you want to make sure that you're living
a life of balance that you have goals
the different areas of your life at the
end of every week Sunday where maybe
it's Monday by just reviewing the week
and looking at okay what went well well
we're what were the wins what were the
successes what were the accomplishments
of the week now you're in a situation
where you can do something about it you
can make that change you can you can
solve the problem you can grow from it
you can use that experience as an asset
need to become better so removing
responsibilities deflecting blaming
other people blaming other events you
got to understand that really everything
in your life you are responsible for and
then what could I do better how can i
how can i you know improve and make more
progress for Monday and for next week
and so taking that time to effectively
plan and you know strategize in that way
I think is also a very powerful habit we
have this within ourselves to look for
what's wrong to help protect yourself to
keep us safe and keep keep us living you
know they set their goals at the
beginning of the year then all of a
sudden everything you know they get busy
things come up and you can't get
distracted like that you have to focus
laser in on what you want to accomplish
and you know moments like that guys when
things are tough and challenging you
really learn the most about yourself
another people busy throwing the towels
you just give up or do you keep going
and finish what you said you're gonna do
sometimes most people get distracted so
easily by the shiny object syndrome
there's always the opportunity to come
up that they just they don't actually
achieve what they set out to achieve
I believe that how you do anything is
how you do everything
guys you quit here you're gonna quit
other areas when it gets tough as well
you still gotta take responsibility for
it because you're the one that's made
the decisions in the first place that
put you in that situation if you set up
your goals that you know you can hit
them and achieve them and you do it's
gonna give you confidence and certainty
that's developing my mindset now little
things in life you know you know for it
today like I said push yourself a little
bit further in your workday and your job
the challenges are gonna face your life
you know people are gonna die in your
life you might feel you might lose money
at different moments of your life that's
real adversity how do you prepare for
that you prepare for that today right

do in your life to develop their mindset
because if you're not prepared now and
today for it then man it's gonna destroy
you later in your life if you're
mentally weak so you got to develop that
