hey what's up everyone this is stefan
from projectlifemastery.com and in this
video I'm going to share with you how I
make around $9,000 a month from my
YouTube channel and I'm going to pull
aside the curve and share with you guys
a lot of things that a lot of youtubers
might not share if you I'm gonna be
transparent in this video and I'm also
going to share with you a lot of tips a
lot of advice a lot of things that I've
learned of being a youtuber now for over
five plus years things that have allowed
me to get to where I'm at today and at
the time of me recording this video I'm
at around 300 thousand subscribers on
YouTube over 50 million views and
growing every single day and I'm also
going to share with you the real
potential of a YouTube channel because a
lot of people you know they get into
YouTube they just want to make some
money from the ads and by me sharing the
ad revenue that I made for my youtube
channel that might seem impressive to
you and it's great but really the back
end potential is really where it's at
and I'm going to share with you guys how
I monetize the back end how I really
maximize the profit of my YouTube
channel because there's a lot of
youtubers out there that make you know
money from the ads they've got a lot of
subscribers way more than me and they
get way more views than me but they make
a lot less and for me I'm not that
concerned about that revenue the $9,000
a month I'm more so focused on how I can
further maximize the profit on the back
end and that's where a lot of youtubers
don't understand because they don't
understand business and they don't
understand marketing and if you take an
approach to starting and growing a
YouTube channel with understanding
business and marketing then there's
unlimited potential for you you can do a
lot better and make a lot more than you
ever could just by trying to maximize
the revenue that you're getting just
share that with you and a lot more in
this video a lot I'm going to share so
let's begin alright so right now I'm
inside the project life mastery YouTube
channel and what you're looking at right
now is my dashboard and there's a few
key stats that I'm going to share with
you so first you can see that my channel
has over 15 million views that number
blows me away the fact that you know my
videos gotten that many views is pretty
crazy almost 300,000 subscribe
now although this number the number of
subscribers that you have on YouTube
does not matter nearly as much as it
used to and I'm going to explain to you
guys a little bit later on in this video
why that is I've got a YouTube rep now
where you get a certain point on YouTube
that Google gives you a dedicated rep
that does consulting for you and helps
you grow your channel and I've had many
conversations with there about this
about what really matters on YouTube
today because YouTube has changed their
algorithms and they're always making
adjustments and changing things as time
goes on that you should be aware of ok
these are my analytics over the last 28
days I'm not really sure why they showed
the last 28 days and not the last 30
days but I'll share with you guys over
the last 30 days my stats on my channel
and these stats these numbers they
fluctuate a month a month obviously this
kind of gives you a good idea over the
last 30 days for me but sometimes it's
less sometimes it's more it really
depends on other factors but of course
what I've found is my trend has been
moving up you know every month you know
I end up making more money getting more
views so it's pretty crazy the growth
that you can have on YouTube and by the
way I'm also going to share with you
guys this is pretty crazy I did a
YouTube video I pulled up here about a
year and a half ago on how I make $1,000
per month on YouTube so I'm going to
share with you guys that video and you
guys can go watch it if you want but
you'll be able to see the difference of
a year and a half ago making a thousand
bucks a month from YouTube to where I am
today which you can see here is around
$9,000 a month in revenue okay so a few
a few key things I want to mention so my
channel I started in February 7 2012 I
started it more as a hobby my channel is
all about self development is about how
I can help people improve and master
every area of their life that includes
their health their physical body their
mindset their emotions includes their
business and teaching business and
marketing for those that want to build a
business online they can create freedom
for themselves finances relationships
spiritual life so I'm really into
self-development is what's allowed me to
get to where I'm at today
I love it I always want to grow I always
want to improve and so I started my
channel as a way for me to share a way
for me to share things that I was
learning and benefited me and hopefully
other people can benefit from that as
well and when I first started I didn't
know what I was doing I putted a video
every week every two weeks no one
watched my videos as most youtubers can
probably relate to but then after a few
months it really started to get some
traction really started to take off and
it just has grown a lot since but most
of my growth I'd say has been this year
so far and the number of videos you can
see has been 740 but I would say most of
that has been over the last two years so
the last two years I've been averaging
of publishing over 200 videos a year I
think 250 videos I did last year this
year I'm also going to do 250 videos as
well so a significant number of the
videos of in publishing have been over
the last two years now and I aim to
publish now a video a video almost every
day at least five days a week a video
just knowing what I know now and just
based on a lot of things I'm going to
share with you guys have allowed me to
really grow and blow up my channel so
yeah that's my YouTube channel it's a
little bit of both music what I'm about
but you can see some of the stats here
