gratitude is also about giving thanks
for everything and anyone that you can
feel of that that you feel genuinely
grateful for it can be feeling grateful
for your body you know this amazing
force that gives you life each day or it
could be showing gratitude for your
family and friends it could be you know
feeling grateful for certain books or
resources that you've been able to
benefit from or feeling grateful for
certain experiences in your life or you
know in your past so what are you
grateful for right now in your life what
could you be grateful for right now if
you really wanted to what could you
appreciate more of and remember it
doesn't have to be big things think of
the small things too maybe it can be
grateful just for your heart that beats
a hundred thousand times a day without
you even have to think about it or maybe
you can feel grateful for something as
simple as electricity you know you
didn't have to invent it and you can
enjoy the benefits of that everyday or
you can feel grateful for that you know
fresh food and water that you didn't
have to go and pursue and hunt and
gather each day you can just go to the
store and have easy access to it or
maybe this is being grateful for the
streets and the sidewalks and the
vehicles and technology that other
people invested their time their money
their resources their creativity their
hard work to create and now we live in
this world we get a benefit from so much
and I'm trakula we're so blessed you
know there's so many things to be
grateful for every day of our lives it's
just focusing on it and feeling it
taking it in appreciating all the little
things because again you don't want to
wait till a big thing has to happen or
occur in order for you to feel grateful
you could just be grateful for all the
little things just looking around you
right now there's so many processes
right now your body that are happening
that are keeping you alive your body is
detoxifying itself and renewing itself
and it's just so much wealth right here
around us so what are you grateful for
what could you really be grateful for
what could you appreciate in your life
that maybe you didn't even notice before
until I just mentioned it how often are
you spending your life and gratitude
and really appreciating everything and
everyone around you gratitude is when
the most powerful most spiritual
emotions that we can experience in our
lives and it nurtures our spirit and we
have to cultivate that daily many people
are focused on attracting more in their
lives but they would stop and to give
thanks and appreciate what they already
have you know what is the point in
achieving more you know making more
money if you are already thankful and
appreciative of what you already have I
believe it starts with just taking time
each morning of just to appreciate and
feel grateful for all the amazing gifts
that you already have right now around
you in your life you already have an
amazing life you just have to take off
the blinders to be able to see it and
the crazy thing is you know there's many
people out there in the world that
seemingly have it all they have the
money success the looks the fame the
friends the family the body yet they're
still unhappy because they're
unappreciative of all that they have and
at the same time there's people that
live in a village or on the streets that
are homeless they're poor they're sick
they're disabled they don't have all the
gifts that many other people have in the
world and yet they're thankful and
they're appreciative and they're
grateful for what they have and so
therefore they're happy in their rich
and they're wealthy you know so it
doesn't matter what you have on the
outside world what matters is the inside
world how you you know what you focus on
what you think about what you appreciate
when you're grateful for in your life
that's what's going to determine the
quality of your life gratitude
you
