hey guys this is stefan from
projectlifemastery.com and this we don't
want to share with you guys my
experience with a hundred a challenge by
Gary Ryan Blair which is a program that
I've participated in now three different
times at different stages of my life and
every time I've done it's always taking
my life to another level it's helped me
improve my relationships make more money
competition last year because of this
challenge and because of this program
and now that New Year's is right around
the corner you know it's just a great
opportunity to have a system like this a
program that can help hold you
accountable to achieve the goals and the
resolutions that you set for yourself
and part of the reason why I'm making
this video is because I'm gonna be
stepping up and participating in the
hundred a challenge and I want to invite
you to join me as well just because it's
gonna make a huge difference in your
life if you do and you know with New
Year's coming up you know most people
you know they set resolutions and these
goals but it's really unfortunate that
most people don't actually achieve them
most people in fact give up after a few
weeks so I forget the statistics and
stuff but it's pretty staggering and
pretty crazy um just how that happens
and how unfortunate that is and I
definitely don't want that to happen to
you and I think that's why it's so
important to have accountability so
important to have a program that you
know if you just stick to something and
commit to something for a hundred days
every single day towards a certain goal
just imagine what's possible imagine we
can actually achieve if you are
consistent on that level and this
program will definitely help you to be
able to achieve that and so in this
video when it kind of share with you
guys how the program works how you can
get involved with it I'm gonna have a
blog post with this on project life
master comm is gonna go in more details
about my experience with a hundred a
challenge how it's helped me and then
also just what the program entails and
everything and how you can get started
with it and it's called the start fast
finish strong challenge mainly because
it only happens two times a year and it
happens the first hundred days of the
year okay so coming up on January and
everything the first hundred days and I
think you can start there's like a
period after January 1st that you can
start so if you don't start on January
1st that's ok you could start you know
week or two or three weeks
after that I believe and it also happens
on the last hundred days before the end
of the year as well so it's an
opportunity for people to start the year
fast and also end the year really strong
and what's involved in the program so
every day is it's like a membership site
where every day you get a new video sent
to your email you can also log in and
watch the videos the videos are about
five minutes long and they're basically
different ways to motivate you you're
basically getting coached over a video
program and the short videos and they
have different strategies techniques
tips things just to help keep that
momentum going and to help you just is
to apply things to your life that are
gonna essentially help you with the
goals that you set for the program
another piece too is that everybody sets
five different goals at the start of the
hundred a challenge and they have
training and programs and everything
that actually help you set those goals
and they also have a lot of like
worksheets and things that can actually
print out on a computer like PDF files
to start off the challenge that you're
gonna use throughout the program in fact
I wish I was at my house right now
because I actually made a binder that
has all my my information from my
hundred eight challenges which is I have
the worksheet with my five goals
there's also tracking forms that
basically every week you do an
after-action review meaning that every
week you you know you assess your goals
which is such an important thing because
most people just set goals and they
never look at it again but if you're not
actually measuring yourself and seeing
how your how's it how's it coming along
and you know what you're doing well and
what you can improve then you're not
able to make those adjustments to be
flexible to make sure that you stay on
course and achieve that goal because a
lot of people keep taking action but in
reality they're not really making
progress and the program is essentially
designed to help prevent that and make
sure that you're continually making
progress by checking in with yourself
and the worksheets and the whole program
the system is really designed to help
you with that another great benefit from
the program is they have an online
community community like a forum a
message board where you can interact
with other people that are doing the
same challenge and so I find that really
useful because I've always said you know
just I call your empowering because
them by surrounding yourself with
like-minded individuals that's a core
component to achieving success with
anything you got to get around people
that are motivated that are disciplined
that can help you and support you if
you're going through a hard time and you
can always get coaching and always get
help from different people in that forum
and I know that I have when I've had
different challenges with some of my
goals and it's just great to have that
support you know you can share your
goals with other people you can help
each other you can mastermind with them
in fact when I I did a challenge last
year that started last year and I had
five different friends that I invited to
do the challenge with me and what we
decided what we decided to do was create
a mastermind group in Vancouver where
every single week we met up at 7 o'clock
in the morning at a coffee shop and we
went over our goals and held each other
accountable so every week you know each
person will get an opportunity to check
in you know and say hey how is it how's
it going with your goals you know what
what are you doing well this week you
know what can you improve upon and we've
set certain actions to make sure that
you know we're following through on the
action an action plan that we said
during the challenge and we stuck with
that for a hundred days and I'm still a
part of that mastermind group today long
after my challenge has been finished and
so it's really transformed my life in so
so many ways and I'm sure I'm missing
out on a lot of different beneficial
benefits and features of this program
but a man is just the ability to commit
to something for a hundred days if you
stick with that commitment it's so
powerful and you know I couldn't imagine
achieving goals without this program and
without this system just because it just
allows me to get so much more from
myself and yeah you're gonna invest some
money in the program and stuff but it's
easily worth the investment because if
you think about it what you're gonna
achieve by the end of those hundred days
and the progress that are gonna make in
your life is well worth the little
investment you're gonna make in this
program I know for me I'd usually pay
that price again and again and again
just because this means such an impact
in the amount of money that I've made
that my fitness goals my relationship
goals my health goals my family goals
traveling a lot of things would have
never been possible without this program
and I can guarantee you
this is kind of like a sales pitch just
because I'm so passionate about it
because it's helped me so much I
guarantee you that it will transform
your life if you actually stick with the
program for a hundred days you set those
goals you will achieve those goals if
you actually do what it says and there's
no doubt in my mind about that just
because we're getting that
accountability neck coaching which is
missing for so many people in this state
goals and you know if you are gonna set
resolutions to set goals don't cheat
yourself by not committing to something
like this don't cheat yourself by not
getting accountability or help or
support that you really need because you
know it takes that kind of level of
commitment if you're actually serious
about a resolution or goal because
whenever you set a goal or a commitment
for yourself a resolution and you don't
achieve it that's just killing you
that's killing yourself esteem it's
gonna create doubt in yourself and
you're gonna get to a point where your
brain is gonna make it acceptable to
fail it's gonna think to itself why even
bother setting a new goal or new outcome
because in the past you have a pattern
of not achieving things you have a
pattern of not following through not
getting done and so this is an
opportunity in my opinion to really step
up and commit for a hundred days you
know step up take the challenge I'm
gonna do it and I'm gonna be posting on
my blog about it as well and have some
updates as I go along with the challenge
but I just really hope that you can feel
my energy my sincerity and my passion in
this video and that you decide to take
that step for yourself and commit to
this challenge and I can promise you
like I said that your life will
transform for the better through this
challenge so that's my little my little
rant about 180 challenge it's gonna be
my fourth time doing it now I can't wait