so first estimated revenue that's in US
dollars that gets direct deposit to my
bank account I live in Canada so it
actually ends up being a lot more
because Canadian dollars weaker than the
US dollar and while that number looks
great
it's impressive to many people and many
people you know would love to earn that
amount of money I will caution you that
I would not depend on YouTube as your
sole income stream okay if you can make
a hundred thousand dollars a year from
YouTube that's awesome but that's not
very dependable okay that's not very
sustainable I wouldn't you know put my
job based off that because one thing you
got to understand is that your YouTube
channel is not owned by you okay you do
not own your YouTube channel YouTube
owns your YouTube channel okay it's a
page on their website and you choose
always going to do what's in the best
interest of them for some for most and
of their viewers and their brain
and their shareholders and so you know
at any moment I've seen this happening
with many youtubers is that you know
YouTube might change their algorithm
that might amelie affect amount of money
that you're making you know there's been
a whole cutie-pie controversy where you
know he is making his top youtuber over
50 million subscribers but YouTube made
changes now he's making a lot less you
know or YouTube changes their algorithm
with the views and now he's making a lot
less money from that tube so there's
many things that are outside of your
control YouTube could also terminate
your account there's there's so many
factors that could be based on that so
that's why what I try to encourage
people to do is use YouTube use it as a
great platform to reach people to impact
people to help people to add value but
ultimately you want to use it to build
your own brand your own website and
funnel people from YouTube to your
website or to build your email list so
that you can consistently communicate
with your followers your subscribers you
can build a deeper relationship with
them you can get them following you
under social media you can market
products or services that you might have
or even do a Philly marketing and you
can really make a lot more money and
have multiple streams of income in your
business and not just be totally
dependent on YouTube okay so that's an
important thing to understand and I'll
talk about that a little bit later now
probably the most important factor that
you're seeing right here is the watch
time and the watch time is how many
minutes that people watch your videos
for me over nine million minutes or the
last thirty days and these numbers by
the way kind of it's hard to wrap your
brain around them but that's the most
important thing that YouTube looks at
that they reward videos based off of so
it used to it you know likes dislikes
comments things like that used to matter
a lot more even views but now what
YouTube really looks at is the
engagement how long some was actually
watching the video for how many how much
how many minutes are they watching that
video because there's a lot of channels
out there and they have a lot of
subscribers and they get a lot of views
but that doesn't mean that's a great
video what YouTube
uses to determine that is how many
minutes someone's watching the video and
again this is stuff that I've learned
from a YouTube rep that they've shared
with me of what it is now and it could
always change in the future
but you know definitely makes a lot of
sense what they're sharing so you can
see average view duration eight minutes
a lot of my videos are longer than most
YouTube channels as well I know some
people they put out videos that are two
minutes three minutes five minutes
a lot of mine or over ten minutes I have
some shorter ones but I also have ones
that are over an hour long and for me my
main focus
my main mentality on YouTube is I just
want to help as many people as possible
I want to add value I don't want to hold
back I just want to you know create
content that I know would benefit me and
it can also benefit my audience and my
potential audience out there and so I
don't care how long it takes for me to
be able to communicate something if it's
going to require a new talking for an
hour about it then I will because my
whole channel is about mastery not about
dabbling in mastery of cars you'd go
deep not stay at the surface so that's
why you know I tend to go look longer
with my videos and my most popular
videos are actually my longer ones
those are the ones that have gotten the
most views so you can see you about 1.2
million views in the last month I'd say
I definitely averaged over a million
views a month
I think the month before I had 1.3
million views which is I think the
highest that I've ever had you can see
likes dislikes comments shares you know
those things don't matter as much as
they used to subscribers because even
subscribers you know just because
someone subscribes to your channel
doesn't mean that they're going to see
your videos in fact YouTube's changed it
now where people have to double
subscribe so they subscribe but then
they also have to click a bell button
that also can change the settings so
they actually get notified by email or
notifications whenever you launch a new
video so when I found for me is that
most of the views that I get and the
revenue I make are not for my newest
videos that I put out but there are the
ones that I put out the 740 that I put
out over the last five plus years now so
so that that's an important thing to
understand too
subscribers don't matter nearly as much
as they
used to you know it's really you know
I've got videos that I published five
years ago that still get thousands of
used every single day and the other
crazy thing that about this too is the
revenue just from these ads alone
I don't monetize all my videos okay I've
got a lot of videos and not all of them
I turn on ads I had my most popular
videos just got over 1.7 million views
to the state I've never had ads being
