all right guys so today we're gonna be
talking about how to build a
million-dollar online brand that you're
passionate about okay who here wants to
business alright who wants to be
passionate leave a comment say yes or if
you don't that's fine but for the most
part I think most people we want to have
passion for what we're doing because
what I found in online business is that
making money is not enough you know it's
great to make money we all want to do
well that's why we're here that's why we
want to make a million dollars or
whatever your goals are some people just
want to make a thousand dollars a month
or some people you know they just want
to make an extra a couple hundred bucks
a month and that's totally fine other
people that want to make millions of
dollars and that's fine as well okay but
what I've found from my experience is
that if you're only motivated just by
money then you're not gonna be motivated
in long term because once you start
making money then what right once you
start making money you know what else is
gonna motivate you because once you have
a certain amount of money that's not
gonna drive you further that's not
that's not enough fuel to keep you going
that's not enough to allow you to win
the war the battle because building a
business can be a battle achieving
success it's not an easy path that's
where very few people actually make it
because there's a lot of challenges
there's adversity that's along the way
so if you can have a passion for your
business you have a huge advantage in
fact for me when I started
online my main focus and my online
business was just to make money and then
I made you know I remember and when I
made $5,000 a month and it was just
passive income consistent and that was
great it was amazing and once I achieved
that then I was just free and I spent
that time just traveling and hanging out
with friends and going out and having
fun watching movies but then at a
certain point after a few months I was
bored you know all my other friends
they're working they're doing you know
working at their job or doing different
things and I had known a hango is
actually very lonely and that's what
made me realize that I needed to focus
on my passion in life my mission my
purpose and when I was just building
businesses that wasn't related to that I
did I had no emotional association
attached to it now what ended up
happening was it was just always a
struggle to get myself motivated have
you guys ever struggle with motivation
yes or no you got strong with motivation
before what it's actually a challenge
for you to get yourself to work on your
business or to get yourself to do
something well that's because you're
trying to push yourself to do it you're
using a lot of willpower and discipline
to get yourself to take action to build
your business and push motivation only
works for so long before you burn
yourself out you get tired and exhausted
the ultimate is pull motivation when you
feel pulled because you love what you're
doing so much you love your business you
love your customers the people you get
an impact you love the process of it
when you can fall in love with it and
have a passion for it
then you have an incredible advantage
motivation will no longer be an issue I
can promise you that the only reason why
I do what I do today and I work so much
as cuz I love it it doesn't feel like
work it's a hobby that I get paid for in
the process it's a great thing it's fun
for me and we're gonna be talking a
little bit about that today okay your

talking about how to make money from
your passion and how to build a brand

build a million-dollar online brand that
you're passionate about so I'm just
gonna erase this all right now first of
all who here already has an online
business and by the way I'm gonna I'm
gonna engage with you guys a little bit
because I believe the best way to learn
is to actually participate in your
learning a lot of people they're so
passive when they learn they just sit
there and they observe and as a result
of that you're not fully engaged and so
you're not building any association to
what you're learning and I want to make
sure that you guys are participating you
guys if possible or writing things down
taking notes the more that you put into
something the more you get out of it
that's how it works in life
all right so playful out guys you know
if you're investing your time here
playful up because one thing that I've
learned is that in any moment your life
can change in any moment and you always
want to live in a state of positive
expectancy
okay positive expectancy and be open to
any possibility because sometimes one
little idea one little insight one
little thought one little you know thing
that you might already know but when
somebody says it to you in a different
way maybe it integrates into you in a
deeper level and you actually take
action on it and that has the ability to
change your life it's in those little
moments those little ideas and insights
that everything can change for you so I
want you guys to play full out and
participate the best way possible okay

