7 Ways To Have More Energy

I'm going to share through seven ways on
how you can have more energy in your
life right now now you need more energy
I need more energy we all want and need
more energy because energy is life
anything that you want in your life any
goal dream desire mission that you might
have it's going to require an abundance
of energy for you to be able to create
and attract that in your life if you
want to create more success if you want
to build a business if you want to
create financial freedom for yourself
it's going to require an abundance of
energy for you to be able to make that
happen you know a lot of people they've
got the 9 to 5 and the challenge is they
get home at 5 o'clock and they're
exhausted they're tired they don't have
the energy to pursue the goals and the
dreams that they have you know or if you
want to have a more passionate
relationship a better relationship or to
be able to attract someone into your
life you've got to have an abundance of
energy to make that happen you know a
lot of couples they don't have any
passion or aliveness because they're
both so tired and exhausted and so when
I discovered this I discovered the value
the importance of energy and really
understanding it and mastering in my
life it allows me to transform
everything else it allowed me to create
financial success and attract the woman
into my life and in an experience more
happiness and joy just by understanding
a few principles on how to create more
energy now the challenge is is that most
people know what they need to do to be
more energetic and have more energy in
their life but the challenge is that
most people don't really value their
bodies this vehicle this incredible
vessel that you've been gifted they
don't value it to the full extent
because if they did then they would stop
putting in things that are draining
their energy and the junk food and the
substances and the alcohol things in
your body that are and therefore
are going to make you feel like
instead what they would do is they're
going to do some of the things that I'm
going to share through in this video
that can create more energy
for you so you've got to understand
energy is everything you got it mastered
if you got to make it more important
than ever before because if I don't get
across to you the importance of this the
real benefit and value of your health in
your body then you're not going to do
the actions and behaviors that I have
because your behaviors always follow
your beliefs you've got to change your
mentality your belief about health
you've got to believe that your body is
your temple the belief that I have is my
body is like a Ferrari it's like a
Lamborghinis this incredible luxurious
high-performance machine that I have and
you know you have it's just kind of go
with me here for this metaphor if you
had a Ferrari or a Lamborghini are you
going to put the crappy fuel into the
car of course not you're going to
obviously put the best fuel in even
though it might cost more money or make
sure you get the oil changes and you
clean it up and you make sure that you
take good care of it because you value
it that much more and therefore you're
going to get much higher performance out
of yourself okay
so that little metaphor that I just
shared with you guys that's a belief
system that I have when it comes to my
body and and really taking good care of
it now when it comes to the 7 things
let's just dive right into it and some
of them again they're going to be simple
things that I know you might say I
already know that but remember the
mastery mentality knowing is the first
level and knowing is not enough you can
know what to do but not do what you know
so if you catch yourself in oh I already
know that I need to turn this off then
you especially need to watch this video
and even watch it again and again
because mastery requires repetition
repetition is the mother of mastery you
got to watch it listen again and again
so that you're doing it and more
importantly that you're living it in
your life first tip that I have to do
okay to have more energy is to master
your breath master your breathing
because if you think about it human
beings we can live weeks without food we
can live days without water but we can
only live a couple minutes without air
without oxygen so when I look at
everything that you could do to
experience more energy help your
breathing your air
your oxygen is a number one thing
because it is a requirement to be alive
and ourself our body is made up of 75
trillion cells they require oxygen you
know your red blood cells they require
oxygen to go up to your brain and give
you more energy and a lot of people they
they practice shallow breathing when
they're stressed or they have anxiety
their breathing goes shallow and so
therefore they're not getting as much
oxygen if they really need and so
therefore they feel tired you know good
indicator when you're tired that your
body is craving oxygen is when you yawn
your body has a natural response to yawn
so that it can you know try to get
yourself more oxygen into your
bloodstream to give you more energy so
you have to be cautious of this you have
to practice deep diaphragm 'ok breathing
right here from your belly not from your
chest because if you breathe from your
chest this can be shallow breathing
you're not going to fully be able to
fill up your lungs with oxygen and
really oxygenate your cells at the full
capacity
