one principle I want to share with you
guys that also has allowed me to grow
spiritually which is becoming more
conscious raising my consciousness now
there's four levels of consciousness by
the way consciousness is your level of
awareness okay the more conscious you
are the more you are aware if you're
level is egocentric this is when you're
just focused on yourself it's all about
you now we're all born focused on
ourselves we're all born to be selfish
because we're born in a way where we
need someone to take care of us it's all
about us and our own needs and we
haven't matured emotionally physically
spiritually to be outside of ourselves
right so we're all very egocentric but a
lot of people they're very unconscious
very unaware it's all about them
okay it's all about themselves level two
is ethnocentric this is when you get
outside of yourself and now you start to
care about people in your life your
family friends ethnocentric could be you
know you just care about your family or
you care about your friends or you care
about your your neighborhood or your
school or your city or your country
right but it's more revolves around a
group now okay you've expanded your
consciousness from outside of yourself
your level of awareness then now
something greater than yourself when you
get outside yourself you're going to be
a lot happier you're going to be a lot
more fulfilled because if you only focus
on yourself and your own needs then
there's only so much you can feel by
yourself as I said by there not if
you're just focus on yourself you're
going to have poor relationships fourth
as I said relationships amplify your
experience
life by you sharing with other people if
there is focus on yourself you're
probably not going to have good friends
or people in your life because it's all
about use all about taking is all very
selfish okay ethnocentric expands that
but like this is a very selfish place
this is your more selfless only with
your family or your friends you know
it's just you know you take care of them
you provide for them but it's still a
level of selfishness because you're not
expanding beyond that so level three is
ruled centric now your level of
consciousness expands where you care
about everybody on the world everybody
here we're brothers and sisters we're
the same you know because otherwise it's
like oh I'm a Canadian I'm an American
or those people over there they're
different or black people or white
people whatever it is when you expand
this now you love everybody you care for
everybody you care about humanity you
know here like you know here you make
money to spend it on yourself here you
give money to maybe your friends or your
family once in a while here is like now
you're building houses or given to
charities your help you know kids that
are starving or issues in the world
because you care about humanity right
you care about everybody you want to
give you one you want to help you want
to serve and by the way this is where
some of the top leaders of the world are
people you respect a mother Teresa
Wright and Nelson Mandela
you know some of the people that you
respect you look up to you they're
they're more conscious and by the way
why do they become more conscious why it
doesn't someone that's just wealthy just
focused on this like if you're like a
billionaire and you're is egocentric
you're going to be very unfulfilled so
that's why the wealthiest people they
start to expand their consciousness to
growth by charities and supporting other
people different or it because it makes
raises or consciousness so they're a lot
happier they're more fulfilled okay like
if you're a billionaire and they're just
like that's why there's very few
billionaires that are just egocentric
because again you they eventually expand
their consciousness because they realize
that they're empty they're not going to
be fully fulfilled just focusing on
themselves
so they expand that level-4 is spirit
centric this is a level you don't just
care about people you care about the
spirit you typical animals and plants
and and you know the energy you know
here the world center you care about
maybe the environment too like global
warming and whatnot this is even more so
this is like people in Tibet that you
know they think a worm is equal to a
human right it's like for them like they
won't even hurt an insect right because
they believe their consciousness is
beyond just like the physical people
humans but they believe that animals and
insects and plants like we're all
spirits okay I don't know if I'm at that
level but you know I'm more a more
strive for this level and to expand
everybody fluctuates sometimes hey you
know what maybe sometimes I'm into
myself too much but in other times I'm
more into this other comes more into
that and sometimes on that too but I try
to bring myself balance myself more to a
higher level of consciousness okay when
you raise your consciousness these are
going to be happier a lot happier more
meaning in your life the way you expand
your consciousness is to care more care
more find more people to care about you
know for me before that's why I love
business business is spiritual to
Succeed in Business you have to raise
your consciousness
I would not you guys wouldn't be here if
I didn't care about you I to think okay
I care about these people I care about
these people I don't even know and I'm
going to find a way to serve them
humanity I'm going to find a way to
empower people on and help them and and
to give to charities and to donate and
to volunteer my time that people I don't
know that I can't get anything from
right so business forces you to expand
this in a lot of different ways and so
it forces you to serve greater than
yourself when you care about something
greater than yourself you also grow
massively too you expand who you are
because it's not about you anymore it's
about serving something greater
I always have to grow and become more
what motivates me because I care about
something bigger than myself I got to
take care of my health of my body
because it's not just about me if I eat
that junk food you know that's just me
thinking about myself but it's not me
thinking about my higher purpose and the
purpose people that want to serve so I
can't afford to do this or that because
I I want to be able to provide for the
other people or serve them in some way
also a lot of people go from here to
appear when they have a family you know
once you have kids or whatever it's like
now you have to take care your kids or
you have a partner and it's more about
that - so often people more mature to
this through having a family and the
consciousness and what why do people
want to have kids because it gives them
fulfillment it gives them meaning in
their life or it passes on they're late
like it's raising their consciousness to
even have kids you know - because
something that you care about that you
don't get it anything back from it's
just constant demands and you have to
sacrifice and provide for them so much
but it opens up your consciousness and a
higher level of meaning in your life