brand okay if you have any business
online or offline you want to focus on
building a brand a brand gives you the
ultimate competitive advantage okay the
biggest brands in the world you know are
able to make millions billions of
dollars because of the brand that
they've built and one mistake that a lot
of people make is they just only focus
on selling products and not building a
brand so for example you know people are
publishing books on Amazon and they're
just focused on publishing and making
some money from their product their book
or their physical product on Amazon but
not building something bigger than that
and you're you're gonna you can do well
just by selling products but you can
make so much more and do so much better
if you build a brand that gives you the
long-term advantage gives you a
competitive advantage okay so building a
brand is the ultimate now if this right
here is your brand by the way I want you
guys to list what are some brands
well-known brands that you guys can
think of what are brands that you guys
can think of Nike okay great Nike what
else Apple
where's what are some brands guys
Apple's a brand Nike by the way Apple
and Nike there's such big brands that
when they launch a new pair of shoes or
when Apple launches a new product the
iPhone 7 what happens what's gonna
happen when iPhone launches the iPhone 7
what we've seen before what happens is
people will line up outside the Apple
store and just to get you know be the
first people to get the new iPhone right
and so right away when they launch
something they don't even really have to
market it because they've built a brand
and when you build a brand you release a
new product and your brand means
something then you can have a mass
number of people that are gonna go then
and buy it right so Nike or sorry Apple
they launched the new iPhone they're
gonna make a billion dollars you know
they're gonna make a billion dollars
probably in like a week
you know or the first month or whatever
it is when they launch that iPhone okay
that's the power of building a brand it
gives you an incredible competitive
advantage
same thing with Nike Nike is a huge
brand they launched a new pair of shoes
immediately gonna make a lot of money
with it Tesla is a brand how about this
how about Star Wars who here loves Star
Wars that's a big brand right they built
up that brand and so as a result they
launched a new Star Wars movie and
millions of people around the world are
gonna line up to watch you know they'd
be the first people to watch the Star
Wars movie and sure enough they're gonna
gross hundreds of millions of dollars
from Star Wars right now the great thing
is I mean when you have a brand does
your product even have to be the best
you know so even if the movie the next
movie is Star Wars isn't the best movie
people are still gonna go and watch it
because the brand means something so
what I want it get clear to you guys
people ask me what is a brand a brand is
something that a mass number of people
recognize okay that means something a
mass number of people they recognize a
brand and it means something to them
okay for me I had built an online brand
it's called project life mastery and I
built it up over the last four years and
that online brand there's certain
associations that people have to it
which I'm gonna go into in a little bit
but that online brand has attracted now
hundreds of thousands of people that now
follow
I said Allah but everything changed for
me my business when I just I'm building
a brand that's what gives you the
ability to be able to scale up that's
what gives you the ability to not just
you know make a little bit of money but
potentially millions of dollars so each
one of you guys watching this right now
my outcome is by the end of this I want
you guys to focus on building an online
brand because that's what's gonna allow
you to prosper long term okay because
products change the market for products
change products become irrelevant things
evolve all the time but a brand is
constant and so that's the ultimate
advantage that you're gonna have in your
business building a brand okay so when
people think of a brand let's say Apple
what are different associations what
what comes to mind when you think of
Apple quality cool what emotions come up
what are different emotions that come up
for you when you think of Apple iPhone
iPod music technology modern great
amazing great guys give me more what
else comes up for you when you think of
Apple people are so passionate about
Apple I love I've got I'm an apple guy
I've got my iPhones here and I've got my
macbook and all that sort of stuff and
it's like you associate so much to that
brand excellence innovative someone says
slow phone they know their audience the
best interesting the best some people
associate overpriced there's a level of
trust there as well isn't there right
you trust
Apple especially if they had that whole
thing with the whole the whole security
thing with I think the CIA or whatever
with the encryption and all that they
actually increase their trust more
because they refuse to just you know
allow the CIA to be able to you know
hack their phone and everything like
that right best phoned unparalleled
customer service easy to use so these
are different emotions associated to it
okay and that gives you incredible that
that right there the emotions are the
feelings the words the
language that you guys are using that
gives an incredible advantage when
people think of that brand okay now
though you know I'm using examples of
like billion dollar brands cuz those are
ones that we all know and that's you
know if you want to build a billion
dollar brand that's what you can do and
they have done a lot of marketing to
build their brand to that level but in
the online world there's many different
brands that exist as well I'll kind of
use my brand as an example now my brand
is a million dollar a year brand that I
built it up to be project life mastery
and what are things you can think of
what are words or language you think of
when you think of project life mastery
when most people think of because people
tell me all the time when they think of
me my brand project life mastery is
inspiring motivational positive business
marketing trust motivated right people
think of me as well and that's the cool
thing you get associated to your brand
as well right you look at Apple people
think of Steve Jobs people think of
Steve Jobs - think of Apple Mark
Zuckerberg and Facebook trustworthy
transparency that's another common one
so I've built up an association to the
brand and as a result of that when you
build a brand that means something to a
demographic of people market of people
okay it means something they can when
they see it they hear it they think of
it it means and represents something to
them then that gives you incredible
influence online because for me because
I've built a brand project life mastery
it's what's giving me the ability to
launch a product a product and be
successful with it because of the brand
that I built it's not the product it's
the brand that's allowed me to be
successful with the product so for
example I launched affiliate marketing
mastery today is the last day for people
to join an affiliate marketing mastery