okay so simple things that I do whether
you do meditation in the morning or you
have some sort of practice I spend a few
minutes every day just to breathe deep
diaphragm 'ok breathing there's many
breathing techniques i could share with
you guys take a yoga class if you want
to learn how to breathe better you know
and get involved in that way it will
definitely make a huge difference for
you okay and if you feel tired for the
day just take a minute or two and
breathe you know and you're going to
feel relaxed you're going to have a you
almost have a high I mean you know if
you actually do deep dynamic breathing
for a couple minutes you'll actually
feel really high and alert because your
brain is just waking up with all this
air and oxygen that you're putting into
it okay that's tip number one tip number
two drink more water kind of drink more
water now I know that you drink water
already because our body is require
water you know seventy percent of our
body is made up of water but I want you
to drink more water because most people
are chronically dehydrated most people
are not drinking enough water in fact a
lot of people they're consuming foods
and liquids that are dehydrating them
you know caffeine and
Coffee dehydrates you or a lot of people
what they do is they consume soda pop
and also that is also going to make you
feel more dehydrated so you want to make
sure you're drinking more water a good
indicator to find out whether you're
drinking enough first is that if you are
thirsty if you ever come across a point
we actually feel thirsty and maybe
you're the most feels dry you are my
friends really dehydrated when you get
to that point ideally you don't want to
be in that position where even feel
thirsty because you should be drinking
water all for the day you know for
myself I got a water bottle with me at
all times
wherever I go I've got my water I'm
drinking it well I'm sitting down well
work while I'm working I bring it to me
to with the gym I bring it when I go out
I'm drinking water all throughout the
day and therefore it gives me a lot of
energy I'm also go into the bathroom a
lot too which is a good thing because
that allows your body to flush out the
toxins so if you're thirsty ideally you
don't want to be in that position if
your mouth is dry you're really
dehydrated go stop drink water right now
if you're watching this you might have
to hit the pause button on this video
and go and get some water and drink some
because it is that important also if
your urine when you go to the bathroom
is yellow or dark yellow that is an
indicator that you are severely
dehydrated and you need to do something
about that right away your urine should
be clear okay when you go to the
bathroom it should be clear that's how
you know that you're hydrated not unless
you consume a lot of vitamins because a
lot of vitamins you're going to urinate
out and it could be a bright yellow
color but if it's a dark yellow you
always again you want to make sure that
your urine is as clear as possible okay
drink more water the quality of the
water is important stay away from tap
water get a water filter put a lemon in
your water so that you can alkalis it a
lemon or lime you know just don't drink
out a bottle of plastic plastic bottles
you know I prefer glass a glass bottle
because otherwise you can lead to a lot
of the plastics into the water and
especially if you drink bottled water
and
the water has been on the truck or on
the shelf for a long period of time then
you're going to be consuming a lot of
that which is not good either so drink
more water trust me on this you're going
to feel a lot of energy if you feel
tired even if you feel hungry a lot of
people it's not that they're hungry
they're just dehydrated so oftentimes
for me when I feel hungry or feel tired
I know right away okay I got to breathe
and I get a drink water but what do a
lot of people do oh I'm hungry I'm going
to go eat or oh I'm tired I'm going to
go get a coffee and instead they're not
giving their body what did actually want
and what it really needs
okay so drink water step number three
tip number three that I have for you is
to consume more raw live food if you
want to be alive you need to consume
more live foods okay now a lot of people
they cook their food they heat up their
food and it's nothing wrong with that
the challenge is though is that when you
heat up or cook your food you're killing
and destroying a lot of the enzymes and
the nutrients from that and so if you
are going to cook your food again you
don't have to get a raw foodist or
anything like that but just make sure
that you're consuming more raw live food
in your diet
maybe that's having a salad or two a day
you know or maybe if you're going to
have that steak or that fish for that
chicken have more vegetables with that
to help you digest it and what it does
to is actually fills you up better it's
a lot easier for your body to digest and
there's actually an energetic value from
vegetables fruits and sprouts and I
remember dr. Robert Young he would
actually measure the megahertz value of
the foods that you put into your body
and they can determine that maybe
something like an avocado has a thousand
megahertz of energy whereas a piece of
chicken might only have five megahertz
so I believe there's an energetic value
in what you put into your body and then
another tip that I have for you is to
juice have smoothies or juices make sure
it's not stuff that you buy from the
