online world online world people need
skills they need to they need to know
that somebody could could create
something or do something or help
somebody else fulfill something that
they need okay that's the skills that
you need to do and that's all you have
to do is just get in there make this
happen and you will be successful so if
