If You Feel Something Is Missing In Your Life, Watch This!




hi this is Stephanie I'm project life
mastery and today I want to explore with
you something that I believe is missing
in a lot of people's lives that if right
now you're watching this and you've got
your goals that you're pursuing or an
ambitious person but you feel like deep
down inside something is missing for you
then I really believe that this
discussion this video this conversation
that we have could really benefit you a
lot and hopefully help you reprioritize
what really matters to you in your life
now if you're someone like myself who's
an achiever that's up to great things in
your life whether that's making more
money or building a great business or
maybe right now you're pursuing a great
career or getting better grades in
school or graduating from school or you
want to transform your body the way you
look and the way you feel or maybe right
now you're looking to make a huge impact
in this world or maybe for you it's
attracting that amazing man or woman
into your life and starting an amazing
relationship or maybe you've already got
one but you want to start an amazing
family and have kids or maybe for you
it's getting that dream house or that
dream car to travel the world whatever
it is most of us we live our lives
pursuing these things on the outside
believing the illusion that something on
the outside these these accomplishments
are gonna complete us here on the inside
that they're gonna make us happy that
they're gonna make us fulfilled and
that's the biggest lie of all it's the
biggest delusion that we buy into that
we're conditioned to believe through
marketing and you know things of that
nature that simply isn't true you know
most of us were living our lives like a
donkey chasing a carrot and I know you
can relate to this it's like we've all
experienced it in some stage of your
life you know most often it starts when
you're young when you're in school and
you believe that when you get an A in
this class or when you graduate from
high school or elementary school then
that's gonna be it and sure enough you
accomplish that and you realize that
that's not it it didn't give you that
happiness it didn't complete you in the
way that you thought it would
or maybe it's when you're in high school
and you think man when I get a car when
I get my driver's license and that's
gonna be it and sure enough you
accomplish that and you realize that
that's not it it didn't really make you
much happier in the moment it did right
in the moment these accomplishments
make you feel better about yourself you
get that high you get a sense of
satisfaction but how long does that last
not very long and so sure enough we
continue the cycle we think that well
maybe it's when I get a boyfriend or a
girlfriend then that's gonna be it and
sure enough you get that and you realize
that that's not it you know you've got
the honeymoon phase maybe for a few
weeks a few months or even a few years
but inevitably it wears off or you
believe you know what when I go to that
university or that college and then
that's gonna be it you get that you
realize that that's not it when you
finally move out from your parents house
right then that's gonna be it
you know surely when you move out you
have your own independence and you
accomplish that and you realize that
that's not it and I finally get a job or
my dream job then that's gonna be it and
sure enough you accomplish that and
that's not it when I make a certain
amount of money right or maybe when you
you know end up getting married you know
or you get your own house all these
things that we have we believe we buy
into and we repeat that cycle for the
rest of our lives all the way to the
point when I have grandkids when I
retire one day then that's gonna be it
and it's not until you finally realize
that this is it my friends right now in
this moment that if right now in this
moment you can't find happiness and joy
then there's no other moment the future
that will okay all it will give you is a
temporary satisfaction
okay Oh get up you'll have a high from
it you'll feel great for maybe a few
weeks or a few months or a few days or a
few hours a few minutes but it never
lasts and there's always something there
that's missing within yourself that
you're looking to complete you're
looking there's a void that you're
looking to fill by these things on the
outside but there's nothing there's
nothing on the outside that will fix
what's in here and most often it's our
insecurities or in significance our
sense of scarcity and lack that actually
motivates us most often to pursue these
things on the outside thinking that they
will make us happy so what's missing for
a lot of people I believe is taking the
time to really fill yourself up each day
not deluding yourself into believing
things on the outside are gonna make you
happy and it's nothing wrong to pursue
goals and you know achieve these form
this materialistic things I think that
is got tremendous value for your life
but it's a delusion when you think
that's gonna fit fill you and that's why
you live your life not really feeling
satisfied and happy and complete and
complacent because you're continuing to
buy into that story and it's like the
rat race you know it never ends never
ends until you have the awareness and
the realization that nothing out here is
going to complete me in here that I
gotta start and work on myself from the
inside out right and I believe in the
power of self development and spiritual
development that can allow us to do it
you know most of us we wake up each day
we're in a rat race most of our day
today or the next day is the same as the
day before they say like 95% of the
thoughts that we had today or the exact
same thoughts that we had yesterday you
know we're creatures of habit we have
these habitual patterns that we run and
we got to knock ourselves out of it from
time to time and wake up and you know
one of the solutions that I found in my
life that's really made a difference is
really prioritizing time for myself each
day to make myself important my mind my
body and my spirit and to create a
ritual if you will a morning ritual
where I give myself the most valuable
resource that we all have that we all
share which is time depreciating an
asset we only have so much of it but
they give that to me to give that to you
each day to say to yourself that you are
worth it you deserve it you're more than
enough and you're worthy and deserving
of giving yourself the time because the
act of giving yourself time each day is
an act of self-love it's demonstrating
that you respect yourself so what's
missing for a lot of people is that is
