hey everyone this is stefan from
projectlifemastery.com and I've got an
important video for you guys today I'm
gonna talk to you guys about how to
raise your level of consciousness in the
world and I'm gonna show you guys the
four levels of consciousness and why
this is even important why it matters to
you why you should try to elevate
yourself in the world okay there's four
levels of consciousness and the first
level is a very egocentric place
egocentric and egocentric means you're
only focused on yourself you're only
focused on your own needs you don't care
about anything or anyone else and human
being is you know when we're born we're
dependent on another human being for our
survival
right if someone doesn't love us and
take care of us then we die we can't
survive without another human being and
when you're first born as a baby you
only care about yourself and it's all
about you right mimimi
people say babies are so loving well
them everything they want you know what
happens to a baby when they don't get
what they want is they cry they scream
they yell they complain until they get
their needs being met and oftentimes a
lot of people they don't really evolve
to the next level right which is
ethnocentric which I'll go into next but
you see people that are still 20 years
old 30 40 years old that they're in a
very egocentric place where their only
focus on their own needs it's all about
them and when they don't get what they
want
they complain they cry you know they
basically you know throw a hissy fit and
they haven't evolved their level of
consciousness now for most human beings
you know most we evolved to an ethnos
ethnocentric place okay that's level two
of consciousness and ethnocentric means
now you care about your family right you
realize that you know if I want to
evolve and I want to have some of my
needs met I have to give as well at a
certain point because you know if you're
when you're a baby it's very easy to get
everything you want but at a certain
point then you know if it's just all
about you and you're totally selfish
then you know people are gonna stop
giving to you they're gonna stop trying
to take care of you because at a certain
point it's all you have you realize for
your survival you need to evolve your
consciousness and give to others as well
okay and ethnocentric is when you care
but your family maybe your friends as
well maybe your community maybe your
neighborhood and you kind of have you
know have that group that you're a part
of could it also be your country it
could be your you know uh your company
that you might work for your business
right and anything outside of that you
don't really care that much above the
third level of consciousness is world
centric okay world centric this is where
you care about you know people all
around the world people that you might
not even know people in different
countries different cities strangers and
that's a higher level of consciousness
where you're carrying grows and expanse
and the fourth level is spirit centric
okay spirit centric and spirit centric
is where you care not just about all
human beings but all life plants animals
nature and your level of consciousness
just for Humanity and the planet has now
evolved now most people like I said that
they're kind of stuck at a level of
consciousness of you know just
egocentric and ethnocentric and and sure
enough what happens and why this is
important is because if you stay in that
place then you're massively limiting
number one your happiness and joy that
you can experience in this life but also
your success everything that you want
because as you raise your level of
caring and you care about more it gives
more power to you when you care about
something that's larger than yourself
you don't have to worry about motivation
ever again and let me give you an
example you know when I you know years
ago when I was first starting businesses
and all that service it was all about me
right it's all about me and me you know
just getting what I want and achieving
this goal and that goal and I you know
it could be financially free and
financially successful all that sort of
stuff and what happens is if you're only
focused on yourself then you will lose
all motivation if you achieve and you
have your own needs being met and so
what I found and recognized that if I
act can actually care and have a bigger
purpose than myself and instead care and
focus on serving my family and my
friends and that's why I
do well for myself as so that I can take
care of my family my friends and be able
to give to them and inspire them and
help them in the process then what
happened was I even had an even greater
purpose more motivation more power was
moving to me and then eventually evolved
and I evolved to a world centric place
where that's the position I'm in right
now you know you're watching this video
I probably don't even know you you've
probably never met before you're maybe a
stranger to me and I do what I do
because I care about you I care about
you as a follower or subscriber of mine
and I want to help you and now when my
purpose becomes greater to wanting to
serve the world more motivation more
power moves to me as a result of that
and the same thing as you evolve to more
spirit centric place you see for me I
can't afford to get sick in my life I
can't afford to be lazy I can't afford
to have addictions and all these
problems and things that most people get
caught up with because I'm serving
something greater than myself it's not
about me it's about you and serving
people and I want to be an example in a
role model and do that you know I
remember I was talking to someone and
they said you know I Stefan I have these
problems and everything and it's most of
the problems are because they're focused
on themselves they don't have a higher
purpose to pull them through that you
know what I'm saying right there just
focus on yourself then you can afford to
