morning guys it's 7:00 in the morning
right now I just finished a run here in
beautiful Sydney Australia a little bit
jet-lagged so today I woke up at 4 a.m.
and had a productive day so far

good morning everyone is the beautiful
just finished an awesome workout and
right now I'm gonna give you guys a
quick tour of the air B&B that we're
staying at right now staying here for
another day or so but then we're going
to bounce to Bondi Beach and spend some
time there and we're going to Melbourne
Fiji Gold Coast so it's going to be a
pretty eventful trip but I'll give you
guys a quick tour and show you guys
around the place that I'm staying
alright this year we got a patio
beautiful view and we went for an
awesome line this morning in the wharf
about loving the weather so far then
after not my morning ritual here through
my book and I keep the right there this
is the living dining so there's another
area of this yearís that's good for
reading often ocean views

over here we've got the kitchen prequel
we actually have an elevator that comes
oh right directly into the room or a
trip directly into the apartment itself
it's pretty cool and we've got the
bedrooms washroom over there and copy
honest man

alright guys right now we're at one of
our favorite restaurants here at the
Bondi Junction in Australia is called
the table and this here is a raw food of
plantains restaurant really healthy food
whenever we travel we always try to make
sure that we find really healthy spots
and this has been one of our go-to and
all the food here is raw plant-based
sugar-free gluten-free alright we fre
like really really amazing healthy food
so we'll show you guys inside and some
of the food that we got

alright guys here's one thing that
Australia is a little bit behind on than
in North America right here is a video
store I haven't seen one of these in
like five years back in Canada or the US
and people still go to rent movies here
in Australia now it's kind of weird
because now there's Netflix and
streaming and video on demand but you
know I guess they're a little bit behind
when it comes to renting movies and
whatnot I shall I shall not weary them
nor the years condemn me and the going
down none and in the we will remain

Australia and this I think is a baby
kangaroo we were playing with the
Wallabies as well but amazed you can get
up close so you can pet them super soft
so cute

they'll come up to you and you can feed
them and you can pet them they don't
bite but they've got pretty sharp claws

Opera House which is a popular tourist
attraction here in Sydney right there
behind me
and right there is a famous bridge and
it's actually a lot of people that can
go up and climb the bridge and get this
awesome view they cool you can issue see
a bunch of people up there climb in it
right there

my tea all my cables and everything set
up that I brought this is my camera bag
on my camera equipment to bring my
tripod everything with me traveling it's
just part of my my business got
different light setup my friend Scott
teaches the life language communication
breakthrough workshop she actually did
for us in a day which is pretty cool
there's abundance coaching so he's got
his computer setup furnace consults have
done a lot of a lot of coaching and
speaking did that Toastmasters for 12
years which is pretty cool but yeah his
little setup and got the white board
here and yeah I just getting ready to go
