hey guys Stefan here from
projectlifemastery.com in this video I'm
going to talk to you about how to make
this subject of money it always reminds
me of a great quote from Jim Rohn he
says that we get paid based on the value
that we bring to the marketplace and so
that the more valuable that you become
and the more value that you give the
more money you're going to make and so
I'll give you an example if you work at
McDonald's and you only get paid $8 an
hour you're getting paid $8 an hour
because you're not bringing that much
value the value you're bringing is equal
to about $8 an hour because you're
basically working a job where that you
know doesn't require great skills or
anything like that you can easily be
replaced by someone else high school
kids can work at McDonald's and you're
not bringing that much value however if
you look at someone like a doctor that
might make $100,000 a year they're
getting paid that because they're
bringing way more value as opposed to
the person that just works at McDonald's
they haven't been to you know training
and schooling and got to have the
experience and everything and they built
it up so that people are willing to pay
a certain amount of money for their
product or service or whatever it is and
so if you want to make more money it all
starts with you and improving yourself
improving and growing your skill sets
and growing this right here because this
is the most important thing your brain
that's going to determine whether or not
you're wealthy or you're poor and
whatever you put into this is what
you're going to get out of it you know
if you're watching reality TV shows and
the news and negativity and you're
hanging out with negative friends and
poor people and all that sort of stuff
bad programming then that's what you're
going to get out of it but if you are
feeding your mind with books and
knowledge and experience and wisdom and
your modeling success and learning from
the best and you're putting that you got
a great group of friends that are at a
higher level than you and you're
surrounding yourself with that then
that's what's going to come out of you
as well so you have to really pay
attention what you put in here but again
it all starts with self development if
you want to make more money then improve
yourself become more valuable how many
books are you reading right now how many
programs are you going through how much
have you invested in yourself in the
last year
you know for me I'm always going to
seminars I'm always reading books I'm
always hiring mentors and coaches and I
don't need to it's like I've already
achieved most of the goals that I want
to experience in my life you know
there's a lot more people out there that
need to do this a lot more than I do but
I still do because I want to improve my
value and I want to give more as well
you know if you want an extraordinary
life the training never stops you have
to constantly continually evolve and
improve yourself and sure enough the
more that I improve myself the more I go
to these seminars and read these books
the more money that I make so and I
remember I've been to a 120 Robin seven
or seven times and people are like why
do you keep going seven times well
because them every time I go I make more
money so you know it's just a no-brainer
for me if every time I go to the seminar
my life gets better I'm happier I've got
a better relationship I make more money
then why wouldn't I it's you know that
that person that thinks that they don't
understand repetition they don't
understand success they don't understand
how life works you know you need to
always be growing and improving yourself
so become were valuable that's the key
improving yourself to be to be the best
that you can be if you're in a certain
job right now in order to get a
promotion or to make more money net job
you have to attain different skill sets
maybe it's going back to school learning
some more stuff with you know that can
help you add value to the company
maybe it's reading books and you know
the more of course valuable you become
and the more Val you're providing to
your job your company your boss then the
more money you're going to make in that
company and it's exact same thing with
business you know I you know I once had
a job it's been a long time ago but I
once had a job where I was making the
minimum wage and and I got paid based on
the value that I was providing and now
that I've built my business over the
years project life mastery as a coach as
a kindle publisher as a business
consultant people pay me now a lot of
money for my time for one hour of my
time and you know even over the last
three years I remember when I first
started doing coaching it was like less
than a hundred dollars an hour and it's
sort of climbing up to two hundred
dollars on 300 and 400 and 600 and 800
dollars an hour and people pay that
because of the value that I provide at
become
more valuable and I provide that that
value to them so that has all come of me
growing me evolving me getting more and
more results in my life the more
valuable I become the more that I make
more opportunities that you have you
know I now people that want to interview
me that want me to speak at this event
that want to partner with you that want
to do this business venture with you and
it's only because I become valuable and
people start showing up more
opportunities show up as well so that's
my invitation for you become more
valuable and focus on adding and
providing value to the market so I hope
