what is your nature now nature I to
break down into a few things one are you
more of an introvert early more of an
extrovert okay what is your nature
introvert and you can't be an expert you
can easily be both of those things but
oftentimes what you'll find is if we all
have a certain nature of what resonates
with us the most it's more most
comfortable for us it's it's you know
when we're not stressed or whatever it
is this is what we go to and for me I've
always been more of an introvert by
nature but I have extroverted skills now
the difference is as an introvert an
introvert is someone that actually
prefers more to be by themselves they
recharge and get energy by being alone
they need their alone time they need
that time just to relax and recharge
their batteries okay going out and
socializing meeting people they can do
that they have those may be extroverted
skills that they might have developed
and grown however it sucks their energy
it requires energy from them and then
oftentimes you know after that they're
more tired more exhausted someone who's
more extroverted they get their energy
from being around people by socializing
going out they get filled up by that
often times when they're alone by
themselves they have a hard time being
alone they feel like they always need to
be around people and obviously there's
pros and cons to both it's not that one
is better than the other oftentimes
extroverts get rewarded more in public
because people think they should be more
extroverted and the life the party but
there's a lot of great benefits to being
an introvert as well there's actually a
great book called the introvert
advantage and it really goes into that
often times someone who's an introvert
has fewer friends but they have deeper
friendships they they have deeper
relationships with people an extrovert
on the other hand might have a lot of
friends but not as many deep friendships
and relationships you know an extrovert
in some cases might have a hard time
being alone or just relaxing they always
you know need to be around people which
can also be a bit of a negative as well
and the same thing introverts you know
they like to be alone but the negative
of that is they can isolate themselves
and not go out and socialize and meet
and interact with other people so you
got to know what your nature is here
because this will determine what you
will do long-term and be most fulfilled
by in your career or your business okay
so let me give you an example let's say
that you're more naturally introvert
okay
and maybe the vehicle what you're
pursuing to make money to have a career
your mission is more of a sales type job
now can you do sales as an introvert the
answer is yes of course anybody can do
anything okay however as an introvert
will you do it not can you but will you
do it long-term and be fulfilled by it
and they oftentimes the answer is no
that if you take someone whose nature is
not aligned with that vehicle then they
can do it they might even do it for a
while but long-term it's gonna require
so much energy for them to do that
long-term and it's gonna be against
their nature so they're always gonna
struggle and have a hard time with it
they're never gonna fully be fulfilled
by being in their nature on the other
hand if you take an extrovert and you
maybe give them a job like an accountant
right where maybe you have to spend a
lot of time with numbers inside their
head and be more isolated can they do
that
yes will they do that long-term probably
not because it's just gonna be against
their nature okay so making sure you're
aligned with that is very important that
kind of goes back to the connection
thing you know if you're more introvert
you know for me I've naturally found it
easier to be alone and you know work on
the computer and whatnot but someone
who's more extroverted might have a hard
time having a career like what I have
that requires you to you know be in
front of the computer not around a lot
of people so does that mean that you
can't build a business you know you
still can but you're gonna have to
structure in different ways maybe you
got to be around people have a partner
have a team or maybe have a pursuer
build a business that can allow you to
live in your nature
