the content you know goes into KDP
somebody buys it they print that book
sent it out to the person and that's it
and you get paid to do that and it's all
passive and you don't have to worry
about like one book or two books I mean
you can take 10 books 15 books if you
wanted to create all kinds of different
crazy books and it doesn't have to be
you know ten thousand words it could be
just to you know like hundred pages
right it'd be small books you want it to
doesn't matter Amazon will take that
content you have to put it into a paper
book format and they'll ship it to your
customers somebody could be you know
like it could be like 7:00 a.m. in the
morning you could be sleeping so you
could buy that book and then Amazon will
ship that book out to that customer all
right it's a great way to earn passive
income alright so next thing you want to
do with with passive income is create an
e
now what's the e-book it's just a
digital format of that paper book you
can take the exact same content create a
digital format to that so the Kindle if
you ever use a Kindle before it's just a
digital platform to read books and you
can take that book and that content put
it into an eBook format and you can put
it into the key beat KDP store so if
somebody buys comes in the KB store they
and they buy that for Kindle it goes
right into their Kindle platform and
they can start reading it I know I use
Kindle a lot I like to read a lot of
stuff on Kindle so as soon as I buy a
Kindle book boom it gets put right into
my device and then I start reading it
it's super simple but you can take that
same content you used for the paperback
book and you can put that into the to
the KDP store now once it's in there
it's just gonna like Amazon will promote
that for you inside their marketplace so
when somebody buys a ebook through a KDB
store through the Kindle Store you're
gonna get paid for that so again it
could be 10 a.m. it could be still be
sleeping
from the night before and somebody could
buy that book and you'll be able to earn
passive income and so here's another
great way to earn passive income it's
getting rental properties now you can go
out there and you can find apartment
buildings that maybe you could take over
and you can have that rent coming in you
could buy a property that you could take
in and start getting rent for that so if
you buy a property and your mortgage is
a thousand dollars and you turn around
and you rent that out for fifteen
hundred dollars that five hundred
dollars is yours it's it's you could
take that money and you can do whatever
you want that's passive income if you
have two houses each giving you a $500
profit from you know the rental that's
thousand dollars you have passive income
rental properties it's it's one of the
oldest ways of passive income to come in
now you don't even need to use your own
money you can use the bank's money you
can you borrow from a friend but if you
know that you can buy a piece of
property then you can take that and you
can turn that into income producing
income for you you definitely want to
jump on that so find rental properties
you can take over and start getting that
payment coming in all right and you can
also use property managers to help you
with that you can use Zillow to go and
find great properties you can go and
find just reach out to a you know a real
estate agent and say I want to buy that
property you buy it and you get a tenant
in there and you start getting income
that's totally passive because what are
you gonna do it you just have to make
sure you update the property but that
income comes in as long as the person is
staying in that property so another way
to really make great passive income it's
just creating a course create an
information course and then putting it
online I really like this because I can
create something that I enjoy and I
could go out there and I can put it into
maybe a membership area I can put up a
cot behind a password protected area and
then I can promote that course people
can buy that course they could pay for
they get into my membership area they
can consume that information that I
create for them and then you can then
make passive income I really like it
because I don't have to do much as far
as handling everything I just promote
the link to my course and then people
buy it and then I get paid for that you
can use udemy you can use kajabi
different ways to create courses online
but information courses it's so simple
so easy and it's a great way to earn
passive income and so the next thing and
I just talked about this just a second
ago but create a membership site right
you have your course then you create a
membership site now it's so passive
because if you have a membership site
and use something like kajabi or if you
use clickfunnels then you can charge
people on a monthly basis so if somebody
comes in they buy your product and then
say your monthly fee is $97 a month well
somebody comes in and buys that course
and then every month they're getting
that monthly payment coming in I always
like to talk about Netflix because
Netflix has like over a hundred million
people I think that use a service all
paying $15 a month I mean that is
security that's passive income that's
just 15 times 100 million whatever that
month that number is it's it's crazy big
but that's passive income that comes in
a membership buy site is no different
than Netflix and all you have to do is
just promote your content getting people
in your membership site they paid that
monthly fee you make that money alright