run on that video okay so I could
definitely make a lot more if I wanted
to just by turning on ads in all my
videos but there are some videos I have
different strategies for that I want
maybe to go more viral or blow up more
that I want people to right away to go
to watch the video so that and then I
maybe funnel people into my email list
or offer a product or service that I
might have available instead so I'm more
after the long-term profit and the
relationship that I can build with
people more than just a mini immediate
revenue that I can make just have from
having an ad on my videos other things
I'll mention here too as I know you had
questions about this I'm not a part of
any ad networks just a YouTube network
this is with Google Adsense so Google
Adsense is linked to my channel they pay
me every up every month the ads that I
have on my videos are just the ads that
show up at the beginning of the video
okay so when you first click to watch a
video they have to add video that shows
up you can skip that within five seconds
I believe that's it I don't have any ads
run midway through my videos at least
not them aware of but it's just a very
basic ad settings that I have set up on
my youtube channel now here is a
comparison of my growth
about a year and a half ago I'll be
recording this this is a YouTube videos
on my channel you can look it up if
you'd like it's on how to make over a
thousand dollars per month on YouTube I
published this January 5th of 2016 I'm
recording this right now in July of 2017
so it's been a bit over a year and a
half now if you look at my dashboard
then and you can pair it here I've got
three point four million views compared
to today which is over
million back then I had 58 thousand
subscribers which today almost three
hundred thousand and my revenue was
almost eleven eleven hundred dollars per
month whereas today it's nine thousand
dollars a month so that's how fast
things can change you know then I had
one hundred and eighty eight thousand
views now I'm at one point two million
views in a month so things can really
change fast and what I found is that
when you're consistent on YouTube you
keep putting out videos you hit a
certain tipping point where things blow
up as long as you're consistent you keep
adding value keep improving as time goes
on it's amazing how things can really
blow up and expand for you so I'll link
to this video in the description if for
those that want to watch it it's got
over 800,000 views
pretty good good tips and advice in this
and here's another one I did this was an
April of 2016 on how I doubled my
YouTube earnings in three months because
I went from you know from that one video
I did here within three months I went
from $1,000 to $2,000 in a month and I
share some tips and by the way I've also
got this one here to forgot about it
five youtube tips for beginners I'll
link to some of these below but what I'm
going to do now is I'm going to switch
back to the camera and I'm going to show
you guys some more tips more advice
things I've learned that can help you
guys grow and build your YouTube channel
as well as actually grow your online
business it has multiple streams of
income alright so now let's talk about
how to grow your YouTube channel and how
to use YouTube to build a legitimate
online business that has multiple
streams of income that's not just
dependent on YouTube as our sole source
of revenue is so many youtubers are and
as I said that's not sustainable because
at any moment YouTube could change their
algorithm they can change something they
can remove you your whole income could
be gone just like that so that's not
really a business I want to help you be
diversified and I want to also help make
sure that you have a lasting and
sustainable business for many years to
come and by the way I'm going to be
doing a follow up video to this one in a
few days from now after I release this
video and so if you guys have any
questions for me whatsoever relating to
what I've shared so far YouTube in
general online business marketing
anything related
this video leave a comment below in the
comment section with whatever questions
that you have and then I'll do the best
that I can to answer them for you guys
in a follow-up video that will be
available on my channel in a few days
from now and I'll probably do more in
the future depending on how much demand
there is and by the way I would
recommend that you actually subscribe to
my channel as well press the button is
somewhere here on this page so you can
get notified of that video when it's
going to be available for you and you
might need to double subscribe as I said
where you actually have to change your
settings so they actually get notified
by email or whatever means when that
video is available and of course if you
want to learn how to improve and master
every part of your life then my channels
for you as well
ok so let's dive into it how to grow
your YouTube channel I'll share with you
guys a few tips things that have really
helped me especially really scale up my
channel one I would say is frequency ok
frequency is extremely important on
YouTube oftentimes when you're first
starting your channel you don't have
that much certainty that it's going to
work you don't really know whether or
not anyone's going to watch your videos
you put out your videos no one's
watching them I've been there that's how
most youtubers start out so it's totally
normal to put out some videos and you
might be spending a lot of time and
energy and effort and even money in some
cases to put the videos together and I
totally get that it could be
discouraging to see nobody watch those
and then that's where most people they
give up because they put up a bunch of
videos no one's watching it and so
they're not getting any return or result
from that and so they can discourage
they give up and their YouTube doesn't
become anything in order to succeed at
YouTube you got to be able to get past
