and this is my lovely girlfriend Tatyana
as many of you guys know and have seen
from previous videos so right now we are
streaming this in Bondi Beach in Sydney
Australia and were added Airbnb right
now and the connection might not be very
good and so we're actually doing a test
right now the connection is not good
then unfortunately we might might have
to do this on Facebook instead because
for some reason I've been doing live
streams on Facebook and the connection
is a lot easier than here on YouTube
just because here it seems the upload
speeds are a little bit slower so if you
guys are joining in can you guys confirm

some time to to answer some of those
questions to you guys here on a youtube

know we both did a YouTube video
interview me interviewing Tatiana here
about her success on Amazon and her
journey and her story of building her
online business and I'm blown away by
the response to that video because that
video now has over a hundred thousand
views on YouTube so that is something
that you know a lot of people seem to
enjoy a lot of people shared like just
amazing things from that like people um
you know people that just got so
inspired by it wanting to change their
life and build a business and shifting
their belief I know there's a lot of
girls that were really inspired because
often times you know women you know like
to have female role models and and you
know seeing that another girl that has
done it or someone that's at a young age
that's done it yeah even for you you
know someone that emailed you that was
even suicidal that shared their story
and shared how you know like that video
actually really stay
your life and help in a lot of ways it's
just really cool to hear all the
feedback about that you know when we did
that that little interview I didn't
really think much of it it was just kind
of how do you want to record this video
you know just in the moment and so we
said okay but it's crazy now it's got
over a hundred thousand views and just
as crazy the power of YouTube first of
all but also just all the positive
feedback and a lot of people who kind of
been kind of on the fence not really
sure about what they want to do if they
want to start an online business that
they don't so I've gotten a lot of
messages about that and it's really
encouraging to see that people are
really just motivated by it too so it's
pretty cool yeah and also I know a lot
of you have asked for for more
information on Amazon and more details
from that and I do want to make sure and

questions about the amazing selling
machine which is the online course that

how to build our app or Amazon business
and private label products physical
products the details of that so a lot of
people went asking about that and so if