making sure you prioritize the time each
day first thing in the morning for you
to fill yourself up from the inside out
not from the outside in but from the
inside where you take the time each day
to really cherish yourself to appreciate
yourself and your life to appreciate all
the beauty
all the incredible gifts that been given
to you by your Creator every single day
but guess here's the thing if you're not
already right now grateful and
appreciative of what you already have in
your life that what you can see an
experience around you or within you
right because if you're not appreciative
of that then there's no point in
achieving more because if you do achieve
more if you do get a nicer house or a
nicer car or a nicer boyfriend
girlfriend kids whatever it is you're
not going to appreciate that if you
don't already appreciate what you
already got so what's the point you got
to start first and appreciating what
what you already have and sure enough
when you do you allow the universe to
give you more you attract more into your
life with that mindset with that
attitude of gratitude so what's missing
for a lot of people is taking the time
each day to feel grateful filling
yourself up with gratitude and
appreciation of how beautiful your life
already is I mean have you ever had an
experience where you just go for a walk
for 30 minutes outside and all you do
for those 30 minutes is just focus on
everything that you're grateful for or
that you could be grateful for I mean
every little thing from walking down the
street and realizing oh my god I'm so
grateful for this pavement that someone
else has already paid before me that I
get to walk along and be able to enjoy
this beautiful walk on or the beautiful
nature around you that our incredible
Creator has given us and created for us
to experience or the incredible
buildings or homes that you see around
you or the cars that other people they
invented they utilize their creativity
and their resources to create so that we
can benefit from that allow us to go
from point A to point B or to have
shelter or warmth or the technology or
the camera that I'm speaking to you
right now or the computer screen that
you're watching through this right now
are being able to hear this on your
computer or on your phone I mean there's
so many incredible miracles around us
that all we're gonna do is just take the
time to focus on it and take it in and
when you do you're nurturing your spirit
your soul it's something that's more
lasting than something on the outside or
maybe it's taking the time each day to
pray to pray and give thanks and
gratitude to your
now forgiving this incredible gift or
maybe it's to meditate and just to
experience silence and peace to calm
your mind and experience the present
moment fully or maybe it is nurturing
your body and your health you know in
the morning drinking a you know a nice
glass of water with some lemon inside to
help alkalize the body detox the liver
you know or maybe it's going for a walk
and you know exercising a little bit
each day or going to the gym or doing
yoga but doing something for yourself
and your body not because it's gonna
create something on the outside like
you're gonna get more muscle or have a
six-pack or look better
those are great benefits you get but
it's just the active of loving yourself
you know loving yourself and
appreciating yourself because your body
is your temple you know your health is
your wealth and it's all connected so I
believe that we got to give ourselves
time each day that we can't just wake up
and live our lives in reaction to
everyone else reaction to social media
to email to our boss to our business or
customers to our clients to our friends
and our family most people they're
living their lives reacting to all the
demands of the outside world or they're
pursuing things on the outside that they
think are gonna make them happy but they
never really take the time each day to
fill themselves up so I believe we've
got to have a ritual each day whether
it's first thing in the morning or in
the afternoon or before you go to bed
whatever it is where you prioritize
yourself you give yourself the gift of
time you nurture yourself and you fill
yourself up and you heal yourself from
the inside and when you do that you're
gonna feel a sense of gratitude of joy
of happiness of a liveness of spirit
unlike anything else I mean when I do a
ritual every day and I fill myself up
I'm going about the day like flying on a
kite you know flying on a cloud rather
where I'm just enjoying everything you
know you build yourself up to level 10
and you're bigger than any problem that
shows up you feel unstoppable each day
right a lot of people for example
they're they're kind of going about the
day half half-full or half-empty and
they're looking for all these things to
fill them up all
outside things to fill them up instead
of filling themselves up first
everything that you're trying to get
from these external materialistic form
out there in the universe
you can already experience the emotions
right now without having to achieve them
right now you can experience so much
love and joy and happiness without
having to have a partner in your life
without having to have kids without
having to have more money all of that
you can experience right now you have it
within you you have the power to
experience it all you got to do is to
choose to to focus on it whatever you
focus on expands you attract more into
your life you can focus on what you're
grateful for you can focus on what
you're happy about in your life you can
focus on loving yourself more whether
that's just looking yourself in the
mirror each morning and telling yourself
that you love yourself giving yourself
compassion and forgiveness and coming
this each day right you have the power
to do that you can spend time with
yourself with this act of love I mean
you know most often people you know you
love someone in a relationship if you
spend time with them as a way to show
them that you love them it's the same
thing for yourself right or telling
yourself that you love yourself or doing
nice beautiful things for yourself
that's filling yourself up so that you
have more to give you have more to give
to your business you have more to give
to your relationship you have more to
give to your friends and family you have
more to give to the world you have more
to give to your body it fills you up and
it's infectious and contagious to
everyone else around you that people and
you do this each day people are gonna
wonder man what's up with you you know
you're different you have a different
presence different energy you seems just
