and this video is specifically going to
teach you a way to look at challenges to
help you break through have you ever
felt like you've been at a plateau
before where you're trying to get to
that next level in business whether
you're trying to get to a thousand bucks
a month or you're trying to get to three
thousand bucks a month or ten thousand
or thirty thousand bucks a month but you
just feel like you can't quite
breakthrough there's a reason for that
and this actually happens in every
aspect of life personal development
weight loss you can see these plateaus
happening everywhere even in people's
careers and I learned a way to look at
your path of growth through the one's
threes intense which is what you are
about to learn here because when you
start to analyze where you are and where
you want to go through the one three ten
effect then you're gonna understand
exactly kind of where you are and what
you'll need to do to not only get
through that next level but to truly
levels that you actually want to be to
kind of next level or level up your life
so how does this roll out for me quick
story so my wife and I have been growing
our business for a while and at this
point we've been kind of you know
hitting and bumping up against that
million dollar a year business level
that's the the seven-figure business
level and that's really where we're at
and it was at a private mastermind where
a very very high-end coach was kind of
helping me understand that the business
growth is going to plateau at the ones
the threes and the tens so that means
whatever you did to become a 1 million
dollar per year business is really going
to limit you at a million dollar a year
business and then once you fix those
problems right or reorganize your
restructure your systems or bring on new
people etc then the next ceiling for you
is going to be at 3 3 million right and
then once you break through that one the
next level that you're really gonna get
resistance in plateau is at the 10
million mark ok so from 1 to 3 to 10 so
the way of looking at this and this is
so relevant to you even if you're making
$1000 a month
you're one to make $10,000 a month this
is it's the same problem
it's just scaled up or scaled down
depending on where you
are in your business so the way to use
this information and to think about this
is to really analyze okay so I'm right
here at the one level let's say you're
making a thousand dollars a month and
you're at the one and you really want to
get to ten thousand but you know for a
fact that there's going to be a required
restructuring of what you're doing at
the 3000 mark what you can do today is
start to plan to get yourself using the
right systems the right tools the right
tech the right marketing platforms etc
to get yourself to ten thousand dollars
per month which will allow you to blow
right through that three okay so you go
from the one straight to the ten you
leapfrog that plateau of the three and
this is why in the last video I just
revealed my wife and I are on a whole
new marketing stack we've got a new
front end system we've got a new
delivery system I've removed WordPress
from the kind of product delivery and
check out side of my business completely
because where we're at I could probably
get to the three million dollar per year
business running on a wordpress based
business but it ain't gonna take me to
ten so what I did to make sure that I'm
gonna be able to blow through that next
level and carry on all the way up to
that ten mark is get the right
foundation laid today I'm not waiting
until I bounce up against that three
million mark to then go untie things and
start to build back on because there's
gonna be a triple the growth of what
I've been doing
to get to that point it'll be more
difficult to ant move systems and
migrate systems because I'll have three
times more customers and three times
more affiliate than three times more
traffic at that point so I took the time
now to restructure now to make sure that
I cruise through that next level above
me and really hit where I'm at so the
goal of this video is to help you
understand and analyze where you're at
so first and foremost where are you are
you at the 1 the 3 or the 10 if you're
making a hundred bucks a month you're
trying to get to a thousand bucks a
month three hundred bucks a month is
going to be your boundary so what you
need to do is analyze then from where
you're at what gets you to a thousand
dollars a month might be able to get you
to three thousand dollars a month okay
you might be able to pour a little bit
more fuel on the fire of what you're
doing to get to three thousand dollars a
month
grow to $10,000 per month to 10x what
you're doing from 1000th to literally
that $10,000 per month mark it's gonna
take different systems it's gonna take
different marketing campaigns it's
possibly going to take different
marketing channels you might have to add
on paid at that point to get where you
really want to be and right now you're
working 100% on organic or if you're
going direct from add to CPA kind of
affiliate program you're doing just
straight click to affiliates that might
get you 1 2 3 but you're probably not
going to be able to get to 10 you're
probably going to need to be able you're
probably going to need to add an email
list and start to add on the email
marketing from there so this channel
that you're watching right now the miles
vector channel I started doing just
videos and I was able to get to the 10
grand per month mark doing just videos
okay so I went through the 1 grand a
month to the 3 to the 10 doing just
videos but to really scale this thing
because 10 becomes your 1 so to scale
this from 10 to 30 and a hundred
thousand dollars per month I have to
start doing things differently I can't
just be an affiliate who makes videos to
get to that hundred thousand dollar per
month mark which is kind of the next
target that I have set for myself with
this brand so what do I need to do well
I need to start looking at and thinking
about running my own products my own
programs my own coaching programs my own
in-person masterminds my own high-end
masterminds I don't exactly know what
those are that's the thought process
that I'm entertaining right now these
are the the strategy based thoughts that
I'm entertaining at this point the time
I'm discussing it with my wife I'm
discussing it with a coach who I pay a
thousand bucks a month to kind of get
his opinion on things and I'm really
just using this as an opportunity to be
like okay so I'm here now right how am I
gonna get really crews up to that next
level I don't want to just get to that