that okay you've got to focus more on
the process and not on the result the
result is how many subscribers we have
views income revenue all that sort of
stuff
you're going to understand that building
a business and starting something like a
YouTube channel is not going to have any
instant gratification to it okay there's
delayed gratification you get rewarded
for the seeds that you're planting today
and that's the way that I think about it
by the way it's almost like you know you
you have
the earth right here and you plant the
seed your seed is your YouTube channel
and you maybe you plant a few seeds or
you start a few videos you publish it
you plant now if you come back to leap
from now and you look to see the results
of those YouTube videos to be published
you're not going to see anything you
know you come back to that tree there's
not going to be anything there but
instead what you got to do is you get it
come back to these seeds that you
planted in the ground I'm going to keep
watering them go to nurture it and
what's happening is without you visibly
being able to see anything there's roots
that are growing underground and this is
not visible to you in any way okay and
you can't see this initially but as long
as you keep coming back and keep
planting more seeds and you keep being
consistent publishing more videos and
maybe promoting them or marketing them
or trying to you know put them out there
and whatnot now what's going to happen
is eventually something that's going to
sprout and that might be the first video
that you know gets 100 views or it might
be one that really blows up for you you
might have a few that start to sprout
and what happens is this is where you
start to see the results and that's
where it gets exciting because now it
validates you that your message is being
heard your content is being consumed by
someone out there you get motivated by
that and that's going to lead you to
doing a lot more - okay so what happens
is eventually you know you got this tree
and by the way don't make fun of my my
drawing but that's supposed to be a tree
but as time goes on it becomes more
sturdy more sustainable and it grows and
grows and grows and what happens is you
know once you have a base level of
subscribers or some traction on YouTube
that's where it becomes very easy
because then every video that you put
out is guaranteed to get a certain
number of views but again it's getting
past that initial phase that initial
phase you've got to be able to get past
and even at different stages - because
I've had stages in my youtube career
where I'm putting out videos my channel
is not really growing that much you know
it's just month after month the same
thing but sure enough you've got to have
that faith you've got to be focused on
where you want to go you're going to
focus a year from now -
five years from now ten years from now
and be more focused on that than the
immediate the next month it makes six
months or even in the next year okay so
focus on the long term okay that's the
master mentality not the debt the dowser
mentality is something that starts
something they don't finish it they
start something they get distracted they
change their mind and do something else
if you want to commit to mastery which
is what I believe you got to do to build
anything of value or success in your
life that's what my channel is about is
mastery then you've got to commit to it
you got to go deep you can't stay at the
surface okay you got to focus on the
long-term not the short-term so
consistency is key when I got this and I
understood it I quadrupled my efforts on
YouTube at first I was doing a video
every week every two weeks casual about
it when I really got this I just decided
you know what I'm going to throw up you
know it's almost like I'm thrown a bunch
of you know against the wall and
I'm see what's going to stick right and
that's almost what you got to do on
YouTube is going to have to pump up more
videos and the more videos that you have
the more you're going to have a chance
of success where certain videos are
going to really take off and blow up
okay I had just published a few videos I
would have given up a long time ago
because I would have been like you know
I put up some videos nothing's working
but because I just kept going I kept
putting up more videos and I was doing
my videos not even necessarily for their
views or the fame or money or anything
like that I was doing it from the
approach I'm just trying to improve
myself you know every video that I've
ever put out and it's been true to this
day I've always gotten more benefit from
it than the person that's consuming it
because by me sharing by me helping
other people and putting out the message
out there it helps me more than anyone
else
it helps me integrate what I've learned
at a much deeper level it helps my
communication skills my speaking skills
my confidence my body language so many
different useful elements of creating
YouTube videos beyond the actual views
and success and the money that you're
going to make from it so focus more on
that focus on the process if you do that
then the results are going to follow
from that okay you're also going to make
sure this is my number two tip your
videos obviously have to be good okay
the quality of the content has to be
good whether
as educational like what I'm doing right
now that could be an interview it could
be a tutorial a screen share it could be
comedy or entertainment or I don't know
gaming or makeup - whatever that might
be in the niche that you're in it has to
be quality and add value to the people
that are in that market okay and that
doesn't necessarily mean by the way that
your production has to be you know
amazing or that you got to have
videographers and expensive camera
equipment in fact I don't even think
that's nearly as important as many
people think it to be when I started my
channel I just had a little digital