do whatever you know most depression
people are depressed or angry you know
negative emotions because they're
obsessed with themselves and they don't
realize that if you become more
conscious and you raise that level you
get outside of yourself you serve other
people you make that your purpose you no
longer can afford to do that you know
oftentimes for example you know when
you're when you're single you know
you're as focus on yourself and then
when you get into a relationship now you
realize that the other person's needs
have to become your needs as well and in
order to have a successful relationship
you can't be in an egocentric place you
have to raise your consciousness you've
got to care about someone and give them
love and be unconditional
right a relationship is a place you go
to give not to get when you also have a
child
kid your consciousness has to race
because in order to have a kid you have
to sacrifice you have to give
unconditionally you're not getting
anything back you've got to step outside
of yourself and so your consciousness
raises great thing is when you start a
business as well
your consciousness can raise if you
choose to let it race it depends what
you focus on because when you start a
business in order to be successful in
business you have to put other people's
needs above your own if you want it at
you've got to add value to a customer to
a client gonna provide a product to
service that helps people that solves a
problem that meets their needs and your
needs are secondary in terms of
receiving money and income from that
you've got to put the customer ahead of
yourself
right some people they don't evolve
though right in business and that's why
they struggle that's why they struggle
in a relationship because it's still all
about them they're selfish to focus on
their own needs you know try being in a
relationship and you don't want to give
anything the other person or you're
trying to trade an exchange love and not
giving it unconditional your
relationship will die right it will
suffer in a business you're only focused
on yourself and just trying to take and
get money you're not providing a quality
product to quality service it's not
gonna last
stuck in the lasts long term you see I
believe my greatest quality honestly the
biggest and most important quality has
allowed me to achieve some of us so much
success
is my caring you know I always say my
caring is my power my caring is the
ultimate gift that I have and what
differentiates me that's made me who I
am and what I'm about because I can't do
what I do for the last four or five
years now if I didn't care you know
spending every day of my life you know
creating content and adding value and
helping people and serving people you
know I could have lived the 4-hour
workweek a long time ago and pieced out
and just enjoyed the passive income that
I had but I decided you know what I want
to serve something greater than myself
and you know if I make money awesome you
know I want to do well and it's okay to
do well and they have some financial
goals but my number one purpose and
mission is to serve and make an impact
and that's what's allowed me to do so
well not just in my
business but in my personal life and my
relationships but friendships because
I'm always thinking hey how can I add
value how can i how can I serve the
world in some way you know that's what's
allowed me and you know made me do want
it desire to give to charities and
volunteer my time and you know help
people that are suffering I don't get
any return from that but you know it's
just a higher level of consciousness and
so whenever you meet people you know you
can always tell what level they're
operating at and we don't always operate
at a high level sometimes we're
egocentric and really when you find
yourself in a place you're just gonna
kick your own ass
get yourself out of that because it's
not gonna serve you right you got to get
outside of yourself because then you're
focused on yourself all the time your
focus on all your own problems your
little world and when you step outside
of that you serve other people you add
value then it totally shifts your
perspective so obviously this is a very
simplified version of consciousness
there's actually deeper levels and each
of these different levels that you can
go into but I wanted to share this with
you with you guys and something for you
to think about of why this is important
and for you to evolve as a human being
raise that level of consciousness become
more of a giving person care more that's
how you raise it you you just find ways
to care more you increase your level of
caring you care about more and for me I
feel like I got caring for so much
people and you know if I have no problem
with motivation I I want to do well so
because I care about and I want to take
care of everybody you know I'm gonna
please everyone I want to make everyone
happy I want to change everyone's life
and that's given me an incredible gift
it helped me grow so much as a human
being
as a result of that so we're gonna leave
that with you guys you know just that
awareness of where you're operating
right now and always again think how you
can care more how you can care about
more than something bigger than yourself
and if you can care about the whole
planet you can care about humanity you
know you can care about animals you know
the environments all the
different things you know those many
things that you can do to operate at
that level whether it's recycling or
maybe you know cutting out meat from
your diet stop eating you know animal
products or supporting companies that
you know aren't really serving the world
in the best way and you know there's
it's supporting local you know places
where you might get food from it's a
more conscious thing because you know
it's better for the environment and all
that sort of stuff and so that's how you
raise a little bit of consciousness is
you just become more aware and you care