next monthly mark and kind of bounce off
of it and bounce off of it I really want
to cruise through this next level all
the way up to the hundred thousand mark
okay so and I'm currently sitting in
around that $30,000 per month mark with
this business and I'm really kind of
thinking okay what structurally actually
needs to change from
where I'm at it's not just more more
videos isn't going to get me there more
emails I'm already emailing almost every
single day more emails isn't the path to
that next level
there is a foundational structural
change that will need to happen in order
for me to literally go
what 3.3 x sophie 330 percent growth
from where I'm at now to that next
proverbial barrier and if I do this
correctly and if I think about the
systems if I think about what I'm kind
of offering in the world the offers that
I'm putting out if I do this correctly I
actually will be able to cruise right
through that hundred thousand dollar a
month mark and then my next kind of
resistance will be at that three hundred
thousand dollar per month mark so what
am I thinking
scalability an inner circle membership
forum I have to go in every single day
and answer the questions every single
day plus I do multiple live videos and
or individual additional trainings
inside of there so that's not scalable
to a hundred or three thousand three
hundred thousand dollars per month
period I can't get in there and type
enough words in the day to enough people
to help enough people moving up things
forward to actually scale that price
point that business model to that level
of where I'm going so I see the writing
on the wall that there's resistance I
have a clear ceiling that I've built
between me and where I'm ultimately
going and I'm analyzing what am i doing
so then when I'm thinking about offering
new types of products new types of
services do I do events do i do one-off
products how do I do it do I go lower
ticket with a patreon program that's
gonna potentially bring in more
individuals for my audience into an
inner circle that I could deliver with a
specific kind of one extra bonus I don't
know yet right but these are the
thoughts and this is how you need to
approach your business so the first step
is to analyze where you're at are you at
a 1 a 3 or a 10 and remember when you
get to that 10 it becomes your 1 so
$1000 a month
$3,000 a month $10,000 a month your 1001
ok the next one is 10 to 30 to 100 then
your 10 becomes your 1 again 100 300
million okay that is how it goes so know
where you're at and have your sights set
not only on that next level
okay that's the the short-term the
near-term goal of where you're going but
make sure that your structures that your
systems that the technology that you're
using and the actual offers you're
making are scalable enough to get you to
that next level if you don't know what
it's going to take to get to that next
level
grab a frickin calculator do some math
if you're making on average $50 per
person you sell right now you should be
able to run the math pretty simply on if
you're doing 10 grand a month selling
$50 things how many of those 50 other
things is it gonna take in a month to
sell if you want to do a hundred
thousand dollars per month I think it's
two thousand a month can your systems
handle two thousand transactions in a
month how many transactions per day is
that that's probably like 80 or
something like that can your systems
handle that much what about your
marketing systems are you reaching
enough people to potentially get that
many sales look at your conversion rates
you should always be able to back out
your numbers if you're converting 1
percent of people who see your message
you literally NEET know that you need 99
people for every one person that says
yes there's the numbers are all there
are you using the right tools are you
using the right systems is your messages
getting out on the right platforms that
are gonna allow you to get to those
numbers that you actually want to get to
when you use the ones 3s and 10's as
your waypoints as your check points but
also as your near-term targets it'll
give you that kind of filter to run
things through instead of haphazardly
moving forward a lot of people
haphazardly choose the 10 grand a month
mark and then they're just kind of like
what am I gonna do from there this gives
you that understanding that 10,000 a
month is a step on a path towards 30
which is a step on a path towards 100
and I can tell you from experience you
don't want to go rebuild or have to
rebuild all of your tech every time you
hit that next plateau because you might
find that you're gonna hit a point and
it's just never gonna get above that
until you untie everything put on the
right kind of tech put on the right kind
of systems that are gonna allow you to
get to that next level and then you
don't want to re untie everything again
at that point so build it for the long
term and one other quick note if you've
noticed on my affiliate marketing case
studies that month one is now out I did
that video last week I'm targeting 3
thousand dollars per month because I
think with one of these simple review
based websites as an affiliate I'm gonna
have no problem cruising through that
$1,000 a month mark it's three thousand
dollars per month
where that that logical plateau is gonna
be and for me to grow one of those
affiliate sites to ten thousand dollars
a month well it's just not the right
tech it's just not the right kind of
audience and I'm planning my business
around the numbers that are logical
within that kind of a business system
and I would much rather go and collect
three or four or build is probably a
better way of putting it build a
collection of three or four of these
websites each doing three grand a month
then trying to force a website that
doesn't have the potential to get to ten
to try to force it to get to ten that
would be a waste of my time and energy
that could be spent breaking through
that thousand dollars a month up to that
$3,000 a month mark over and over again
because that is what that system can
handle and if I want to make a hundred
thousand dollars a month it's gonna be a
lot easier selling two thousand dollar
products than it is fifty dollar
products because that structure that
system will logically require a lower
amount of traffic the same amount of
conversions and a much simpler process
to get to that ultimate goal and what is
the goal you're after that's up to you
right this is something you have to
decide for yourself what business model
are you working within that's up to you
that's something you have to decide for
yourself but I wanted to share with you
