glasses and my beautiful head of hair
I'm actually dressed as a nerd although
I kind of look like Austin Powers with
I've got my name tag and my suspenders I
love to hear what you guys are dressing
up as for Halloween leave a comment

up as I love Halloween just because it's
a fun opportunity to be different to
stand out to be goofy playful silly
outrageous you could be whatever you
want to be dress up and there's no
judgment whatsoever so I love it for
that reason it's just a fun event every
year I've been having a great weekend
hopefully you guys as well and before I
go I've got one quick message for my
fellow nerds out there you know if
you're a nerd like I was and still am
today understand that it's actually cool
to be an irk you know back in high
school and stuff when people make fun of
nerds it's funny how that reverses you
know it's like the nerves at end up
being the most successful people the
people that are making money that are
successful they're smart they're doing
great things in the world and oftentimes
the cool kids are still the people that
are working at McDonald's or you know
they don't have their life together so
understand being a nerd is actually a
good thing the most successful people in
the world are all nerds you know Bill
Gates who is a massive nerd he is a
billionaire and one of the richest
people in the world you know Steve Jobs
was a nerd Mark Zuckerberg is a nerd
from facebook so understand it's
actually cool to be a nerd I was a huge
nerd growing up I was never an
academically smart nerd and as more of a
video game nerd you know computer nerd
and you know by spending so much time in
front of the computer I gained some
incredible skills that have allowed me
to be very very successful today so
being a nerd is good it's cool these
days it's like having the latest gadgets
or apple products it actually makes you
cool so recognize that being a nerd is
cool don't apologize for that feel happy
that you're a nerd and actually proud of
that and just know that
you have a huge advantage that can allow
you to do very very well and if you're
never academically smart like me then
understand that that doesn't determine
your success either you can change you
can grow you can improve yourself and
you can get better and better and better
and smarter and smarter I remember for
me I used to always think that I
actually as actually really stupid in
school because I was always a C student
I can never understand you know what was
going on in class I'd actually try to
focus and pay attention but I can never
understand you know what was going on I
had to spend a lot of time reviewing you
know again and again to really get it
you know even math for example i never
got i had like a tutor and i still
didn't understand math at all and so um
you know I just a kind of thing there
was something wrong with me but I
actually realized that we all have
different styles of learning and that
you know some of the ways that we're
being taught there doesn't they don't
resonate with everyone's style some
people are more visual some people are
more auditory some people more
kinesthetic so you know for me I
remember actually I failed science 10
okay great enna failed science class I
didn't retake that class and math there
was three levels of math there was the
essentials math there was the regular
math and then there was the advanced
math well I had to take the essentials
math and then even with the essentials
math I only got fifty one percent and
i'd barely passed and that was only
because the math teacher mr. chan felt
sorry for me okay so i was never
academically smart I was a C student
average and you know sure enough once i
found topics that i was actually
interested in and wanted to learn a boat
and i had that desire that purpose the
motivation behind it then I was actually
able to direct myself and get myself to
learn and read books and go to seminars
and find coaches and do whatever I took
so you know understand that even if you
know you weren't the smartest kid in
class that you can still be successful
and do very well in your life you know
nothing has to hold you back maybe
sometimes it may take you a little bit
longer than everyone else to really get
or understand or comprehend things but
if you're committed enough and you have
enough desire then you can do very very
well and that's the most important thing
you know action taking action executing
is much much much more important than
knowledge okay make sure they're taking
action so anyways that's my quick little
message for my fellow nerds out there
i'm a huge nerd today and previously as
well and I I swear by it so hopefully
you guys are having a great weekend
