hey what's up everybody it's pat flynn
from smart passive income comm and I'm
wanted to shoot a video really quick
just to kind of test and see how it
worked it was recommended to me by cliff
ravenscraft from podcast Answer Man comm
it's actually the mic that he set me up
with when I did my first presentation at
the financial bloggers conference last
year he kind of hooked it up on me the
video turned out okay so you know after
going through three or four different
wireless mics that just didn't work out
for me or hissed a little bit too much I
decided to get one
it's the Sony new WP v6 which means it
comes with a transmitter right here
which is connected to my lapel mic or
lavalier mic or whatever they call it
then there's also a transmitter on top
of the camera right now which I'll show
a picture of in just a second and I'm
also connecting to a preamp a beach Tek
DX a SLR which takes a little bit more
of a hiss which isn't required but you
know I'm trying to go for a perfect
audio here and I'm really interested to
see how this turns out so what I'm gonna
do is I'm gonna throw this box down and
I'm going to kind of walk away but
continue to keep talking just to kind of
see what the range is like here so I'm
gonna keep talking maybe do a little bit
of running I don't know we'll see let me
check the mail really quick no mail no
mail all's good so I don't even know if
you can still hear me but here I am all
the way on the other side of the street
and now I'm gonna come back and put this
in the computer and see what's up so
I'll put this on youtube if you like the
quality and it sounds pretty good to you
you know this is actually a pretty
expensive wireless mic system but you
know I'm in this for the long run and
I'm here to practice public speaking and
get better at this and I'm probably
gonna be using this at BlogWorld Expo to
record my presentations as well a little
bit winded but yeah so again I'll put a