how I'm reflecting upon my business
right now because we're at one of these
marks here and we are absolutely going
to blast through this and the next level
we're on our way to becoming an
eight-figure per year business which
means a 10 million plus per year
business that is where my targets are
that's where my sites are targeted right
now that's where my attention is going
I'm not looking at this interim I'm not
trying to keep doing what got me to this
point expecting it to get me to that
next level
I'm reverse engineering what would a ten
million dollar per your business look
like so I break that down how much is
that per month it's eight hundred and
thirty four thousand dollars per month
great at my average customer value how
many customers would that be okay we're
talking some big numbers hundreds and
hundreds of customers a day actually
dozens and dozens of custom
as per our okay can my systems on
WordPress bring in dozens of people per
hour and if there's a hiccup which
unfortunately happens a lot on WordPress
what would happen to my support system
when I overwhelming support team what
would that do and look like in my
business and I saw a glaring issue and I
saw that the foundational tools that I
was using at this phase of my business
were great to get me here a
wordpress-based funnel and a wordpress
based system you can grow a million
dollar your business on it I've proved
it it's true I know it's possible but to
get to ten everyone I know who's doing a
ten million dollar a year business
they're not running on WordPress they're
hand coding at bootstrap they're
leveraging enterprise level technologies
because the sheer volume what runs
through this kind of a business is the
challenge then I look at my traffic ok
how's my traffic oh well we have great
organic traffic I've got great amounts
of Facebook advertising and that that
works really really well for us we have
offers that convert with cold traffic
great can I scale my organic traffic and
Facebook ads to 10 million dollars per
year I'll be honest probably not I've
looked at the numbers I've run the
numbers the amount of traffic it
requires to buy I've never been able to
buy that much traffic from Facebook at a
cost-effective level because as you buy
more traffic Facebook charges you more
so I'm adding on an affiliate program
where I'm incentivizing affiliates to
promote my products in order for them to
get a commission because I know they
convert they have audiences huge
audiences of people some of these people
have lists of two and three million and
how did I learn this well I was hanging
out with a lot of eight figure business
owners and it turns out they all do a
ton of jayvees they all have a ton of
affiliates promoting their content
affiliates promoting their offers so
what am i doing I'm building in that
technology right and I'm not just using
the tech that's right there I'm not
adding some affiliate plugin expecting
that to be able to truly help me get to
ten million dollars a year of a business
I'm really analyzing how do they
approach the business how do I approach
the business what can I do to
incentivize affiliates to promote me
instead of them and I'm using these
kinds of ideas to make sure that my
growth curve does not hit that next
ceiling which is again
the three million dollar-a-year mark and
I'm gonna blow right through that
because I'm building ten million
dollar-a-year tech now so as you're
growing if you're at $1,000 a month
are you building $3,000 a month tech are
you 100% reliant on a thousand dollar
month tech or are you laying the
foundation for growing to a ten thousand
dollar per month business what does the
$10,000 per month business well you've
got some great organic systems going on
to drive traffic leads and customers but
you also have some paid stuff going on
whether it's simply retargeting those
individuals or whether you're actually
doing cold traffic retargeting your past
customers etc you might be able to get
to ten thousand dollars a month as an
affiliate but if you really want to get
to a hundred thousand dollars a month
you're probably gonna need to sell your
own products are you laying the
foundation for this these are the types
of questions that you need to ask
yourself so you can prepare yourself for
not just that next scene linear coming
up against but you can blow right
through that one and hit the one beyond
it and kind of really eliminate these
barriers that just seem to be replicated
all over I've seen it time and time
again in business I know a lot of people
to get stuck at the ten grand a month
mark they don't change what they're
doing they can't figure out how to grow
beyond it same things happens at thirty
grand a month same things happen at a
hundred grand per month one last story
I've got a guy who was watching my
videos he's from France he had he sells
a really cool product that he
manufactures he was making $10,000 per
month he was stuck at ten thousand
dollars per month but then he found my
facebook advertising videos and he used
them to start to identify new segments
of audience and effectively he was split
testing his different audiences on
Facebook and then what ultimately ended
up happening is he cruised right through
to a hundred thousand dollars per month
and I met him at a conference I spoke
and he shook my head my hand and he said
within six months he was able to break
through from this ten grand a month mark
that he was absolutely plateaued at to
the hundred grand a month mark why
because he used a different system he
used a different structure he used a
different approach that wasn't limiting
him anymore what he knew how to do got
him to ten but then he found someone who
could help him get to the hundred he did
what they said he went all in on it
and he created that new change that new
reality in himself
I should probably catch up with him and
see how he's doing now it's been about a
year since then so that's it that's the
and tens idea I hope this has been

traffic channels today in a way that'll
allow you to cruise right through that
next limiting barrier and hit your
ultimate goal the 10x mark of where
you're at right now you'd be amazed at
what you can create you'll be amazed at
how much easier the process is when
you're not constantly having to go back
and untie plugins and and move to this
and move that and you're putting out
fires all the time instead of scaling
your business so I just went through a
couple of weeks of reorganizing my
marketing stack my tech have that video
pop up on the end screen if you want to

through this three mil a year all the
way up to that ten minute mark I look
