inbound calls now what you're gonna be
doing is you're going to be a customer
service type rep okay this is where
you're gonna be taking inbound calls for
different retail businesses you know
retail businesses that are that used to
have big call centers and all that
they're doing away with that and they're
going straight to people right from
their homes okay so you can go right you
know they can go directly to somebody
like you they could pay you you could
take inbound calls and you'll be able to
make money so the first thing you want
to do is you want to head over to a
website called live ops okay so live ops
is gonna be a website where you can find
a lot of different you know
opportunities online so let me just you
go to the opportunities you can see
there's inbound sales there's customer
service there's insurance sales there's
technical support roadside assistance
health care all of these things people
they're looking for people like you to
stay at home take these inbound calls
and make money with that okay
so there's a couple of things you're
gonna need to do it the first thing you
want to do is well before you apply you
want to make
sure you hit this meet this technical
requirements here now all are good
they're looking for corded phones okay
but you can use a USB headset that plugs
into your computer you just got to make
sure you have a you know a desktop
computer okay you can't use a mobile
phone with this it's not going to work
you got to be able to use a desktop
computer that has a at least a cable
modem something that has some speed to
it because you're gonna be taking
inbound calls and you want to be able to
make sure that your connection is good
you definitely don't want to be dropping
connections of people that call in that
would be frustrating so you can pick up
a Logitech USB headset with a mic you
see it's USB right here and there's also
a mic boom right here and this this
works great it plugs right into your
computer and you can take inbound calls
with this okay so you just want to make
sure you go through all the technical
requirements that you have right here
and then what you do is just come back
here to apply now and when you click on
this you'll see that there's a couple of
different things available right now
that I looked at that just came up okay
so here is going to be customer service
retail agent so this is going to be for
anybody that wants to take inbound calls
and this is going to be taken in Bound
calls for retail sale customers that
call in so somebody goes to a store and
they buy something or if they buy
something online maybe they want to
return it maybe they have some questions
about it maybe they just want to get
some more information about it well
they're gonna call you and find out more
information about that so you want to be
kind of up to speed on the product the
service and then you can you know like I
said you can do this from home now the
payment right now there's a couple of
different options that you can do but
the minimum right here is gonna be $35
per per week that's close to four
hundred eighty eight dollars you know
per week that you could be making with
inbound calls and you just got to make
sure you know you're available during
this cause you got to be able to sit
behind the computer wait for these calls
to come in they're gonna be coming in
pretty much all day long because there's
just so many people that are calling in
for retail questions and you really
don't need any experience with this you
just need to be able to take the amount
calls and make it happen okay so just go
to lab ops and just go through the
Technic wireman
okay now if if customer service ages not
for you maybe you want to do inbound
sales okay maybe you want to do
technical support maybe you want to do
health care or payroll services these
are other options that you could choose
I just picked on the apply now and I
picked on the or I just picked the first
one that popped up okay because this is
gonna be the one that's gonna be the
easiest for anybody to get started with
customer service right here okay so all
you do is click on that and then you're
going to go through the requirements and
then there's going to be a connect with
us to apply and then once you do that
they're gonna go through the information
that you have and they're gonna get you
set up start making the amount calls and
you said you can use this Logitech you
get this Amazon so you definitely don't
want to have a smart phone you want to
be able to use a USB it's just a better
connection and it just works out better
for you okay so just head over to live
ops and you're gonna start and you don't
have a work from home job that you can