store but stuff that you actually you
know have a juicer and you actually
juice the vegetables and the fruit and
you have a glass of it and you drink
that every morning you're going to feel
so energetic because you're giving your
body all this incredible nutrition and
goodness you know that's how I start off
my day
part of my morning ritual as I you know
I drink a juice and it has celery in it
and cucumber and spinach and kale and
broccoli and all the good stuff and
parsley and cilantro and sometimes I've
wheatgrass and then I'll have a bit of
sugar a little fruit with that like a
pear or apple not too much though
because you know you can get too much
sugar which you want to avoid as well
but what that does it just gives me so
much energy and my body doesn't have to
digest it and it's a really great thing
so juicing is great I've got a great
youtube video somewhere on my youtube
channel on juicing it's a little bit of
an older video maybe we'll do a newer
one at some point but you can find out
the juicer that I use there and the
benefits of that I've also didn't juice
fast juice cleanses and by the way when
you do this my god my friends you have
no idea the kind of energy that you're
missing out on I can't even explain the
level the peak high level of energy just
a total state of bliss and happiness and
joy that you can experience when you
really master this and you master your
energy a lot of people have never had an
experience like that and their only
experience of high energy is by drinking
a lot of caffeine and having a high from
that which is not sustainable because
you're going to eventually crash or
build a tolerance and need more and even
wear out your adrenal glands too so man
it's it's such a powerful thing when you
when you put goodness and raw live food
in your body it's going to change your
life okay where are we tip number I
think four okay tip number four is to
move okay move more and by the way a lot
of you already doing some of the stuff I
plan to do more of it okay because again
it's going to enhance your energy even
more human beings are not made to sit
all day we're not made to sit in the
office and sit in the chair and sit in
the car and sit on the couch watching TV
most people were sitting way too much
we're made to move and oftentimes that's
when you feel the most tired you feel
more tired when you're just laying there
on the couch rather than actually
getting up and actually doing stuff and
being active and moving and I got a
treadmill desk I got a great video on
that on my youtube channel that was one
of the best investment
that ever made because now I'm not
sitting all day I'm walking you know
when I'm doing my calls
even when I'm recording my videos I'm
moving and therefore it gives me more
energy gives me more life and what it
also does is you consume more oxygen you
know I also start off my morning ritual
I go for a run I do aerobic exercise at
a low intensity for thirty minutes
usually and though I'm trying to build
up to go longer but what that does is it
increases as time goes on the number of
red blood cells in my blood which carry
more oxygen which will give me more
energy and so aerobic exercise is great
for that moving in that way now if you
do very anaerobic exercise which is
really intense sprinting lifting etc
that's good for fitness and for building
muscles and bones and it's great for all
that however there is a bit of a cost to
your energy for that because your body
is building up a lot of lactic acid and
you're carrying a lot of muscle fibers
and your body has to recover so
oftentimes I don't know about you I do
that I love working out and listen to
waste but I also know that when I do it
I'm going to be sore I'm gonna feel
tired my body wants to rest and recover
and rebuild and repair so be aware of
that that's why I like to do some
aerobic exercise and move and walk
through the day I've got a rebounder and
mini trampoline I've got a good video on
that too
those are all things that I do all
throughout the day to have more energy
to keep myself at a peak state okay so
moving very important the data where are
we now okay sleep okay sleep is also a
very important thing you got to make
sure that you do rest you got to make
sure that you do recover
you know how much sleep you need you
know a lot of studies say seven to eight
hours
some people say more some people say
less I think it's dependent on the
individual you want to make sure that
you get what you require to perform a
graph salute best and I think what's
more important in the length of how long
you sleep is the quality of your sleep
okay you know you could sleep eight
hours and still wake up tired because
maybe the quality of your sleep wasn't
that great and when I talked about
quality making sure that you go into the
deep sleep does the REM side
go sleep cycle because that's the most
beneficial for you so a few sleep packs
for you make sure that before you go to
bed that you're not watching TV you're
not on your phone or not in front of the
computer because the the light from that
will prevent your body from releasing
melatonin which is going to help you go
to sleep okay so oftentimes I avoid
technology before I go to bed or you can
get certain glasses that block out those
lights and that can help benefit you as
well
I also recommend making sure that your
room is pitch black as dark as possible
okay that will help you sleep better now
of course sound is important to you so
