hey guys Stephanie here from project
life master comm in this video I want to
share to you guys how to create a vision
board now I've been in love with the
concept of a vision board ever since I
discovered it when I first watched the
that documentary they shared the story I
think as John Assaraf or whoever it was
but that he had created a vision board
and he basically just took crazy ideas
of where do you want to live one day and
all incredible things they wanted that
were just so outside of his reality but
he just took different images and he put
him on a poster board and it created
this vision board and he put it up on
his wall and every day he would just
focus on he would just see it there and
he would just imagine and drift off and
just think about and visualize that
incredible life they'd have one day well
if you haven't seen the movie or the
story basically what happens is you know
a few years later he's going through
some boxes in his house and he pulls out
that vision board and he pulls it out
he's looking at that vision board that
he created years before and he's looking
at it and he's blown away you can't
believe it but he actually manifested
and is now living in that exact house
that he had put on his vision board
years before the brain you know the
universe whatever you want to call it
has incredible ability and incredible
power to manifest things in your life
you can call it the law of attraction
whatever it is but it's a lot of power
and benefit from that now whether or not
you believe in the law of attraction I
found that having a vision board is
still extremely beneficial because it
motivates you it inspires you that it
causes you to have bigger possibilities
for your life you know just by asking
the question what if you know what if I
turn my entire life around what if I
create you know this incredible body in
my life what if I create this incredible
relationship what if I become
financially free what if I live in this
house it your brain accesses different
different levels that you would never
have thought about before and when your
brain expands and that come away it
starts thinking about those things then
it starts becoming
for you because everything right now
that you have in your life that you now
enjoy and benefit from was once a
thought or an idea it all starts in your
brain and so when you think about it and
that's why I love the process of this is
you're essentially a dream building
you're big you're building your dream
your future and you're putting it out
there and whether or not in manifest or
not who knows but it can least motivate
you and inspire you to create more so if
you need motivation you just got to look
at that just remind yourself that's what
I want that's what I want to move
towards okay so I'm gonna show you guys
my vision board and how I created it
okay here we go I actually I've had I
have some old vision boards and this is
my more recent one because you have to
update it every once in a while cuz you
actually start achieving the things that
are a hundred vision board and that's
the cool thing for me right now you know
my the life that I have created now the
wealth the abundance the relationship
the health of fitness there were all
ones things that are on my vision board
there are all ones little ideas and
dreams and goals that I had that I've
now been able to create from my life so
I'm a testament that this actually works
there's a lot of power and benefit in
this but if you look at my vision board
here it's basically just random images
you know I've got my ideal ideal
apartment they don't to live in you know
specifically here in Vancouver it's a
penthouse
just beautiful place I already live in a
pentose now but I want to upgrade
there's always another level for you you
know my beautiful home and I want to
live in California my home gym
meditation and just spirituality you've
got down here and I'm not sure if you
can see us I'll maybe put up a picture
of it on my blog my home office this
romantic match the moment they don't too
sure if my partner
bora-bora places I want to travel Tony
Robbins meeting him animals dog said I'm
gonna have to go to Paris
the ideal physique and Bonnie I've got
inspiring quotes and messages here some
spiritual quotes a Lamborghini boats II
do traveling to Greece Hawaii you know
scuba diving my dream wedding all this
cool stuff right just basically found
these different images and really
there's no right or wrong way of doing a
it's essentially just finding whatever
inspires or motivates you or what you
want now one way you can do it the way
that I did it was I just got a poster
board okay it's went to the dollar store
or just the you know whatever store that
sells that stuff for you when I got one
of those and then I you know there's one
way of doing it I'm just going to the
bookstore and getting magazines and
stuff like that and buying them and
cutting out pictures that way and that's
how I used to do it but now with
technology I just go online whether it's
Pinterest or just looking on Google
images and I look up stuff and I'm able
to find specifically what it is that I
want so for me you know I want to live
in California and this beautiful house
and so I go online and actually find and
actually shop around and try to find the
house that I want to live in once I
found the images from that and that's
what inspired me and motivated me then
I'm what I did was I actually sent it
here we have London drugs is what it's
called in Canada but I send it to a
store and they professionally printed it
out for me okay because I really wanted
to have like nice glossy images not just
like one that comes out of a my printer
or whatever so I really wanted to make
sure I had really cool glossy images
that looked really really well and again
same thing with finding my dream car or
places I want to travel I would just
basically go on a hunt a search on the
internet and find all the images that
would inspire me that love that really
motivate me and resonated with me and I
just got them all professionally printed
out and then the fun part is just taking
some glue and is gluing it all together
onto your poster board and of course you
want to put it somewhere where you can
see it every day you know somewhere in
your office or your bedroom or somebody
could always remind yourself and focus
on that because the more that you just
see it even if it's subconsciously the
more you're gonna attract and move
towards it whenever you focus on expanse
whatever you focus on you move towards
now there's some other great ways of
doing this as well you know I use on my
my cell phone the background image will
be something that I want something that
I'm inspired to have you can use the
screensaver on your computer so every
time your screensaver goes off its
playing different cooling
of things that you want the background
on your computer as well the background
image there's a lot of cool ways of
doing this but again it's just it's
finding things that inspire you and
focusing on that really that's an
important key to success it's just
knowing what you want focusing on it and
just consistently looking at and see it
and you know is this a lot of power and
benefit from that I'm not going to go
into all a law of attraction and
everything here but I find that having a
vision board is just one of the coolest
things you can do it's really fun you
can do with friends family your
girlfriend or boyfriend
whatever it is and just make it a fun
project together to to dream build and
you know create a cool visual
representation of whatever it is that
you want hopefully this video is
