life master comm and this video I want
each morning energized and excited about
your life now I was working with a
client earlier this morning and one of
his goals is to wake up at 5 a.m. every
single day and he's been having some
challenges with that you know 5 o'clock
he has his alarm clock go off but he's
hitting the snooze button he's having a
hard time getting himself going for the
day and he's definitely not enjoying the
process so I gave him a little exercise
which I think could help for anyone that
wants to wake up early in the morning or
just wake up and have more passion
excitement and energy for your day one
thing to understand is that we are our
habits our whole life what we do every
single day is just habits and
conditioning and we've trained ourselves
these habits we've trained ourselves to
wake up a certain way for example so the
exercise that I gave him was to practice
waking up each morning with energy
excitement and passion okay but not to
do it at 5:00 a.m. okay it's one thing
doing it at 5:00 a.m. but I meant to
make this as an exercise that you do
throughout the day or maybe a certain
section of the day in the afternoon for
example so what the exercise is is
you're going to go to your bed okay
you're going to go to your bed your vote
already waking up and everything but
you're going to go to your bed you're
going to get under the covers act as if
you're actually going to sleep and
you're sleeping okay so you're going to
be there in your bed head on the pillow
eyes closed
pretending that you're sleeping and
you're going to set your alarm clock for
a certain time okay maybe a minute later
you're going to be there sleeping your
alarm clocks going to go off right when
that alarm clock goes off you're going
to put a big smile on your face you're
going to be excited passionate full of
energy and excited for the day okay so
that can look like however you want it
to look but it might just look like this
for an example okay you're sleeping
there like this alarm clock goes off and
you put a big smile on your face you're
like yes I'm so excited for today big
smile breathing fully great body
language great posture and just acting
as if essentially you're excited and
passionate about that day okay and you
want to exact
you want to make it you know like you're
so happy excited pumped up for that day
what that's going to do is it's going to
start to train and condition you to wake
up that way it's going to train you to
wake up with energy excited and a big
smile on your face so you're going to do
that a few times okay to condition
yourself you're going to go back to bed
covers over you you know close your eyes
pretend like you're sleeping set your
alarm clock boom when that alarm clock
goes off excited energized passionate
huge smile on your face go back to sleep
eyes closed same thing
excited energized passionate about the
day big smile
go back to sleep same thing again and
again and again and I recommend just
conditioning this again and again and
again what's going to happen is you're
going to one start to condition your
brain to be associated to that alarm
clock a lot of us we have negative
associations to our alarm clock when the
alarm clock goes off we immediately feel
pain we immediately feel stress we
immediately feel like oh man like I got
to wake up I'm power dating enough sleep
we're associating pain to that sound of
our learn clock so what this is doing is
its associated pleasure to that sound of
your alarm clock and it's also
associated and training yourself to wake
up with it energy and passion so what
you're going to find is that at five
o'clock in the morning or whatever time
you want to wake up at you're just going
to automatically start doing this and
it's going to become a habit for you so
imagine how your life will change just
with that one habit alone you know
you're waking up every single morning no
matter what might as well wake up with
energy excitement and passion and just
think about how that would transform
your life you know what you can do
differently how much more energy and
excitement and happiness and
productivity you could have for your day
as a result of that and of course I've
got my morning ritual videos to help you
take it even further as well but I
believe it starts the moment that you
wake up right when you get out of bed
okay so I encourage you to try this
exercise condition yourself the more
that you can do this the better
obviously I don't even recommend doing
it for you know every day for a number
of days is to really train yourself and
of course do it the moment you wake up
do it at 5:00 a.m. do it at whatever
time your alarm clock goes off at train
yourself to possess my
on your face be excited passionate the
moment that you wake up each morning