happier it seemed more calm you seemed
more peaceful you seemed more abundant
right and that attracts people to you in
a very different way than you going
about your life depressed and sad and
anxious and needy and trying to get from
everything you're half empty trying to
get everything to fill you up I mean you
want to attract an amazing man or woman
in your life fill yourself up don't be
needy trying to get something give
yourself everything you need and then
you are in a position to give to someone
else and not try to get when you're
trying to get you're gonna repel people
when you're in a position where you
already feel complete and happy you
don't need anything from anyone now you
have something to give and that's when
you're so much more attractive
just romantically and intimately but
with friends and people and customers
and business and money everything flows
into your life so much more when you're
in a place of abundance rather than a
place of lack and scarcity you know
recently I was in Kenya and I was on a
volunteer trip with weed org building
schools there and you know I really
enjoy traveling to countries like that
I've been to Ethiopia and El Salvador
and Nicaragua volunteered in these
places and one thing that always blows
me away is how you go to these places
where seemingly you're around people
that have nothing I mean they don't have
access to clean and healthy water they
have to walk 45 minutes three times a
day and carry a 50-pound jug of water
back and then boil the water and make
sure that it's clean it's not even
really clean but they drink that every
day and you know they don't have
technology and the internet and all
these luxuries that you and I have
two-thirds of the planet lives off $2 a
day and yet when you go there it's
really incredible to see the happiness
and the joy that they experience because
their life is just about their family
it's about God it's about love it's
about focusing on the good and
appreciating what they have you know and
yet you see people that live that might
live where you live or where I live in
North America and Europe and Australia
and all over the world that have
everything have access to everything and
yet we're still not happy you know we're
still not fulfilled there's something
missing and again it's the conditioning
that we bought into so my invitation for
you is to give yourself a gift every
single day time for yourself time to
prioritize yourself and give yourself
the gift of loving yourself of
appreciating yourself of building
yourself up of starting off the day at
level 10 where you're bigger than any
problem that can show up for you okay
where maybe it's the time for you where
every day you feed your mind with
positivity by reading an empowering book
or watching a video like this that can
really nurture you and help you put in
your mind inspiration and positivity
where you can feel much better
or maybe it's saying words of
affirmation and putting yourself in that
state of total confidence and certainty
that you can achieve anything you want
building the
nice that you want that will serve and
empower you and your life right or again
mastering your body and your health or
connecting with spirit or God but when
you take the time that's my invitation
for you is to make that a must
prioritizing that in your life because
that's what's gonna give you what you
really need when you do that every
single day at least an hour a day that's
that's the standard that I challenge you
to do okay and it doesn't have to be all
in the morning I know some people for
example I was talking to a woman that
she said you know stuff and I got kids
and you know there's morning rituals you
can't do it when you have kids listen
I'm not a mom I can't maybe relate to
your circumstance then don't do it in
the morning I'd say do it at noon do it
in the evening time I'm sure you have
some time throughout the day right or do
it with your kids but it's not until you
make yourself that party and you're not
afraid to give to yourself in that way
and maybe be a little bit selfish it's
okay cuz that gives you more to give to
other people right when you prioritize
yourself in that way but it's not until
you do that that you're gonna really
feel that sense of completeness for
yourself in your life so that's my
challenge for you my invitation commit
an hour a day a morning ritual okay
we're an evening ritual and you can
design it whatever way you want if
you're looking for resources to help you
with this I wrote a great book called
sixty seven morning ritual habits it's
available on Amazon it's available on
Kindle on paperback and audiobook it's
about an 80 page book that I wrote it's
not that long
it's got 67 rituals for your body -
spirit you don't have to do them all of
course that's not realistic when you
pick a few of them right you pick maybe
five or ten different things so you can
do each day and you know in the book I
wrote it so that each ritual is just a
paragraph or two is short to the point
some of them you might already know
others you've probably never heard of
but if you're looking for rituals get
that book it can help you immensely I'll

seven-day video and audio training
program that guides you through creating
an empowering ritual and not only that
but also help you stick with it because
you know you can set a ritual and do it
for a few days but most often people
struggle with making it last in your
life and that's one thing that this

any of that those are just additional
resources that can help you if you'd

just got to decide and commit to
yourself and say you know what I'm worth
it I deserve it
I'm gonna give myself this gift every
single day I'm gonna fill myself up I'm
gonna be at level 10 I'm gonna give
myself whatever i need whether it's more
confidence more joy more happiness more
love more connection more spirit more
god whatever it is i'm going to give
that to myself and see how your life
changes your life will transform I can
promise you that
so hopefully this discussion reminded
you is something that you already know
kind of got you out of the donkey chase
and the carrot mowed dispelled the
illusion that we've you know often still
pie into at times but bringing you back
to what's true and what's real what's
most important otherwise you're gonna
achieve these things and I want you to
have it all and you will I believe that
you will but I really want you to have
that deep sense of fulfillment and joy
which is really what matters the most
that's what's gonna allow you enjoy an
experience you know enjoy more of what
you do achieve the money the career the
success and all of that so hopefully I
can remind you for that so listen my