make sure you don't have any
distractions or any you know I live in
the city sometimes it can be a little
bit loud although I'm a little bit
higher up and it's not too bad but
sometimes an ambulance or a fire truck
that goes by and so even if you have to
put any earplugs to help you sleep
better that is going to make a
difference for you and then another
sweet pack that I have for you is to
avoid bluetooth around your bed you know
a lot of people they sleep with their
alarm clock next to their bed and
there's ample their phone their iPhone
and the challenge with that is that it
emits EMS electromagnetic field which
will lower the quality of your sleep and
so make sure that your cell phone or
iPad or computer whatever that is that's
an airplane mode so that you're going to
have a better sleep trust me on that
that will make a big difference for you
so what have we covered so far we've
covered air okay breathing we've covered
water we've covered a raw live food we
covered movement okay you covered sleep
another tip that I have for you is
fasting cleansing you know the number
one expenditure of energy is digestion
because when you put something in your
body your body has to digest it it
expands and drains a lot of your energy
a lot of people they're consuming foods
that are junk food that your body can't
really digest your body can spend six
hours eight hours 1012 hours just to
digest that expending a lot of energy a
lot of people they can sleep for eight
hours and they still wake up tired
because their mind with a sleep but
their body will still work
over time to digest and break down that
food and so cleansing helps your body to
have more energy I found that whenever I
do a cleanse I do a cleanse every year
just drinking juice for 15 days my
energy explodes because my body doesn't
have to digest on a daily basis what I
do is something called intermittent
fasting intermittent fasting means that
for 16 hours out of the day I'm fasting
I'm not putting anything into my body
except for water okay
maybe sometimes a little bit of juice
but for the most part for 16 hours
nothing goes into my body except for
water I'm not digesting anything and
then I have an eight-hour window of
where I consume my meals and my calories
which are higher calorie meals but
oftentimes it's a lot less is good for
fat loss and everything - because your
stomach is going to get full a lot
faster okay because you're not eating
all through the day you're eating you
know two or three meals in a certain
segment of time but the main benefit of
this for energy and this is something
that I've adopted now for the last few
months is that by skipping breakfast in
the morning I'll usually have my first
meal around noon or 1:00 p.m. by
skipping breakfast I have that's my most
productive time I have so much energy in
the morning because my body is not there
trying to digest anything and the moment
that I often eat my I do notice my
energy kind of drops a little bit and
one little thing that you could do as a
tip is journal all for the day every
meal that you have journal exactly how
you feel before that meal during and
after the meal you'll learn a lot just
by the foods you put into your body and
how that really affects how you feel now
the last tip that I have for you and
then we're going to wrap it up last tip
is your mindset okay your mindset your
mind is going to be the number one
source of energy in your life because I
don't know if you've ever experienced
them like this I'm sure you've had where
maybe you're you physically are tired
and exhausted you're sitting on the
couch and you ate the pizza and you're
the sleepin all day and maybe feel
depressed whatever it is and then all of
a sudden something happens where you get
a phone call and on that phone call
another end is someone someone in your
life and they share with you
newse to be anything but all of a sudden
that moments you feel this burst of
energy all of a sudden you just feel
this incredible high you feel motivated
and excited and it totally changes how
you feel your state because your
emotional state that is something that
regardless of sleep and food and
everything else I've talked about you
can have an abundance of energy with you
know there's been times of my life I
didn't get any sleep I didn't eat or ate
too much you know and I you know all
these other things yet my mindset is
really what pushed me past that to make
things happen and really go for it you
know if you got that 9:00 to 5:00 and
you want to be energetic it's a lot of
it your mindset pushing yourself and
creating the energy within yourself
regardless of everything else now your
mindset really comes down to your belief
because sometimes having limiting
beliefs or fear and doubt can actually
take away your energy and hold you back
whereas having more positive beliefs
that can give you more energy so really
making sure that you address those
negative beliefs that you have in your
life your goals your dreams your your
vision your purpose those are all things
that give you a lot of energy if you've
got something that you're excited for
that you're passionate for and this
incredible vision that's going to
motivate you that's going to give you a
lot more energy you know so
understanding all these different
factors your passion you know you got to
make sure you optimize your mind your
brain as much as possible to give you
the energy that you're really going to
need to go for what you want so those
