hey everyone I'm just in the middle of
my morning ritual right now this is

a beautiful day right now in Vancouver
in fact you've got the beautiful view
right around me this is a location that
I come to almost every day to do my
morning ritual I just go for a walk and
I think about what I'm happy about my
life when I'm grateful for you know I
flood myself with positivity positive
emotions and any visualization I do
affirmations you know I think a morning
ritual is one of the most important
gifts that you can give to yourself each
day you know it definitely has been a
big catalyst for transforming my life
over the years because I believe that we
are what we repeatedly do every day you
know whatever you're doing every single
day is what you become and you have to
condition yourself proactively to create
the life that you want and be the person
that you want to be it doesn't happen by
accident
it requires you putting in time and
effort and energy every single day to
condition yourself to condition your
thoughts or beliefs your emotions your
body your health your spirituality
there's certain practices that we all
have to reinforce every day if you want
to be able to create the quality of life
that we really want and so I think a
morning ritual is a an incredible gift
that we can give ourselves each day and
it's transformed many people's lives in
fact I have some youtube videos I'm not
sure if you've watched them yet but over
the years I've released some YouTube
videos just sharing my morning ritual
and you can find those on my youtube
channel some of those are the most
popular videos I've ever released and I
you know you'll be amazed what kind of
transformations that have seen over the
years you know people that have been
depressed that been suicidal they've had
anxiety addictions challenges in their
lives how they've been able to turn it
around just by incorporating a simple
morning ritual every single day and you
know it could take five or ten or
fifteen minutes or you can go even
longer you know sometimes I do a morning
ritual for up to an hour or longer and
you know it's just amazing how you feel
by the end of it and you know you just
get so fired up and you just flood
yourself with so much positivity that it
transfers to the rest of your day and to
other people's lives as well
you know so I think a morning ritual is
an amazing gift that we all deserve to
have their everyday just giving that
time to yourself and it's an act of love
it's an act of self-love you know most
people they try to achieve things or you
know change their state through things
that are externally out there in the
world you know they try to you know get
love and connection and security and
significance from a relationship or from
a business or from a job or for money or
from fitness and anytime you go after
something externally you might get a
little bit of a boost in the short-term
but it's not gonna last it's not
sustainable you know I believe that you
have to give yourself first whatever it
is that you want your life whatever it
is that you're craving you know you have
to give yourself to that first and fill
yourself up and that gives you the
ability to be able to give to others and
you're not seeking it from others as
well you don't have that neediness
factor so morning rituals very powerful
is one of the biggest things that has
transformed my life and today I'm
actually very excited to announce
something to you which is my new self
development product I'm not sure if
you've been following my monthly goals
reports on YouTube and on project life
mastery comm but one of the goals that
I've had this year was to create and
launch my own self-development product
you know I'm very passionate about
self-development and it's my mission to

I said it's transformed so many people's

think that's really the first place you
have to start if you want to change your

knowledge in theory but not unless you
can apply it every single day it's not
going to really matter for you in your
life and so a morning ritual is an
activity it's a series of habits of
actions that you commit you every single
day and by doing it every single day you
might see some small changes but over
the long term the changes are monumental
so I thought about creating a product on
morning ritual and so I've actually
filmed the whole thing I filmed it last
month and created it and while I was
filming this product
was just buzzing with so much energy so
much confidence so much just excitement
about it because I knew the impact that
it would have in other people's lives I
just I just knew in my heart deep down
that this this product would transform
thousands of people's lives and we've
been you know I have had my team work on
it kind of put together everything edit

everything and so I'm really happy to

look at how you're living your life and
give you know taking an assessment an
audit of how you're showing up in your
life and you know for many people I
think the first place you have to start
is what you do first thing in the
morning I believe that most people are
reactive first thing in the morning they
wake up and they already hit the snooze
they're already starting off the day in
a reactive state which is a horrible you
know a horrible way to start the day you
know there's a good saying that how you
start the day is how you end the day I
believe that how you start the day will
at least influence the day in some level
it doesn't mean that you can't change
the rest of the day you absolutely can
but getting off to the wrong start is
gonna have a negative impact on your day
so most people that wake up they hit the
snooze you know they you know are
rushing around to get ready they flood
themselves with all the stress and the
anxiety of what they have to do that day
maybe they check their email or their
Facebook or they're already responding
to the demands of other people on their
lives and they're not consciously taking
time for themselves you know they you
know have to have their coffee in the
morning to give themselves a boost of
energy because you know sure enough
after eight hours of sleep you think you
would have a lot of energy and be rested
and prepared for the day but sure enough
most people don't you know most people
they have an unhealthy breakfast you
know whether it's the pancakes or the
sugary cereals or the donuts or whatever
might be you know that's affecting your
health and I've learned that people that
are successful in their lives they're
not lucky
you know they've there's consistent
things that they do every day that has
produced the success and the results in
their life people that are happy in life
they're not just lucky they condition
that every single day there's certain
rituals that they have that allow them
to be happy and fulfilled people that
are healthy and fit you know the people
that you see at the gym or the people
you might see online that have a
six-pack and they're muscular and
they're energetic or people that have an
amazing relationship they're not just
lucky there's certain things that
they're doing every single day and I'm
sure that if you look at someone who is
a fitness model and you find out what
more their morning which'll is it
probably starts off with walking and
exercising and a healthy diet and
there's certain rituals that they have
so I've learned that you can model I've
learned that you can model the most
successful people the happiest people
the people the best relationships the
best body whatever it is you want and
adopt their morning rituals so that you
can reinforce it and create the same
quality of life that they have or at
least something similar and so I believe
in starting off the day in a proactive
way a proactive state of consciously
deciding of how you're gonna spend the
first part of your day and to be able to
create the rest of your day because your
life is really just made up of a series
of days and if you can have more
consistent happy fulfilling amazing
productive days every single day then
that's gonna shape the quality of your
life over the long term so morning
rituals guys this one the most important
was powerful things and I recommend just
looking at yours right now looking at
what you did first thing in the morning
you know was the second thing the third
thing the fourth the fifth thing that
you did first thing in the morning and
ask yourself is that really empowering
you in your life is that serving you
that allowing you to become more to
fulfill your potential and if not then