why it's because of the brand the brand

because I've built a brand I can launch
my own products to make money but I can
also launch I can promote someone else's

association that a large number of
people have to you that's what a brand
is okay people that follow you they
recognize your brand if I promote a
product okay and I say hey guys my
followers my subscribers you guys trust
me I've never steered you wrong I put
you guys your guys as needs above my own
I want to do everything I can't help you
guys go for more choices in your life
and improve all aspects of your life and
there's a really great program that I've
been through many times in my life and
it's really changed my life in so many
ways it's helped me get from moments
where I was struggling in my life and
helped me set goals and be focused and
motivated myself along the way and be
accountable and help me you know solve
this problem that I have okay and I
recommend that to you guys and I say the

check it out because of the brand that
I've built to trust the relationship a
mass number of people are going to go
and buy the product and I can make money
from that and the way that I make money
from that is through again affiliate
marketing which is something that many
of you guys know about but the affiliate
marketing mastery that's what I'm in
preaching for the last little while
affiliate marketing gives you the
ability to promote other people's
products and earn a commission
in doing so because when you promote
someone else's product you can have
what's called an affiliate link when
people click that link they go ahead and
they buy the product you get a credit
for that sale you earn a commission in
doing so one of the easiest ways to make
money online because you don't have to
create the product you don't have to
come up with the idea you don't have to
take the risk and invest all the money
you know a lot of people for example
they ask me Stefan I want to sell on
Amazon I want equipment sell my own
physical products and I said great I
sell on Amazon Amazon is great but why
not start with affiliate marketing first
to start an Amazon business you have to
invest money and risk creating a product
and as a chance it could fail you're
investing all this money not everybody
can do it
it's the logistical things involved in
it and it takes time to be able to do it
may take you a few months to be able to
launch your Amazon product so I say hey
you know what instead of you know doing
that I think it's a great thing to do
everybody should why not start as an
affiliate and join Amazon's affiliate
program and first promote other people's
products let them take the risk and
invest the money and then you can just
promote it and earn a commission from it
and if it fails hey that's fine it
didn't you didn't have to spend the time
the money and take the risk to create
and launch the product you're just
promoting someone else's product so if
it feels you can move on to another
product and test a different one and
then if it works great now you can go
ahead and you can create your own
products if you want and then do the
Amazon FBA you know before I created a
feeling marketing mastery I tested it
and I promoted another other other
courses and trainings that I've been
through and benefited from to see even
if there's a market there before I
invested the three plus months of my
life investing tens of thousands of
dollars into creating this program
that's what I did because I didn't have
to take the risk I didn't have to know
whether or not it sell whether or not my
mark would be interested in it or not
again that's a smarter way of doing
things and that's why I love affiliate
marketing because it's just so much
easier there's only so many products of
your own that you can create you know
it's a big process to create launch

a big process of your time commitment
energy focus money that you have to
invest customer support it's a big