camera on a stack of books I had no
audio equipment I had no lighting or
anything like that
and one of my most popular videos that
came from that in 2012 was my morning
ritual video that got over 700 thousand
views and in that video my camera falls
over and the production of it isn't that
great I've got many videos that are out
of focus there's wind in the background
or sirens going off those things don't
matter as much what really matters is
the content and you know as the saying
goes it's not what you say but it's how
you say it how you communicate it is
also very important as well and so you
can engage people just by how you
communicate or the content you have and
oftentimes you know just using your
smartphone or whatever device you have
is more than good enough okay but when
I'm talking about the quality and adding
value you've got to really understand
the niche the market that you're in and
you got to understand the difference of
a quality video versus a low-quality
video if you're putting out a ton of
videos like you put 50 videos and
they're not getting views they're not
getting traction then as a certain point
you're going to look at yourself in the
mirror and you're going to be honest
going to look at it and say okay what am
I doing wrong why are people not
resonating with this why is this not
getting any engagement you've got to
look at the analytics or why is it that
people are just watching my video and
they leave after 10 seconds in right
you've got to look at that and analyze
it and look at how you can improve okay
you always have to be optimizing your
business it's like if you're going to
the gym you want to lose weight you can
do the same thing again and again and
get no results at a certain point you've
got to actually look at what you're
doing and you got to
break up the Plateau you look at is what
I'm doing working you're going to modify
and adjust things so that you can get
the results that you're after so you've
got to be adaptable on YouTube you've
got to always be looking at what other
people are doing internation market
understand what's working for them
integrate that for yourself and then
look at how you can be improving things
whether it's your communication your
content your hooks whatever that might
be so that you can further grow your
YouTube channel okay so quality will get
rewarded like I said I've got some
videos hopefully this video is quality
for you if you're still watching this
but I've got some they're an hour long I
just you know try to over-deliver I'm
not as much focused on myself I'm more
focused on adding value really serving
and I think you get rewarded for that
more than in figures focusing on your
own needs you're going to actually care
about your subscribers going to care
about the market you've got to care
about them in some way and then also
you've got to be worthy and deserving of
success going to be worthy and deserving
of having a lot of subscribers or making
a certain amount of money you know
people say well Stefan I want to make
money online or I want to do well I want
to be successful my response is are you
worthy of it have you actually deserved
that have you earned that yet and for
most people they haven't because my
response to that often times is what
value have you provided how have you
helped people you know how are you
making a difference in the world because
if they're not adding value to other
people's lives and you're not going to
get rewarded for that in any way because
the money that you make is in direct
proportion to the value that you add if
you want to make millions of dollars
you've got to provide millions of
dollars worth of value to the world to
other people's lives you get to help
other people perhaps make millions of
dollars okay that's the way that I think
about it and that's where the whole
focusing on adding value is going to
make the biggest difference for you now
also understanding how keywords work on
YouTube YouTube is a search engine how
their algorithm works already shared a
lot of that with you guys as well but
creating videos that are optimized for
keywords that people are searching for
very important I'm not going to have
time to show you that because that's
going to require a screen share tutorial
but you could learn more about that in
other ways I've got a course called
affiliate marketing
mastery that teaches you know how it
gives you to you some advanced
strategies for that but you got to
create videos that people are searching
for not what you want or what you think
that people want but what actually
people are searching for and looking for
I see people they create videos like a
vlog video about their life but no one
cares about that just yet you know no
one knows who you are they're not going
to be able to find the videos that
you're pointing out you could have the
best videos out there but if you're not
optimizing it for the search or
promoting and marketing your videos in
some way that no one's going to be able
to find that and benefit from it so I
recommend you know vlogs are great a lot
of YouTube channels have built up and
built off that but try to optimize for
keywords first and add value in
different ways and then once you
actually get subscribers and people care
about you then it makes more sense to do
vlogs and share your lifestyle cuz then
people actually get to know you more and
see behind the scenes of things so
that's just my opinion on that now I'll
wrap up here soon because I know this
video has been going on for a while but
I'm going to share with you guys how you
can use YouTube to build a national
business and how you can actually make
significantly a lot more money than you
ever could just from YouTube ads okay so
what I'm going to draw for you guys
right now
it's my tenth of a funnel now here we
have something called YouTube this is
your YouTube channel okay so imagine for
a moment this is your YouTube channel on
this channel you got a lot of videos on