yeah let me know if you see a question
here but let me actually there's a good
one that someone asked as the comments
let me pull that one up and maybe you
answer that so the question is I'm
curious about how you get products from
China and then sell on Amazon do the
products get shipped to Amazon centers
or is it straight from China to the
customer yeah that's a great question so
um you can do a couple routes with this
but I think the most popular thing is
that you find your manufacturer in China
you can do that through Alibaba
Aliexpress you know you can do a Google
search to find your own manufacturer get
in contact with them if you build a
relationship them with them and trust
them then you start sourcing from them
in China and so you can have the product
shipped maybe to your house and then you
can go through the products make sure
nothing was damaged if you want to
insert like packing slips or maybe
stickers or some bonuses or whatever
inside the package of products you can
do that at that time and then you can
ship them to the amazon fulfillment
centers now i would suggest doing this
maybe the first few times that you are
starting to source from a manufacturer
in china because it's your first time
with them you don't really know how they
ship things if they ship things properly
it's good to just see the way that
things are received but once you build
that relationship and you've been
shipping with them more frequently you
can just ship straight from china to
amazon so it's actually very simple if
you go by air super super simple super
quick it can ship in five days it's
really expensive by air but if you have
a small amount then that's fine and then
you ship directly from China to the
Amazon FBA you just ask your suppliers
to put on top of the boxes you know the
packing slips that Amazon provides for
you
you just label your products with the
Amazon skews or the ACE and numbers your
supplier can do all that for you and it
goes straight there Amazon receives it
and Boop it's in your inventory so it's
very automated the process once you've
kind of done it the first few times it's
super simple once you start shipping
larger amounts then you can start
shipping by sea and when you start
shipping by sea it becomes a little bit
more complicating it is much more
cost-effective I'll tell you that but it
does require more information you need
to get freight forward or for sure and
there's just a little bit more risk it
takes a long time takes it like about a
month to get to Amazon and then you need
to have a shipping carrier deliver it
from the dock to Amazon itself so but
process is still the same I personally
don't ship anything to my house because
that would just be insane for me to take
care of that I don't even have enough
room for the inventory but I trust my
supplier and I make sure you know I know
that everything is shipped well and
taken care of yeah and I think also if
you live in the country of where you're
going to be selling your products so for
example if you live in the United States
then what some people might do
especially for their first order from a
supplier is actually have that inventory
shipped to them because if you're brand
new working with the supplier it can be
useful to make sure that you inspect the
unit's yourself or you could hire
someone to do that for you just to make
sure that everything is good to go
before you then for that to Amazon now
that's actually something that is
optional like we both live in Canada but
we don't even sell our products in
Canada we sell primarily in the United
States and so for us you know I source
my products in the US she sources her
hers from China but you know we decided
that you know we kind of skipped that
step but I have heard stories of people
that you know they shipped directly from
china to amazon fulfillment centers
their very first order and for whatever
reason maybe the product isn't exactly
what
they expected or maybe there was a
mistake that was made or who knows what
and then all of a sudden Amazon has all
these products that you know you've got
to now sell and it can get really messy
doing it that way so it does depend on
the product I think like certain
products you might really want to make
sure that doing one example of this
where you would want to have it shipped
to your house so um your response so an
example Stefan sells these life these
mastery wristbands which are pretty
awesome on Amazon so what we do is we
have there's a supplier in the United
States and the supplier was shipped to
Amazon but they don't put the barcodes
on the actual packages for the for the
wristbands and these wristbands they
come in three different SKUs so they
come in black blue and yellow and then a
2-pack so when we order them from the US
fulfillment center they're in three
boxes but they don't have the SKUs on
them so you can actually ask Amazon to
label your products for you you pay an
extra charge for it's like 20 cents a
unit or something like that but it's
worth it if you don't have access to it
but when they arrived at Amazon Amazon
messed up and they just label them
properly and instead of having three
separate um SKUs they put them all into
one SKU so it basically it would it
would have been better if we had
received them at our house and then ship
them to Amazon so if we had our code
them ourselves because honestly you
can't really trust Amazon with almost
anything you can trust them but I
wouldn't trust them with labeling my
products again the second time it's
happened
so I mean if we lived in the States it
would have been nice to just ship it to
the States somewhere yeah yeah and I
think ultimately just kind of going back
to what I was saying it's just having a
good relationship with your supplier and
even having maybe your supplier send you
a picture of the units but when they're
ready before they're shipping it you can
verify it confirm it there's a lot of
logistics to this business and that is
why like I've honestly said to people
that come to me for advice to get a good
training program that will guide you
through the steps because there's a lot
of logistics it can be fairly complex if
you're brand new to this once you get
the hang of it it's a lot easier but
even then I've heard like I've just seen
too many too many things that have
happened and I do recommend getting a
good training that can guide you through
the steps and that's why I recommend the
amazing selling machine for that but you
know there's there's there are logistics
to it and you know you've you know we
both kind of had issues at times and you
know things with suppliers and customs
and all these things that can occur but
it's you know thankful thankfully we've
had some good guidance and stuff to help
us through them okay let's take another
question let me know if you see one that
you think is a really good one
okay so here's a question I'll maybe
answer you can give your thoughts on
it's from Chiba what are your thoughts
on the saturation of the FBA market
oversaturated still room for growth okay
so there's a few ways I can answer this
number one is looking at first and
foremost Amazon has grown massively it's
grown bigger than ever it's it's as big
as it's ever been and it's growing every
every single day every single month
they're a huge business more and more
people are buying on Amazon which means
there's a lot more opportunity for
people like you and myself and tatianna
to be able to launch a product and be
able to profit from it now there are
certain markets that are more
competitive without a doubt but I think
there's a big misconception I think a
lot of people have about getting into
this business see what I'm trying to
teach and encourage to you what tatianna
is trying to teach and encourage what
