okay here's a question since I'm
continually growing and working on
bettering myself I realize I have less
in common with people I used to be
around so much sorry I used to be around
and in-laws I find that the more I grow
the less I can relate to them because
their mindset about money business etc
is so different than mine how can I
continue on my path while also keeping
good relationships with those that care
about that are in a different place than
me so you're gonna encounter this and
I've already kind of discussed this a
little bit but you will encounter people
that have different goals in you
different vision different things they
want for their life and there's nothing
wrong with that everyone wants different
things you can't judge someone based on
that or like I said you can't have the
ego to think that your beliefs are right
and they're wrong and then everyone
should be living a life that you think
is the best life to live everyone is
gonna live a different life and want
different things and you really got to
understand people and appreciate them
appreciate their world that they're
coming from you know there's certain
people that you might not be able to
have discussions with around certain
things because maybe they don't it
doesn't really interest them they don't
have that much in common with you around
it but maybe there's other things you do
have in common that you can try to build
your relationships and your friendships
around in that case as well I know for
myself and I kind of mentioned this
before that who you are speaks a lot
louder than what you say and I know for
myself when I was first getting into
self development business internet
marketing a lot of my friends and family
thought it was stupid in fact a lot of
them made fun of me a lot of me said it
wouldn't work I should just get a
regular job I should go to school they
weren't that supportive of that they
thought the self development stuff was
was stupid you know there's something
wrong with me to need to improve myself
and what happened was you know I didn't
really have discussions about they
weren't open to it I didn't try to force
it upon them or try to influence them I
just said you know what I'm just gonna
do this for myself and I found people
that are on the same path as me I loved
a lot of people from a distance but I
just knew that they weren't healthy to
be around every single day when I'm
trying to achieve this so as time went
on though as I started to get success
results she
in my life I started you could see the
transformation in me and I had a
dramatic transformation all of a sudden
it got the attention from others as I
said be so good they can't ignore you
they would see that and sure enough what
would happen as time went on they'd be
more open to it because I see the actual
results manifests and results never lie
you can't argue results you know if
someone's got results they're doing
something right so the results that I
got in my life
all of a sudden they started to open up
around they wanted to know more what I
was doing and they wanted my help and
they also respected me more they were
and I'm the youngest of my family I've
got an older brother and sister they
started to respect what I had to say who
I was what I was about so eventually
what happened was I got my sister into
publishing on Amazon Kindle publishing
she went to my Kindle publishing course
made a couple thousand dollars a month
online now she does blogging and stuff
as well she I brought her with me to a
seminar a few seminars in fact even
traveling abroad err you know went to
San Jose California together for a
seminar now she loves it she loves
self-development she's open to this
stuff she looks up to me in some ways
you know around this stuff because she
sees what I've been able to accomplish
and how how it's worked for me and then
it same thing with my brother my brother
was was a lot more closed off to it but
once he saw the results and he saw the
lifestyle was living you can't deny that
so then he got also into Kindle
publishing went through my course did
really well with that and now full time
he does internet marketing he and his
wife went to a Tony Robbins seminar been
more open to this because of that so
that wasn't me trying to force it upon
them it was me just being the best that
I can be and inspiring based on Who I am
and same thing with my mom my dad you
know I've gotten them open to this as
well and so I found that's the best way
to do it is don't try to force it on
people or make them wrong you live your
life if they're open everyone's gonna be
ready for ready for things at a
different time you know not everyone's
gonna be ready right away so maybe at a
different point in their life they might
be more open to it maybe not but you
never but you know
don't don't try to have that control of
other people and understand that
everyone's in your life for a reason I
really believe that fed have a belief
that is that people in your life either
for a reason a season or a lifetime okay
a reason a season or a lifetime and it's
my job to find that out is this person
in my life for a reason what is that
reason what are they teaching me right
now how are they helping me grow and
become more I believe that person was
strategically placed in my life for a
reason
even if it's a negative person too
hurtful person they're giving me a gift
I just gotta find that I gotta find the
value in that
maybe it's first season I've had people
that have met and dated relationships or
you know we just a season of life that
they're in my life maybe my friends from
high school maybe you know this friend
or that friend you know and had value
during that time and then there's some
people in your life for a lifetime and
those are the people that you really
want to invest in you know who they are
and you really invest in those
relationships the best way you can