it right and you have people that are
hopefully finding your videos
subscribing to your channel right so
you're getting people that you know are
finding you to subscribe right here and
of course maybe from this YouTube
channel alone you can make a certain
amount of money right so for me it's
about $9,000 a month that's the money
that I make now for most youtubers this
is all they got right just this this
right here and great you know a lot of
youtubers are making way more money than
I ever em you know PewDiePie's top
youtuber i think i think he makes the
most as well but for many people that's
all the money they're making now the
challenge with this is as I described
this is what I consider to be a
one-legged stool one-legged stool is
like that YouTube's problem with that is
that it can usually fall over something
could change in YouTube the market can
change they update their algorithm you
violate copyright they remove you and
you're done so instead what I believe
you got to build is what Jay Abraham
calls a Parthenon Parthenon is now a
sustainable structure that has multiple
pillars so you remove one pillar then
it's going to be sustainable and so
that's that's what you're going to build
here by building a national business a
national funnel and hopefully this will
make more sense for you so you got
YouTube now what you want to do from
YouTube ideally is you want to send
people from your YouTube videos and your
content to be in your funnel and what is
here that is the best way to do that is
to get people to subscribe to your email
list okay so to actually have we're just
call the landing page or squeeze page
you send people to from your videos
you'll see a lot of my videos I do this
I
offer something for free that has high
perceived value like a three-course PDF
ebook chichi something that has value to
people that they have to answer their
demon email address be able to receive
and once they do that they're on the
email list I give them something of
incredible value they benefit from it
but now I have another way of reaching
my subscribers YouTube like I said it's
not dependable to reach your subscribers
I've got almost 300,000 I only reach
maybe you know a couple thousand for
every video that I put out so I'm not
reaching all my subscribers I'm not able
to communicate with them in the most
reliable way so that's why I want them
on my email list so that I can actually
send them the videos that I'm being
unreleased saying I can provide more
value more relationship to them because
I don't want people just to come to my
YouTube channel watch a video but then
never come back I want to be able to
send them more videos I want to be able
to help them more and add more value to
them and if I have a product or service
I want to be able to offer that to them
that I think could help them as well so
now I've got them going into my funnel
and here my funnel this consists of
multiple products and services okay and
this is something I go in a lot more
advanced detail with but I break them
down as you're low ticket offer a mid
ticket offer a high ticket
so this is an extremely high ticket and
obviously this will dot this will depend
on the niche the market that you're in
but low ticket could be maybe an e-book
that you have available for sale it
could be a video it could be like an
introductory course this could be an app
software can be merchandise like
t-shirts and hats and you know
merchandise a lot of youtubers might
eventually start doing this could also
be a physical product to like something
you might sell on Amazon and it could
also be what I what is known as
affiliate marketing where you promote
other people's products and services and
you're in a commission from that ok so
you join Amazon's affiliate program or
different affiliate networks out there
you promote other people's books or
resources or videos or courses or
whatever it is and then you earn a
commission for every sale that you
generate so when someone's on your email
list this gives you the ability to start
to offer some low ticket products these
might be things that are less than 50
bucks right and now you're not just
making the money here like you're making
this money but now you're also making
money here as well so if you got your
channel you know my channel makes this
amount of money gets 1.3 million views
great great money but now by funneling
people and offering it maybe a product
or service it might have or someone
else's now all of a sudden I can I can
double this instead of just make a 9000
now I could be making over here another
$9,000 a month right just from offering
these alone and then what you could have
is other levels of products and services
from you know what we're advanced
courses or more expensive product
services to go on and on and on it could
be events seminars coaching done for you
services you know really there's a lot
of potential but ideally you want to
maximize the value of your business so
you have
multiple pillars multiple streams of
income they're not dependent on just one
stream of income and you're building
something that is lasting and
sustainable that's scalable as well and
you don't just use YouTube but maybe you
also use Facebook maybe you also use you
know your blog by the way I like to
transcribe my videos and from YouTube
and put on a blog post I also like to
put the videos on Facebook I reach a
couple thousand people per video just on
Facebook alone and what I also do is I
turn it into a podcast right so my
youtube video becomes a podcast and what
I'm doing though is I'm funneling
everyone from Facebook from my blog from
my podcast and Instagram and whatnot we
put our videos up there to funneling
them into my email list which can then
offer more videos more content I want to
help people more I want to build more
relationship but for those that want to
go deeper with me that want to actually
invest in a product or service app
available I can give them an opportunity
