how do you deal with anger and

frustration when you fail when you come

up short when you've been pursuing a

goal a dream the result that you're

after and it didn't quite work out the

way you wanted it to one of the biggest

mistakes you make is that we only

celebrate when big things happen and the

problem with that is that life is made

up of little things you know once I have

a certain outcome and I'm focusing on

for that day I think about the reasons

why that's important for me why is that

a must why do I want this and I find

those reasons or what fewer you would

really motivate you to actually go after

them and make sure that that outcome is

met

I believe guys these emotions are some

of the most powerful emotions that we

can experience that they can either be a

negative if we perceive them that way or

a positive if you learn how to utilize

and channel them in the right direction

and don't give up because sometimes

people just want to give up because

they're not seeing the results fast

enough you know when you pursue a goal

in life and you fail it's a natural

reaction to feel frustrated it's a

natural reaction to feel angry in some

way and you should be at least a little

bit you should be pissed off that you

didn't achieve what you're after but you

shouldn't over indulge in it you

shouldn't let that anger and frustration

consume you to the point where you get

depressed they feel sorry for yourself

and you're blaming everyone else and not

taking responsibility for the result

that you've gone

I'm not happy with the result that I got

I'm frustrated but now I'm gonna do

whatever it takes and I'm gonna commit

myself even further I'm gonna learn from

this and I'm gonna use this to help make

myself better so that I can achieve the

result that I'm after if you utilize

these emotions in that way then it's

gonna create fuel for the fire and it's

gonna help propel you towards where you
