from you and it's gonna help to build

that relationship with them and help

them become a raving fan customer so

let's say that you have a customer that

has just purchased your product it could

be an online product and offline product

and Amazon product a digital product

what you're gonna want to do is you're

going to want to retrieve their name and

their email address okay their name and

their email address and the next thing

you're gonna do is something that's

gonna be different than anyone else

they've never probably experienced this

when they've purchased a product before

and it's what's gonna make you stand out

and create that lasting first impression

you're gonna take out your phone okay I

just use the iPhone 6 and you're gonna

turn on the camera on the phone you're

gonna put it in front of you okay you're

gonna hit record and you're gonna you're

gonna create a personalized message for

that customer okay so let's say the

customers name is Sarah I'm just gonna

hit record hey Sarah this is Stefan from

K money mastery I'm gonna thank you so

to congratulate you if there's any

so that's a 1520 second video and you're

gonna send that video to them or you

could do audio but I'm gonna send a

video to that person directly to their

email INBOX

okay so all I did is I recorded a 15 to

20 second video you can send it directly

from your phone okay you can directly

from a remote your mobile device within

a few seconds and you'd be blown away by

the reaction that you get you know a lot

of the customers like wow thank you so

much or there's blown away because they

didn't expect a personalized video just

for them you know that's welcome

welcoming them congratulating them

wishing them luck reaching out to them

it's something that a lot of businesses

don't do that often right and I

believe in quality customer support I

personally invest a lot of money you

know my team I my great customer support

team to help answer customers questions

and help them with their billing issues

or whatever it might be but if you can

go above and beyond it helps you stand

out from everyone else now

this is something that is challenging to

scale up because depending on how many

customers you have it might be very

challenging to do it you know once you

get to a point where you have maybe 100

plus customers a day then it's gonna be

very challenging for you to do that and

it might not be the best investment of

your time however I would still

recommend that you do this once in a

while

reach out to your customers you know

just create that impression with them

and let them know that you care and you

know you're cheering them on or you're

wishing the best of luck you know I

don't personally do this with all of my

customers but I do it you know every few

days I'm just reaching out to customers

or congratulating them on certain things

and you're sending them these personal

videos and you know it helps build that

relationship it helps make them feel

special significant important in some

way which everybody craves so it's a

really powerful thing that you can do

that you have the power of when you're

in a business so I'd say give it a shot

give it a try especially if you're first

starting your business and you know your

first customers are really important for

you and you have maybe a few customers

here and there then you can easily do

this yourself and then once you get

really big you know just do it

occasionally just do it every so often

to make their day and create that