amazing selling machine teaches is that
this is not an Amazon business ok Amazon
is just a launching platform for your
product ok I want you to understand that
what you're actually building is a
physical products business ok not an
Amazon business because Amazon is great
Amazon provides a lot of great
opportunity anybody can launch a product
selling on Amazon they do a lot of heavy
lifting for you but you don't want a
business that's totally dependent on
Amazon because the truth is Amazon
doesn't view the customers as your
customers they view them as their
customers and so you use Amazon to
launch your product to get some traction
some benefit from that but ultimately
you want to build your own brand ok
tatianna today she makes most of her
sales from her website from Lex allcom
she actually decided to not sell her
products as much on Amazon because she
makes more money by directing her
traffic and everything to her website to
buy it she gets the customer information
she'd get some on an email list she can
follow up with them there's more
long-term that you can build from that
and she's building a brand that's
allowed her to affiliate marketing to
create
information product go through many
different avenues as well and so
competition and saturation that is only
a worrying concern if you're only
focused on Amazon if you're building a
brand if you're building a relationship
with people if you're actually building
whether that's a YouTube channel a blog
an email list following on Facebook
Instagram Pinterest Twitter snapchat the
different platform you're doing content
marketing the things that we teach and
emphasize you don't have to worry about
competition
Tatiana's products my products they're
not even highly that ranked like highly
ranked on Amazon for certain keywords
but I'm on the last page because I'm
always talk to ya and so it's like it
doesn't even matter that much to us like
I started selling my supplements for
life master nutrition more so on my own
website but Amazon was a launching
platform and I still you know get a lot
of sales from Amazon but you know now
that I'm selling through my wordpress
blog my website through commerce and
everything you can step Shopify as well
and if you build a brand you're getting
your own traffic you don't really need
Amazon that much so I think that's an
important distinction and that's why you
know we don't worry about that
whatsoever because Amazon is only one
way that people find your products 3
Amazon search or Amazon PPC there are so
many other ways online but if you know
how to utilize them are a huge advantage
for you and then my last part to this
question is that internationally there's
a lot of opportunity internationally
like countries like the UK Germany Japan
and even Australia now Canada there's
other countries now that are like
brand-new markets that you can like some
people has put up a product start
selling right away because there's very
little competition on and you don't have
to put that much effort into so it does
depend on like some of these
international markets are wide open an
amazing opportunity if you decide to
take advantage of it so
somebody else where do you store your
inventory after you moved on from Amazon
so the thing is what we say you want to
start on Amazon yes because you want to
take advantage of their customer client
base but it doesn't mean that once you
start selling on your website on Shopify
on a dip one bunch of different selling
platforms it doesn't mean that you have
to move your inventory from Amazon so
you can still sell on Amazon and have
Amazon fulfil your inventory so you can
ship a portion of your inventory to
Amazon so that their Prime customers can
receive it throughout the United States
but then you would have to also look for
your own fulfillment center so it's very
easy to find a fulfillment center if you
want to find one that ships
internationally you'll have to do a
little bit more research I spent a few
months researching for my fulfillment
center so you can do the same you do a
google search and you you search for
fulfillment centers that ship
internationally you go through all of
them call them all with get as much
information I contacted a ton of
fulfillment centers and the one that I
picked was the one I felt the most
comfortable with the one that I feel I
felt like they respected me they
responded quickly they appreciated me as
a potential customer that's kind of how
I went with my gut feeling with that so
once you found that fulfillment center
then you can send most of your inventory
over there and then you can sell on your
website or on Shopify or whatever from
that fulfillment center but I would
always recommend keeping some inventory
in Amazon just to sustain your Amazon
listing a lot of people will prefer to
shop on Amazon for example for me now if
I actually stock my website my Amazon
listing I'll get easily I'll Sally I can
sell twenty thousand dollars easily on
Amazon because people love to shop on
there they like Prime they like to have
the free
beam and there's just people that are
always on there so for me personally I
don't I don't stock it that often
because Amazon can be expensive and just
they have a really good return policy
for their for their customers so 30 days
money-back guarantee no questions asked
so for a product like mine that's a
little bit more higher-end I don't like
that return policy because they return
things that are just in poor condition
and it's just not good for my business
so that's why I prefer to sell on my
website but sometimes I will restock
there just to get you know satisfy the
Amazon customers and get a boost in
sales yeah and by the way I see a few
people that are asking you know can you
share your supplier can you share your
fulfillment center well these are things
that are private to our businesses and
so there's certain things we're not
going to share I'm not going to tell you
who my supplier is and all the details
logistics of my business because then
you're just going to take all the work
that I've done all the relationships
that I have all the research the time
that I did to do that and then you're
going to directly compete with me
doesn't make any sense to do that so we
both have our own private businesses
they're not public companies and so
there's certain things we're just not
going to share and hopefully you guys
can respectful of the privacy of that
because we're here being transparent
with you guys being honest to the best
of our ability but there's certain
things that you know just by sharing it
would be detrimental to our businesses
and just doesn't make any sense and so
what we recommend is maybe you know our
supplier fulfillment center or whatever
it is might not even be the one that
suits your needs there's many that are
out there if you do a Google search you
can find a lot and you know and and make
sure that you you know their pricing
structure and the relationship and all
the things they provide is what makes
sense for you for your business and then
you know that's the right
for you and also I think that we I mean
doing these videos and stuff we share a
lot of information and I think that's
the information that you need to know
but the specifics about what supplier
you have and this and that like those
are things that are so individual to you
it's really not that necessary to know
all you have to do really what I did is
simple google search if you do Google
search you'll probably find my supplier
- it's really not that hard just find
something that works for you in your
area a company that you trust really in
the end they're kind of all the same
just build a relationship with them yeah
and by the way I got a question here I
just quickly observed from James Kimmie
says his Stephanie I just signed up
